Delicious food and excellent service. There’s so many delicious meats that it’s hard to stop trying them.
Meats started off well but by the end of our meal the quality was less and less. Not fresh tasting and lacking flavor compared to the first round. Have eaten here 4 times within the last 4 months and the last two times havent been up to
This is a great place to have a wonderful meal. Super good food and all of the staff is friendly, kind and attentive.
This last visit did not have good service from waitress or the servers. This is the first time to have this poor service. I have visited this location many times in last 5 years and first time to be this disappointed.
Food was amazing.
Did not like salad bar and some of the meat was tuff
We arrived early but they still gave us a table a little earlier than our reservations. Our waitress was very attentive & kept bringing us side dishes & rolls to compliment our meal. The various meats that were served at our table were so tender & flavorful, cooked to perfection. My favorites were the flank steak & chicken wrapped in bacon. My husband loved all the meats & the mini cheese muffins. My favorite side was the mushrooms in brown sauce! It was amazing how quiet it was in there considering that it was crowded!
Great atmosphere with friendly service and smiles. Pricey but good for special occasion.
We had a $200 gift card and had about a 40 min extra wait after the meal due to some computer/ IT issue with acceptance of the gift certificate. Wasn't pleased about that but they handled it friendly and professionally.
Everything was so delicious and the staff was amazing. So happy we chose to celebrate my birthday there!
The service was phenomenal. The food was delicious and it was a great experience!
Our waiter was attentive and took great care of us. While I cannot complain about the food, I do have a complaint about the food... The salad bar and "extras" they bring to the table were fabulous. The meat was also very tasty which is what I can't complain about. I was disappointed in the variety of meats and felt they needed more gauchos. There were several times we had to wait for several minutes with no meat on our plate and that just shouldn't happen when paying $44.99 to be served endless entrees of deliciousness. In our past experiences I couldn't count the number of meat varieties we were offered, this time there were maybe 8. Overall, we left full and the food was delicious but we all agreed there should have been more variety in meats.
The service was very good and the food was good. We enjoyed our evening at Texas de Brazil.
The food was sub par, slow service and the selection was very little. We waited long spans in between, choices of meat. We had to ask for different cuts, because the kept bringing the same 3. Not very tasty or flavorful. We left there feeling cheated, we had a party of 2 cost $100 plus, valet parking $10 and dissatisfied and disappointed.
We came on a Saturday night, it was semi busy. Our waitress didn't pay much attention to us and didn't seem happy to be at work. She spent her time with a larger table. We had to ask for the green cards because we weren't getting meat. Once we did start getting meat, I spent most of the night with an empty plate. We had to ask twice for meat to come to our table. The couple bites we did get were too tough to chew or too overcooked. The potato salad tasted like Acetone. I love the chain of restaurants but I would not go back to this specific one.
Recommend? Yes and no. I would go back just for the salad bar which was very very good.
We were not impressed with the meats or the service. For a very long time it appeared they were offering only sausage and parm chicken. Had to flag the wait staff to request meats be brought to our table . Finally got some action after 3 requests. Meats were bland, overcooked and tough. Ribs/Lamb chops/Picanha? If they had it, it was not brought to our table.
Service not so great. Had to flag a server to get drinks too. They had two large groups which seemed to be the only tables getting services and meat offering.
Not what we expected from a Brazillian steakhouse.
The worse experience we've ever had at Texas de Brazil. To many tables not enough waiters to go around bascially paid 113.00 for salad, soup and bread.
We've been coming here for years and the quality of service has gone down. They use to come around often with all varieties of meats and now you have to ask for some more. The meats didn't have as much flavor as they use to. The server was hard to understand and although she was friendly I had to ask for a serving spoon for the mashed potatoes. It seemed like it took forever for her to offer dessert and then bring our check. It's just that for what you pay, I expect more.
Our waiter was great and the food was delicious. However the servers hardly came by our table. We had to signal for them to bring us meat, and when they did they barely gave us any. I literally got a piece of lamb that was the size of a nickel. There were numerous other meats that we wanted to try but never got the opportunity even. I believe we only were offered 4 different variations of meat. We had pork loin, filet, flank steak, and leg of lamb. All were delicious but we had tiny portions of each and were never offered any of the other cuts we really wanted to try. We have been before and previously we had to flip over our card because we got overloaded with meats, that was definitely not the case last Friday night. We were celebrating a special occasion and I didn’t want to overshadow the night by complaining or causing a scene to get served, but it was troubling for what we paid compared to what we were offered. Again, everything we tried was delicious, we just were hardly offered anything. For the cost of a dinner here you’d expect more than 4 tiny little slivers of meat! Therefore, it was a terrible value. We had the Brazilian cheesecake for dessert and it was exceptionally delicious.
Jazmine was a great server!
The atmosphere is always great.
We had eaten there for a Valentines lunch and had guest in town and wanted them to experience dinner.
Thank you for always being the best!
Went on a post-valentine’s day date to enjoy ourselves without the kid. We had a great selection of medium well meat and had a wonderful time overall!
The service was horrible the wait was horrible i made Reservations and had to wait and extra 55mintues to get a table when there was Plenty of tables open I wouldn’t never go back again
The food was dry and service was terrible. There is no value in attending this restaurant. It just seemed like a moderate chain with high priced food.
Bathrooms were not clean.
Tables were never fully seated but we waited a while to be seated. Hostess was short.
Mashed potatoes were delivered at the end of the meal. Rolls were cold. Coffee was old and not fully warmed up. Refills took a while.
Meats, soups, and salad bar were all first class dining.
We frequent the Memphis location, and that is always great. The Nashville location had excellent food overall, but the service needs quite a bit of work.
Our reservation was for 8:30 and we didn’t get seated until 9:15 pm other then that is was good .
