   From the moment we checked in for our reservation til it was time for us to be seated every staff member was polite and accommodating. The food! The salad bar has a variety of options including smoked salmon, lobster bisque (yummy) variations of cheese and other sides. As the churrasco experience began at our table, we could not keep up with the delicious meats that were served. However we made accomodations: 😃 Do yourself a favor and treat yourself or your guests for an awesome evening experience!

   Some Of the meat was too rare. The parm chicken tasted like flame and overpowered the flavor of the seasoning

   For the last 16 (?) years we have celebrated my sons birthday here. We missed a couple years due to Covid but the food and service have alway been top notch. We live 1.5 hours away but it's worth the drive. Making the reservation online was painless and quick. We received a text a few minutes before our reservation letting us know our table was ready. We had a group of 8. Seating was roomy and our waitress and the rest of the crew were on top of things, refilling drinks and removing plates as needed. Another great job. I appreciate the 1st responders discount. It's nice to be appreciated. Keep up the good work.

   Being that it was my first time dining there, the experience exceeded my expectations. The cold bar was great. The hot bar was excellent. My favorite meats were the top sirloin and lamb steak.

   This resturarant was decent at best. They were slow with bringing the meats out. It took forever for the desertes to come out and when they came out one of them were wrong. It took another 10 minutes for it to come back out. I wouldn't go back for dinner, maybe for lunch.

   Arrived at 6:40 for our 7:00 reservation and were seated by 6:55. The host seemed new but very unenthusiastic and led us to our table. We were seated upstairs in this somewhat secluded area. The tables did have table clothes but one quick look and you realize they are the cheap lifetime tables you could find at Walmart. It started great as we were offered multiple meats quickly and it all tasted great then it stopped. We went 30 minutes without being offered anything besides some Parmesan chicken. We had to ask the server to get meats coming again and quickly one came then it stopped again. By then we had to leave for our prom otherwise we would miss it. Overall a VERY disappointing experience and not worth the $75 I paid after tip, with no drink. The server was cool and I don’t blame any of it on him. Maybe it was because we were upstairs but it seemed like we always were getting the scraps. If you go do not let them sit you upstairs. Wanted to ask for a discount from the manager but honestly didn’t have any time to find him. Very disappointed and probably won’t be back.

    Had previously got charged for another table but they fixed the issue right on the spot and my transaction was reversed immediately. General manager even took some money off my bill for the inconvenience.
