   Made reservations for 8:15. Arrived at 7:45 and by 8:40 we were still waiting. Hostess allowed 4 different parties, that didn’t make reservations go in. They literally were making them on the spot and going in with no problem. There was also a man that walked in and said he had called in and spoke with assistant manager and told he didn’t need a reservation and was also let go in with no problem. But yet here we were just patiently waiting. Finally when the 4th party can in and apparently we’re “known” there by name and let in, we spoke up and at that point we just decided to leave because it was disappointing that this place was being run by no importance to “reserving” a table. Apparently you have to either be friends with the hostess or be regulars to go in and not wait an hour to not even be acknowledged.

   The service was slow considering we had a reservation. We had to ask for them to bring different meats to the table and still wasn’t even offered 1/2 of what was supposed to be on the menu. Very disappointed in this experience. Then they tried to offer other meat for an up charge. It was 51.99 per person for a total of 4 people. I would recommend going to a steak house and save your money.

   Just lovely great food and service. The drinks were high. But hey they got to make money. Love this restaurant

   When the steak is medium rare, great; when it's not, bummer. Sometimes it's overcooked, sometimes not. This most recent time, more of it was overcooked than medium rare. (waiters bring steak around and cut off a portion for you, wait 5 minutes, a different cut off steak arrives, repeat until you've eaten your fill)

   The restaurant was understaffed and the bartender was very rude and had a terrible attitude

   Food was very good, but the service from our waitress was terrible. Very noisy/loud environment.

   The chicken and pork robe were good. The rest of the meat was fair and was actually chewy

   food was ok, salad bar seemed to have no one working on it, scallop potatoes tasted old and when it ran out it was not replaced for the last 20 min we where there. a lot of the sirloin i got was mostly fat and gristle, our table was 2 guys so we where skipped several times for a couple tables of girls, so we missed out on a few items like ribs. best part of the afternoon is a older gentleman that was taking care of out table, very efficient and added class to the meal.

    Delicious food, and more than you can eat. Be sure to make a reservation. This particular trip waiter seemed preoccupied elsewhere but usually outstanding service. Servers are always full of personality! Lots of fun for all ages
