   Our server was difficult to understand… meats were ok and some were tough- and offered 7 types- but one person in our party expected more from his previous visit-salad bar was excellent… server could have been more attentive. She just rattled off dessert and didn’t make them sound interesting or appealing to order!

   First of all, I want to re-iterate that our waitress was exceptional. The sides were great and the Brazilian Sausages were hot and excellent. What was unforgiveable was the consistently cold Picanha. It's possible because of the position that we were sitting in by the time our meat servers arrived with the food, but the Picanha was cold! I figured that maybe it was just a one-off. No, I tried the Picanha three different times and the meat was cold. I decided to speak with the manager. No apologies, he just asked "Were the other meats temperature okay?". How was this a resolution? I remember the quality of this place being better, now they are sub-par. Extremely Disappointed!

   The salad bar and the meats were excellent as always. Some of the meats were just a little on the salty side. The service is always great here. We sat with Paulo again, and she was so attentive to everyone's needs and desires. Max, our meat server was always so pleasant and accommodating at all times. His cheerful attitude is infectious. Kudos to Paulo and Max. .

   Love Texas De Brazil ! Great salad bar, vast array of meats, and great service. Husband loved the lamb chops and I thought the the sirloin was decadent (not the spicy sirloin tho, third time I've had and it was inedible,chewy and tough.) Great service and pricing, especially with the V.I.P. cards!!!

   Wonderful experience on this visit from the minute we walked in the door. My wife uses a walker and has a service dog. I always request a certain table so we are out of a traffic area. It's a 4 top but we had 5 of us. I tried changing online and by phone to a larger table but none were available. The hostess, Lily, greeted us by name and said our table was available. I guess we have been there too often. I told her we could squeeze around the 4 top and we went into the bar to wait for 5P seating. They started the seating for everyone and Lily came over and offered a larger table that was out of the way. A very nice touch. She did not have to do that. Then server, Louanna (sp) was so delightful and attentive to our requests for drinks and cuts a meat. Both of these employees get 5 stars and they made for a wonderful dining experience. The salad bar and cuts of meat we all tried were excellent.

    Enjoyed our meet up and friendly service. Was surprised at how the meat was served all delicious.
