I was a little skeptical after reading many of the reviews. The first thing I will say was that some of the reviews are correct, the lamb chops are no longer included with the dinner and are now al a carte. This was my reason for a 4 and not a 5. Otherwise I thought the restaurant did a great job handling Covid. You could still get everything you wanted from the salad bar, you just had to tell the waiter what you wanted and they bring you a heaping plate(s) of what you ask for. One thing I think the restaurant could have done a little better was giving people a little more distance between eachother. With all the tables vacant, they were still sitting parties in tables adjacent to eachother which was unnecessary. Food was still great and our waiter Vlad was awesome.

The food was good as usual, but the wait staff was a little slow and inattentive. It was not very busy during our time there. I understand what's going on as I'm also in the service industry. I know we all have to adjust to the new "normal". My wife had to wait 35 minutes for her salad and getting refills on our drinks was a struggle. Overall it was ok.

The service was EXCELLENT! The food was very tasty. I was disappointed to learn that the lamb chops, which I love, which have kept me coming back over and over again, are no longer included with the dinner. They are now a la carte and cost $22 extra per skewer. Major disappointment. I doubt I will be returning because of this. The staff and management are amazing.

Very difficult to order salad bar. I would Have chosen a lot of variety in small portion. You have to tell the waiter what you want and they give large portions, waste of food. Waitress was new which didn’t help. There was a staff member possibly the manager that was actually Brazilian. She was very helpful getting us through the new normal of eating out. I give her 5 stars.

We have eaten here many times before Covid-19 and I think with the new restrictions in place it makes the experience even better. They are seating fewer people so you get better service, food comes around more often, the food quality is better, and it is less noisy than before. Reservations are easy to get too.

Due to COVID, the salad bar was not readily available so we had to order our salad/hot bar items. There was only one person working the salad bar/hot bar and it took awhile to get your soup, salad and hot bar items. The chicken was a little dry. I’m used to my red meats being seasoned a little more - and there was no salt or pepper at the table. Service was great! Just wish the food matched the price.

Very overpriced.. Meats were dry and tasteless..... The only meat that I can say "wow this is good" was the flank steak....Everything else was low grade....Also, not to mention during this time of COVID, you can not go to the salad bar and must wear a mask while entering. While sitting at the table, no mask, but the server brings the meat to within 12" of your face. Other people from other tables are breathing on your food...There was 5 of us & by the time you leave a tip and taxes, your bill is $300. I never felt so ripped off in my life.....Overall, all 5 of us maybe ate 1 & 1/2 lbs. of meats......I'll go to Wegmans and get a Wagu for less then that.....

Great food and great service. They have made some minor changes since COVID but nothing major and doesn’t take anything away from the experience. Still all you can eat and they still bring your food to table. Biggest change is that you can’t go up to salad bar but instead your waiter gets it for you.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Our table got skipped over multiple times. We were there for over an hour and barely got any meats and one of the steaks they did offer was completely raw & cold.

I have been 5 or 6 times and with Covid, there is definitely a difference. At $45 a person, I wasnt happy being told that lamb chops were extra by the skewer. Had a 6pm seating and it was quite some time before we had real meat come by. Noy a big fan of co,tinged offers of chicken and pork.

Waitress was awesome with keeping our table clear and everything refilled. Meats were a bit dry and in some cases very overcooked (like they had been put back on the fire to reheat due to no one eating it when originally cooked). Gentlemen coming around with meat were very nice and interactive with our table.

Our birthday dinner was ruined to the point where we left. The first meat that came out was over well done and burnt. We waited about 30 min for water and the basics to get dinner started after being sat. Multiple times when the servers would show up with meat there would only be one or two pieces available but six people sitting at the table. So we had to decide who would get food. About 45 min in someone got our order for sides. Had to go to the hostess stand three times to ask for someone to come and eventually had to ask for the manager. They comped the dinner by half but I paid 180.00 for three pieces of meat per person and potatoes and fries. Was a terrible evening.

Service was poor, got food before we even got water. Waitress seemed lost and unattentive. Asked for medium rare and everything was well done. Dined here many a time and it was great. This time was the worst. Also learned that lamb chops are not included, and that was one of the main reasons that brought me to your establishment. Even the random few pieces of good meat that came were not seasoned like previous times. Am not planning on coming back now for that quality of food for that price.

The menu has been reduced but we weren't made aware until after the dinner began. I ordered a salad and it took almost 20 minutes to receive it. When I complained to my waiter he replied with a flippant remark and was not willing to make any accommodations or compensation for my inconvenience.

I later found out that I was also charged twice for my drink when I only had one!

To be fair this is the first unpleasant experience that my wife and I have experienced at Texas De Brazil.

Several factors may have contributed to our miserable dining experience, such as changes being made due to the pandemic and there was also a large wedding party that evening.

However my waiter was aloof and unconcerned and not very attentive. This was by far my worst dining experience in years! And it cost me a pretty penny just to literally be overcharged (extra drink) and under served!

Please try harder and do better!

Please inform customers that lamb chops are an additional charge before they start dining.

We were sat at the salad pick up area so every five minutes there was a server stepping around the back of my seat to pick up salads and that was extremely distracting and certainly not social distancing at all. Our server who just happened to be pretty new, only 2 weeks in didn’t understand the VIP card and told me that I could not share it with others at my table. I know from being a 4x purchaser of the card that, that isn’t true. That is the purpose of the card. My guest told me not to make a big deal about it but I really wanted to but she had already paid her tab.
TdB has definitely declined over the past years and this will be my last time getting the VIP card.

On a happy note: I purchased an extra spicy Bloody Mary and it was great.

Always celebrate a Birthday or two with the family here and always a great experience. With this visit the cuts of meat were a lot over done and we were looking forward to the picanha, but only came once. Asked for it again but nothing.

Not being able to go to the salad bar, and they said that the VIP wasnt valid on sundays even though it doesnt say that in the email with the rules. If the VIP is only accepted Mondays through Thursday, what sense does it make to also have the restaurant closed Mondays and Tuesdays, that basically means the VIP is only accepted 2 days a week, which isnt fair or worth the price. The food was good, but i dont think we'll be back until things go back to some sense of normalcy.

The food is absolutely delicious. There is so much food! The wait staff and gauchos are very friendly and helpful.
The ambience was rather loud, although I attribute this to the expansive echo in the dining area, and the large parties of guests seated nearby. They were having fun.
The drawback is that our salad orders were placed, and we waited to eat them before accepting any meat selections, as the waitresses suggested. After 20 minutes or so, we started accepting meat servings anyway. We were famished.
After a dozen visits from the gauchos we inquired about our salads and sides.
They were forgotten.
The waitress apologized and we asked to have them packaged to go, as we were now very full from the meats.
They could not pack them to go.
In the end, we were offered free dessert (to go) and a monetary discount. We are thankful for the outcome.
