    We celebrated our 8 year anniversary at Texas de Brazil. Our server, Michael gave us an incredible dining experience and the food was delicious! Can't wait for our next visit!

    This was our first visit to this specific location. They were all out of bananas, which was one of the main items I was looking forward to. The meat servers made a mess on my husbands half of the table more than half the time they came by. He had to wipe up the drips of meat juices many times to prevent his shirt from getting in it. One time he even had to move his drink as the guy was practically cutting over his drink. I didn’t enjoy my drink, and the waitress was kind enough to have a different drink made at no additional cost, so that was a huge bonus! It took a while for the variety of meats to come to our table. We were offered many duplicates at first and near the end we finally had some other meats offered to us. We had to wait a while for our server to come to our table for dessert and even for the check. The bathrooms were not kept up well. The sinks and floors were messy. They appeared to have not been attended to in hours. For the price and fanciness of this restaurant, we will not return to this location in the future. We feel that the price doesn’t warrant the experience that we received.

    We always have a great time dining here. Service was great, but it was just a great time to spend with the family. Will definitely dine again.

    Upon arrival we had a little bit of a wait but not long. When seated our server was very prompt on waiting on our table. She made sure we were taken care of with drinks etc. Overall we had an amazing experience and food was delicious. I plan on returning next year.

    We enjoyed our dinner and thought all of the different types of meat were delicious. Our waitress, Sydney, was exceptional at her job and helped us enjoy every moment there. The waiters serving us were great as well. Thank you for making our dinner experience so pleasurable.

    Our waitress was phenomenal. We were very pleased with our service. The Texas de Brazil location in Memphis, Tennessee is in dire need of a makeover cosmetically. It looks very old in there. It’s looks just like it did 11 years ago when we made our first visit. But the food was good and we enjoyed the experience.

    We had a late reservation… we have had great service every time except this time. It was a special night and we couldn’t find our waitress almost the whole time. She didn’t even offer those amazing desserts and over half our table were first timers.

    We celebrated our anniversary at Texas de Brazil in Memphis. It was great all the way around. We found parking close. The food was great and of course we visited the Peabody to see the Christmas decorations too!

    Well worth the expense. The drinks are served in goblets? but the server certain kept them full. Honestly I just want to live there or go back daily. Food-Superb;Servers-Engaging,Expert,Frequent; Atmosphere- Energetic, perfect volume. It's a value because you actually Get what you pay for!

    Good service, the taste of food overall was good. It would just arrive at the table cold . for examples, the bananas, mashed potatoes, even some of the things from the hot bar as well as the shish kebabs of meat,

    Delicious food. A place to dress up for special occasions or go casual, either way you will get a great meal. I have seen a party of one walk in, in a pair of shorts and be just as welcomed as a large party with a reservation. NOTE: on Holidays its best to get a reservation. Smiling and attentive team members, servers and management top off the experience.

    Wonderful place to eat for a special occasion with family or friends. All the food was great. Servers including our main server Abdul were very nice and attentive and brought out the cuts of meat that we requested. One of our group wanted their meat well done. The servers were quick to bring out several cuts of steak well done. The salad bar was well stocked. Desserts were delicious. We made reservations and were able to be seated a few minutes early. I recommend making reservations through Open Table app.

    We were there for a birthday, and the meal was disappointing. The meats were mostly rare and not fit to eat. Very disappointing and won't be back.

    We had poor service. My husband and I were out of water for 25 minutes before we flagged down our waiter. The meats were very slow to get to our table and we had to request multiple times for it to be brought to us. We typically have great experiences with this franchise, but we’re very disappointed that we chose to go here for our anniversary meal.

    I've dined in before. This experience was different and not a good different. The door host was awesome. He wished my date a happy birthday. He sat us with the beverage menu and he pulled out our chairs. He was pleasant to everyone that he sat. Our waitress told us about the salad bar and stated that we would receive complimentary potatoes and plantains. My date and I went to the salad bar, came back to start our salads and wait on the sides before we turned our cards to green. We finished our salads and were still waiting on the sides. By then we had one round of meat to come by. The waitress walked by a few times. I thought maybe someone from the kitchen would be bringing the sides since she hadn't yet. She finally came to check on us and I told her we hadn't received our sides. She said, "oh I never brought them?" She also asked if there were any other meats we'd like to try again. I then let her know that no one was coming by the table and we'd only been served once since sitting. We then had two servers to come by immediately, but then the wait started again. There were a few meats that we were looking to try and they never made it to our table. We then felt as if we were sort of being rushed from the table. Our waitress asked to take our plates. My date then let her know that he was still waiting. She replied, "you're still wanting meat?" We had maybe five of about nine meats to come by. Three of those five were repeats. Two servers came by because they served a large party behind us. The manager visited a few tables to check on guests, including the large party behind us. He never stopped by us. On my way out I smiled at him and tried to say something, but he looked through me and started a conversation elsewhere. I have always loved this restaurant. This visit was very unpleasant to us. I thought it was just me, but my date noticed as well. Once he even stated, he thought he'd worn his good shirt and made his hair neat.

    clay was outstanding. mr clay made our experience amazing, and always made sure we had what we needed along with keeping our table clean. Clay has been by far the best server we have EVER had.

    I’ve been to this location many times and have never had less than exceptional service and value. My experience (Nov 18, 2004) was less than acceptable in every way except the actual food. We were seated upstairs (first time ever) and the server came for the first visit. Every visit from him thereafter was VERY infrequent and a drive by versus the normal elegant dining/I care about your experience server visit. We waited 15 minutes for a plate and finally had to ask. Once the serving assistant brought plates there were no gauchos to be seen upstairs. After 15 minutes someone from our party finally went and asked downstairs. They were told it was the first night that the upstairs had been open and that they would send them up. They did finally start coming upstairs, however, the next problem was that none of the normal sides were provided until we asked when we finally saw someone pass our table 15 minutes later. Then he brought one small platter of mashed potatoes for our table of six. We had to ask for water refills three times because no one came to refill our glasses. We sat for at least 20 minutes waiting for our dessert order. Nothing was good about this visit except the actual food.

    It was definitely an experience. It was like having a tour guide navigate the restaurant. Our waiter Abdul was super friendly and informative. We were there over two hours and we got to know the staff and became familiar with how things operate.

    The service was great and the food was good. My only problem was I never got to try to lamb chops because they kept allowing this one table to take the entire batch every time it came out the kitchen.
