   Service was terrible. Didn’t get the first meat until about 30 minutes after we sat down. Servers constantly skipping over table causing frustration. Will not be back

   30 min wait past reservation. Hostess stand could use some etiquette. Server was doing her best. Seems to need some attention on how the meats rotated. We kept on waiting for items that they went to other tables and came to us with two items. Also if you buy gift certificates from Costco they don’t do any other discounts like military.

   I had the most absolute worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. Got 2 refills total on my drinks. Whole family was thirsty. Let her know my family needed refills and said she’d get them. She would look at us and not come back as if she was just wanting to ignore us. Extremely rude, had 4 guys total come to our table for meat. I will never be back there again for the 128 dollars that I paid. Thanks for letting my wife’s Mother’s Day dinner look like garbage!

   We had a reservation for party of 5 on Mother's day and finally got seated about 25 min late. Our waitress was awesome in checking on us once we had our table. The unfortunate part of all this was that we waited a very long time before the "meat" service got around to our table & then it was very sporadic until I told the manager how disappointing this visit was. Within minutes there was a line of Goucho's at our table. One could say this was a holiday but it has been bizzy every time we have eaten here. It's not cheap to eat out and we expected a far better experience than we received on this visit. Hopefully our next visit is better because the food is awesome.

   We had reservations and when we asked for a table away from the plates and salad bar, the front desk staff was rude. Also, we were there 90 mins, paid $325 and NEVER saw the filet mignon. Extremely disappointing experience.

   This was our first visit. Food was good and the restaurant is nice. If you have a huge appetite then the value is worth it but unless you plan to stuff yourself, which is not healthy, it is a little over priced.

   We planned an early dinner celebration for the family. While the food was great, the staff was in transition from easter brunch and dinner, the service was lacking a lot. All the staff were piled up in corners, talking and not getting prepared for the Sunday dinner rush. As the customers were flowing in, the staff would gather in the kitchen area by the women's restroom, hiding instead of being present on the floor. I bet if we were still drinking alcohol, they would have been more attentive. Now that we don't buy overpriced alcoholic drinks in restaurants, we have noticed it's better to take your own water, they let every glass on the table get empty prior to offering more free water craziness. Food was great as always The ambiance was the normal low lighting, red and dark colors bathrooms were very dark.

   We’ve gone to TdB many times for holidays and special occasions. The food is getting less flavorful while the prices go up. The flank steak was so salty that it was inedible. The servers and other staff are top notch, though.
