    I had a wonderful experience, with how attentive the servers were and how quickly they brought the meats by to how calm and pleasant the atmosphere was. It seemed we arrived early enough to where there was very few patrons dining at the time so we were a greater focus.

    Texas de Brazil Huntsville was great. Been to the now defunct restaurant in Nashville, several times. The last couple times, prior to the closure, was a disappointment, so we didn’t know what to expect. Absolutely worth the drive. From the moment we walked in and until we left the staff was friendly, professional and attentive.

    Went there for our anniversary dinner, the waiting staff is terrific, out wait Jose went above and beyond to help make our anniversary extra special. The food is amazing, Unlimited soup and salad is great, but the Unlimited choice meats is even better. They also maintain a vast selection of wines to pair with expert recommendations to fit your budget and palate. The price range makes it not an every day place to eat, but the atmosphere and staff make it ideal for special occasions.

    I think this was one of our best visits ever! Waitress Jackie was super nice kept our drinks refilled, very attentive to our Needs. Flank steak has been by far besides the picahna the best meat ever! Scalloped potatoes were fresh and the sauce awesome! Gauchos nailed the service as well! Within 5 minutes of getting our plates one right after another brought meats to our table. Some of the Gauchos even would ask which cuts were our favorite and would bring that yo our table once the meat was Available. Overall between the wait staff, Gauchos and food this service was definitely a 5/5.

    Alan and his team have done an amazing job. I have been to this same restaurant in Birmingham, Nashville and Huntsville. The one in Huntsville is far and above the best of the three visited. Excellent service, food quality and variety and the staff goes out of their way to make sure you are having an outstanding experience.

    Food was really good, but we were seated at a table jammed against a wall around the corner from the restroom. There was not enough room for the servers to access the table. Also we sat waiting for quite some time before anyone acknowledged our presence. I was finally able to grab the manager coming out of the kitchen. He as quite nice and actually got our drinks and everything we needed for starters, himself. Overall, food was good but ambiance and service was lacking for our visit.

    I felt really welcomed at this restaurant. I feel everything was explained throughly to me . All of the staff were very friendly. The food was really good and I think I got the true value of my dollar here . Also I liked there are many different things to try. I would come back and recommend this place. Please don't lose the quality.

    I was charged full menu price for a 4 year old child that didn’t eat anything but a bowl of rice she wanted Mac and cheese but settled for plain white rice. I am very disappointed with the server in addition we gave the server a $55 tip

    Made a reservation and was seated right on time. That being said, the hostess’ were rude upon initially showing up. We were ignored completely by the first one. We didn’t actually get to speak to one until we had been standing at the check in for almost 10 minutes. After being seated, we sat waiting for another 15 minutes just to have a drink order taken. We almost stood up and left but just as we were gathering our things our server showed up. We ordered drinks (which were very weak/watered down adult beverages) and were given the process involved with getting our food and then flipping the disk to green when we were ready for the “meat course”. As a side note, the water from the metal pitchers tasted like it was fresh out of the tap with a nice metallic tinge to it. After gathering our food from the salad bar area and sitting back down the servers with the meats ignored our red circle completely and just continuously walked up putting their wares on the table. Was like the little disc meant absolutely nothing. When we finally did flip the disc over we were visited by the same servers over and over and had to request some different types of meats. The tenderloin was dried out and not very good at all. The rest of the food was absolutely amazing. Our server had to be flagged down anytime we needed some water or had a question about why the meats kept showing up. Overall the service was severely subpar for a bill of that size. The experience, in my opinion, wasn’t worth it. Would be better served just ordering online and getting the food as takeout.

    Tables and seats should be placed further apart, allowing patrons to access the salad/soup bars without bumping into chairs, or having patrons bump into your chair. Also don’t seat people so close to the entrance, poor form.

    I went when I did to use a $20.00 off coupon before it expired, only to find out it was not accepted on Saturday’s. A few things were not as good. The cheese on the salad bar not grated, no syrup on the banana foster. They were very short of help and I understand that. Be good if they could have understood and give me the benefit of doubt abbot the misleading coupon I was sent.

    We were seated before our reservation time, salad bar was stocked nicely, food was amazing as always. I love that the wait staff asks if everyone is OK with the medium rare to rare meat or if you prefer something else. It does take a moment or 2 longer for the medium and medium well cuts to start coming out, but really it wasn't all that long.

    We've eaten here before and it was better then. The salad bar was good. The first cuts of meat were surprisingly fatty and undercooked (somewhere between rare and very rare). Sadly, they were out of their namesake white wine, with us having an early reservation at 5pm. A bit disappointing for my special birthday dinner. It will likely be a while before we are convinced to go back.

    The service was great, along with the selection of meats. The Sangria was very flavorful. The tables were entirely too close together, especially for those visiting the salad bar frequently. The salad bar had a wide selection, wish there were dairy alternatives.

    With a reservation, and plenty of open seating, we were sat at an awful table next to the side door and fire alarm in the middle of the table. Our waitress was slow to get to us but very attentive after. Salad bar was decent, but the meats were definitely sub par. The restrooms were disgusting. Altogether, an OK experience. We won’t be back anytime soon.
