Welcome to the height of fine dining. Welcome to Tex
Bowl of House-Made Lobster Bisque
We had a wonderful date night. The meat was amazing and the service impeccable.
We did not get many options and maybe 6 visits to our table of 5. We were asked 3 times if we wanted filet and 2 for chicken 3 for top sirloin. For the price we thought we would have more selections.
Service was awful. Took 25 minutes for the server to come over and remove our plates and refill our drinks. We had to ask for our server two times. The food was super salty but the gauchos were continuously serving. It was too dark in the dining area. You couldn't even read the wine list. It took forever to get drinks, refills and extra napkins. We had to let meat pass by us for the first 15 minutes because we didn't have tongs. A gaucho went and got them for us so we could eat.
Would never recommend or return. This place has gone downhill since it opened.
wonderful for special occasions or just a good meal
Wonderful place, great service, excellent personal and the best steaks. I recommend this place!
We celebrated my daughter's birthday on the 27th of Feb and only could get in at 8:30PM seating. Reservations were made, weeks in advance. From the start, we felt incredibly rushed and I was uncomfortable with how much we were being rushed to close. Before we even got our first piece of meat, we were being brought my daughter's cake and then the meat stated coming and shortly after that they started to close the salad bar. We had gone up once, sat down and we were asked if they could start shutting it down. Overall, I have always loved this place, they did a remarkably great job with Covid guidelines, but do not go to the 830 seating reservation. Oh, after I paid I saw the 20% off for military and first responders (my wife and I both), but we had already paid, were told we could not apply the discount, because the tab was closed.... a little frusted about this, seeing we paid almost $400 for a dinner for four, including the tip. At one point, they turned the kitchen lights on while we were eating....
I will add, our Server was great though as this was not her fault. I was very disappointed
The food and atmosphere were outstanding! The best meats you can get in my opinion!
The meal was way too expensive never going back again
I had such a great time!! Wonderful place!! Totally awesome
I understand the Covid-19 precautions but the salad bar area had the plates sitting right next to a family that was eating. I was instructed that I had to be release to go to the salad bar, had to sanitize my hands, put on gloves but the plates are in touching, sneezing and coughing distance from a family already eating. What if they were in fact infected? The meat servers put the skewers of meat on everyone’s plate that wanted meat. Again what if someone was infected and the end of the skewer touched their plate spreading the Covid-19. Tongs were given for us to use but the servers did not enforce the use of them or even gave you a chance to use them. I had the tongs in my hand and reaching for my meat and the meat server just continued to put that skewer on my plate even as I was asking him not to put it on my plate. Maybe your staff need to think things through from the customers eyes. I did not feel as safe as I did at other restaurants.
Take some time to deliver the meat. Good variety of veggies.
Our server was absolutely wonderful! She was the one thing that made the experience enjoyable. The food was mediocre at best. If you like upscale buffet type dining this place is for you. However, if you are looking for a more elegant meal go somewhere else.
Amazing food and service with convenient COVID accommodations. Our server, Elba, was really sweet, helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Would definitely come back again!
I usually love eating at Texas de Brazil but this time the restaurant was freezing. I had to wear my coat the whole time. Also, we had to ask our server to send the gauchos our way as no one had brought us meats after having been seated for almost 20 minutes. The pork and the bacon wrapped filet were dry and overcooked.
Meat was not cooked how requested. Unseasoned, chewy and smelt funny
This was my second time back at this restaurant for Valentine’s Day with my fiancé the food was delicious and the waitress and atmosphere was amazing
It was great would highly recommend for a group of friends or set of couples as a date night.
The entire experience was lacking. From the time we got to our dirty and non-clean table, to getting dirty wine glasses to drink out of, to waiting 15 minutes to get utensils to eat with, to the garlic mashed potatoes tasting bad and most items at the salad bar tasting bad except the cucumbers, to barely having anyone come to our table with the meats, we stayed less than 1 hour from the time we got there. The couple next to us got there after us and left before us. Service was just okay too, nothing she did wrong but nothing spectacular. It was not worth the money nor our time out. Super disappointing too considering it was Valentine’s Day.
