   The food overall was fine, but the service was lacking. Our server barely came by to check on the table (we were a party of 10 celebrating two graduations), but then made sure when he brought us the bill to remind me that the gratuity had not been added yet. The meat being brought around was lacking as well, we had to continuously request meat to be brought to the table and often times it was the same one over and over. Texas de Brazil is often a place we go to for special occasions, but after this experience I’m not sure we will be back.

   We have always had great experiences with the servers. This was the first time the server was rude. My mom asked for an iced tea and I asked for some sugar since it was unsweetened, she took off - five minutes later still no sugar so I mentioned it again and I asked her if I could go get it? Is it somewhere on the line? she took off again, and brought the sugar and put it pretty hard on the table. Not sure what happened. I think it’s when we told her we were not going to have meat, only the salad bar. That’s when the attitude came up. One of the hosts came up and help us, he was a sweetheart. When we left. I thanked him for being nice.

   All the meats were perfectly cooked. Meat servers gave excellent service.

   Texas the Brazil serves excellent meat quality and the servers have been well trained to serve it Brazilian style (cutting thin warm slices as opposed to dumping a large cut of meat which will become cold soon).

   They said most of the meat selections were presented as “medium rare.” All of the selections I got, except for one, were cooked to well done. What happened?

   Mother's Day was very crowded. Salad bar was fair, service very good but had to continually ask server for meats. Most were very fatty, not a lot of flavor. I was surprised since this was my day and my pick of restaurants. Super pricey with no desserts/drinks. Disappointed in the whole experience.

   Went for Mothers Day and it was busy as usual as we have dined here many times. Had to ask for certain meats more than 5 times. Some were raw when they said medium. Very slow to get drinks. Waiter wanted to determine his own tip and charge my card for it. Thank goodness I was able to stop him before he had done so. When leaving the waiter pulled us aside to ask why he didn’t get a bigger tip. Overall not a good experience. Called to talk to a mgr and still waiting for a call back.

    The meat guys that walk around never came to our table we where a party of 7 and had the worst experience we where there for about 1.5 to 2 hours mostly waiting on the meat guys but they would never come to our table and we had our paper on the green side we paid a total of 362$ for lettuce we got no meat or nothing worst experience for my mom on her Mother’s Day and for everyone else we left starving never coming back nor do I recommend this place wish I could give it a 0 star review that’s how bad of an experience we had.
