   Service was terrible. Was walking right past table with food not even asking if needed any. With the green tabs facing upward. Will never return again

   Service was terrible. Didn’t get the first meat until about 30 minutes after we sat down. Servers constantly skipping over table causing frustration. Will not be back

   30 min wait past reservation. Hostess stand could use some etiquette. Server was doing her best. Seems to need some attention on how the meats rotated. We kept on waiting for items that they went to other tables and came to us with two items. Also if you buy gift certificates from Costco they don’t do any other discounts like military.

   I had the most absolute worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. Got 2 refills total on my drinks. Whole family was thirsty. Let her know my family needed refills and said she’d get them. She would look at us and not come back as if she was just wanting to ignore us. Extremely rude, had 4 guys total come to our table for meat. I will never be back there again for the 128 dollars that I paid. Thanks for letting my wife’s Mother’s Day dinner look like garbage!

   We had a reservation for party of 5 on Mother's day and finally got seated about 25 min late. Our waitress was awesome in checking on us once we had our table. The unfortunate part of all this was that we waited a very long time before the "meat" service got around to our table & then it was very sporadic until I told the manager how disappointing this visit was. Within minutes there was a line of Goucho's at our table. One could say this was a holiday but it has been bizzy every time we have eaten here. It's not cheap to eat out and we expected a far better experience than we received on this visit. Hopefully our next visit is better because the food is awesome.

   I usually have a great experience at Texas de Brazil and would not be posting this review as I have sent a private message to them via Open Table. But Open Table requires this section be filled before sending the private message.

   We had reservations and when we asked for a table away from the plates and salad bar, the front desk staff was rude. Also, we were there 90 mins, paid $325 and NEVER saw the filet mignon. Extremely disappointing experience.

   This was our first visit. Food was good and the restaurant is nice. If you have a huge appetite then the value is worth it but unless you plan to stuff yourself, which is not healthy, it is a little over priced.

    I visit Texas de Brazil in many cities while traveling for business. This location in Hunstville, AL is not up to the same standard as the others I have frequented. The salad bar is much smaller, the restaurant does not have the same "high end" feel. Diners were in shorts and t-shirts vs. a smart casual dress. The gauchos were not rotating around the dining room, we kept getting offered the same meats over and over again. How many times do I have to say no to the parmesan chicken? Manager helped a bit, but overall the level of service was not what I am used to in these types of restaurants.
