I wanted to kids to experience restaurants other than the normal so they are aware of the differences atmospheres between restaurants. It was about 15 minutes for someone to recognize we’re in their area and it wasn’t a packed area. The hot sides were cold by the time meat arrived to the table or the other way around the whole time at the table. We had to flag down certain servers for meat. Because they were either pass right by the table or not come that way at all. I’m not one to complain in that moment or fish for a lighter bill or free service. I’m simply saying, all in all it was very underrated service and food for a $250.00 bill minimum with a tip. Never will eat there again even if I was invited for a meal on someone else’s behalf.

Our recent visit, we celebrated four family June birthdays, a high school graduation, a college graduation, college summer break for two, a new job, and Father's Day for three dads. It was perfect to celebrate these great things at Texas de Brazil! Great food, great service, and a fun atmosphere that met my expectations in every way! Thank you for making it a special and memorable family experience, again! (The changes you've made in the past couple of years have made all the difference!)

To get different meats was a long wait time. They didnt offer a big variety and the wait was long in between meat.

Worst experience we've ever had here and we've been many many many times. The waitress we had was completely awful. We got no water and had to wait almost 15 minutes for drinks. My glass sat empty for most of the stay. The meat rarely made it back to us in the back corner. A manager finally asked if everything was ok and I informed him we wasn't getting any meat at all back where we were. It was all being taken up towards the front and they were out before ever making it back to us. I literally got one small piece of picanha that was so salty you couldn't eat it and one piece of very burnt spicy picanha. The only other thing that made it back to us was sausage that none of us wanted. My wife and child finally gave up and just decided to eat the salad bar only. I informed the waitress (Selena) of this. When we were finally fed up and ready to leave, I gave her my card to get us rang up and out of there only to see that she charged the full amount for my kid that didn't have any meat. The waitress finally decided to bring us mashed potatoes and the cinnamon banana after everyone was fed up and had sat there for over an hour. I was beyond done at that point so we didn't even argue about it and left. Rest assured, it will be a long while before we are back. I don't know what happened to this fine establishment but you won't stay open much longer with service like this. We will drive the extra 45 minutes and go to Rodizio in Chattanooga instead of the 75 minutes to eat here again. There was no excuse for last night. None.

Our party had a great time celebrating a graduation. Special shout out to Zee, our server, she did an amazing job with our party's needs. All of the meat servers and other staff were great and professional. Also a thank you to the manager, Anthony, for both the pre-event correspondence and also for leading his staff by example; stepping in wherever he was needed ... speaking with customers, wiping down tables, etc. We will be back.

We are regulars at TdB. At least twice a month and we usually rave about the food and staff. This visit, however, was far from that. The floor manager and GM tried their best but there was little food brought to our table, in one case the server gave out meat to two of us, and then just walked away from the table without serving the other couple. There was a large party where at some points there were three different meats being brought while our table and the table next to us went without. It took 45 minutes from the time we sat down for the first beef to arrive at our table. One waiter fussed at our table about being short handed. This visit was horrible. We will be taking a break from TdB for the near future until they get it straightened out.

The head server was the best you could ask for...he had it together and was very tennative. My concerns are valid....1) the meat carvers came around fairly sporadically; I had to ask my head server to help a couple times; 2) Only about 2/3rd of the meat carvers came around; I never saw some selections; 3) the overall quality of food was good; 4) the meal was for a birthday occasion...but, there was no birthday greetings..that surprised me. Overall, I'd give this place a positive rating....

It has become a tradition to go to Texas de Brazil for our anniversary. We've been to several locations. This was our second time at the Huntsville location. It didn't disappoint! The food was delicious! The service was outstanding. Thank you for a nice evening!
