Texas de Brazil - Las Vegas Ratings and Reviews
The lamb and other meats were unbelievably good! Tasty lobster bisque too! My husband is a meat cutter by profession and very picky about the meats he eats and he fell in love with this place. He couldnt get enough of the lamb! A bit pricy but overall worth it!
We came here for the first time to celebrate my birthday. We had a reservation and we came a little early to check in. It was very busy and the greeting hostess with short blonde hair did not smile or welcome us. All she said was that they were 15 min behind reservation schedule. I asked if there was a bar we could hang out at . She said yes and pointed towards the bar. I thought it was kinda ruse but we were hungry and decided to stay. We got called back to our table right on time which was great! But the other hostess walked me to our table but forgot to walk my hubby back from the bar where he was paying for our drinks. He walked back looking for me and I found him ok. Our waitress and the food was fantastic and delicious!!!! There was a variety of meat and salad /soup items to choose from. It was worth the drive and the money. Our sweet waitress brought back a yummy flan for my birthday. We would definitely go back. Advise to the greeters: you work in a popular place! Expect to be busy and smile at all your customers!!!!!!! Make them feel welcomed :)
This was a wonderful experience. I am not big on meat but my husband is strictly a meat and potatoes man. The salad bar was phenomenal. There wasn't any thing more I could have asked for, and my husband, well, he thought he was in heaven. We had brought relatives who do some traveling and dinning out and they were impressed and amazed. A taste-bud delight. Thank you.😋
Normally this is our "Go To" spot with the kids, but the food was just not good today. The lamb chops tasted like they had been boiled instead of grilled. We asked for them 3 times and all 3 times they were just bad. Alot of the other meats were under cooked. We asked for medium but kept getting rare. Our waiter was never around as our water cups stayed empty.
Like I said, we love coming here, but the hit or miss is becoming more of a miss lately. It seems like the quality is going down.
this place was amazing, a little more room to wait for reservations would be nice, and the meat cats always follow the same route on the floor, so they continually miss certain tables with particular cuts, and it wasnt so fun trying to have a romantic dinner seated next to a register with people laughing all loud and slamming staplers and hanging out right next to your head but service was 10, and the food was amazing
We had a wonderful anniversary celebration. Richard our waiter was fantastic! He was very attentive, but not annoying, and he had an unexpected knowledge of all the dishes and sides that contain gluten. All of Richard's recommendations were terrific. The house sirloin was my personal favorite, and my husband loved the bacon wrapped filet. The basket of cheese bread they served was such a treat and surprisingly gluten free as well. I highly recommend Texas de Brazil!
We have been to multiple Churrascarias, here and in California. The best was Yolies, and we are sad they have closed. We received gift cards to Texas de Brazil, which is why we tried it. Like Fogo de Chao, the salad & extras bar is wonderful. We tasted all the meats, and were disappointed that all the meats had the same seasoning. The pork, the chicken, and the lamb leg were dry & overcooked. The small lambchops & the top sirloin were great. It was grossly overpriced.
Our server, Claudia, was wonderful. She listened to our negatives, and gave us an evaluation card to complete. She never had the manager come & speak to us. And we gave away our left-over gift card money to young couples waited to be seated. Next time we will go to Bertoluccis Brazilian Steakhouse on Green Valley Parkway, with great food, great service, and a great groupon!!
This is one of the best all you can eat meat houses in Las Vegas! They offer options for well done meat as well as rare cooked meat. Bacon wrapped filets are my favorite! The salad bar is full of opulent choices and if you are not careful of what you eat before the meal, you won't have any room for the delicious choices of meat. Chicken, pork, steak, filets, ribs, sausage, lamb! They have it all and serve it quick and by happy carvers. A wonderful atmosphere, and close to shopping in Town Square and not as expensive as some of the restaurants on the strip. I'm a local and we like to eat here at least once every couple of months! Free parking is a plus!