We went on Valentines and maybe it was off but the service was bad and the meat which should be the star was sometimes raw after you got passed the outer sear. Not medium rare. Many things had run out on the salad bar too. I probably wouldn’t go back.
Hostess was rude and meat took a while to come out and go around the tables. Waitress saved the day with friendly service.
The service was slow. The drinks were not made like they were asked to and the meat selection only had like three people walking around for the whole restaurant.
Our waiter was amazing
The hostess was the rudest person ever. Our server was impossible to find. The food was great and the gauchos who brought it were great too.
Our waitress, Trish, was amazing. It was our first time at Texas de Brazil and our experience was fabulous. She was from A-Z perfect! We will look for her and service like hers from here on out. She should be know as the DIAMOND server!
Our server was amazing, but when we were ready for meats they only asked us a few times. Skipped over us the rest of the time we were there. Would even make contact, I would even hold up the green places card thing and they would see and still skip over. Was not pleased with this service at all.
A much better experience! The food was wonderful the only thing I would complain about is the steak was not done enough for some at our table even though we asked for it to be medium wel some were medium rare
My hubby and I went there to celebrate our anniversary. It was beautiful however becuz of covid there were limits.. as we enjoyed the meal or became crowded. I think our waitress was overwhelmed. But she was very polite. We came especially for the lamb and mignon. They were great, but I expected more because a friend referred us. They did give us desert free because of our anniversary.
We went to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The waitress was great. But other than that it was a horrible experience. It was freezing in the restaurant. My insides were literally shaking. Her feet were completely frozen. We complained to the manager who was wearing a jacket herself. All she could do was give excuses about covid and restaurant is at less capacity. Which is not the reason. It is cold every time I have been there. Before and after covid. I will never be back to this location.
They have gone to great lengths to provide their wonderful meals while maintaining a safe environment due to the pandemic.
Very rare meats, no effort by staff to address, sides went cold waiting for meats. no filet mignon, mojito very sweet hardly any rum. Management made no effort to rectify even after I informed them it was my 50th birthday. Waiter was sympathetic but it was out of his hands. very disappointed would not recommend. Simple thing but it just didnt seem like they cared. Im 230 lbs atheletic build I shouldnt pay over $150 and leave hungry on my birthday no less. Stopped for drive thru on the way home..
Food and service were amazing, took my wife and daughter there for dinner and found the atmosphere to be welcoming.
When I reserved this I mentioned one in party wanted well done. Even mentioned upon checkin, and throughout service, needless to say only one item on the steak side came out that way, this is the second time I have been here with this issue
Worst experience at a Brazilian steakhouse. Slow service, dry and cold meats.. I would not recommend.
We went there for our anniversary
It was super busy and we didn’t have the steak come around until the very end, they tended to start to the far side of the restaurant. Our waitress was amazing and the food was great.
Everything was different because of the new normal. Pork ribs & chicken was very dry. Person making the salad made them to full. Staff not friendly (not people friendly) . Only nice talking person was the Mexican serving the lamb leg and steak. He asked was it any other meat we would like and he went and got it. Nice smile and nice soft pleasant cologne. Host rude and waitress just ok. I’m only recommending this restaurant after COVID-19 but not now.
The food was great tasting and a very good variety.. Serves was always prompt. The white sangria was amazing
We enjoyed our birthday dinner at Texas de brazil. Our waitresses were Kameri & Naiomi - they were both very kind and attentive. We highly recommend this place for any special occasion. You will leave STUFFED ask for one of our waitresses.
This is my 3rd birthday at Texas De Brazil, and it just gets better each year. Covid had things a little interesting with having the salad bar come to you via ordering from a waiter, but it really isn't a big deal. Our waitress Aniella was an absolute joy. Also the meat carvers were very attentive. Nothing tops a great meal surrounded by great people with an incredibly friendly staff. I definitely recommend.
The food was amazing and the service was on point. Elva, my waitress, did an amazing job and was on top of everything!!
Our server Shannon was on top of everything and they were always making sure we were taken care of. It was our first time here and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!
