The food at any Texas de Brazil is usually good, this one is no different: food is great. However the service is so bad it’s not worth the trip sometimes. Seems like it’s unfortunately getting worse since the last couple of times I’ve gone. If they can get it together in the hostess/server department this would be a top knotch place.
Waitress and servers were ignoring me and my family the entire night. and when the servers did come to the table they were extremely rude. Me and my family will never attend Texas de Brazile again.

Server and salad bar were great, but it was like pulling teeth to get what we wanted from the gauchos. Worst experience of all the times we have eaten at Texas de Brazil (many at this location) and not worth the price tag in this instance.
We have never had an issue before at any other location but this location took so long to bring out the lamp chops and beef ribs it was annoying. When we asked for more than 4 lamb chops it took over an hour for the next 4 to come out. After that we didn’t see anymore lamb chops even after numerous requests. We don’t eat much other meats so the whole experience was poor. The manager just made excuses and didn’t do anything to help the situation.
Dirty floor, bad food, not many meets, the servers didn't bring the meats.
Visited with a group of 10 for a birthday. The server was very inattentive. While the salad bar was excellent, we all were completely finished with our first plate without drinks. The carved meat came around maybe every 20 minutes and what did come around was sausage, drum sticks, and flank steak. When I asked about filet or top sirloin, I was told it was a special request to cook. 20 minutes later I had maybe a 2 oz chunk of filet delivered to the table. Then when checks arrived, a couple in our party that ordered “2 margaritas on the rocks with salt” (no preference on tequila, and from experience, known as a house margarita or well margarita) received their bill and they were charged $56 dollars each. The server then disappeared for 15 minutes. After seeking a manager for an explanation he said “so you want me to change that”? And instead of bringing it back to me where I was standing to wait, he brought it back to the table. Overall, I could see where special events would be celebrated here if customer service had been delivered, but without that, the overall experience was very disappointing.
Visited on Friday night, 4/30/2021. This was our 3rd visit to this location over the last few years. Salad bar was open with use of gloves and mask. Our waitress was attentive but it seemed like there were less meat servers working. It took until the end of our diner to get a server to bring over the bacon wrapped filet mignon which my husband was looking forward to. One, meat server named Imad from Lebanon did make our night. He was the only meat server with a joyful personality and made us feel like we were special. We were celebrating a birthday, so his attention was important to our family. Our favorite meat was the leg of lamb which fell apart in our mouth. Best leg of lamb we ever had. The buttery sugar bananas that they bring to the table were dry and disappointing. I had a red Sangria which was just ok.

This was my first time back since the pandemic. They seems to have less meats available and the service was just okay.
There’s nothing good about the restaurant. We won't be returning.
The restaurant had a diner vibe. Floors were greasy. Tables and chairs cheap. Also they were cutting the picana incorrectly. Don’t feel like the expensive experience.
WORST RODIZIO - SCAM - BE CAREFUL
This was our third time in this restaurant (4/20/2021), the second one was 2 years ago, before the Covid-19.
We came back since we had very good experiences the first and second time.
This time was a disaster:
1.-I did a reservation and we have to wait 30 minutes for our table (party of 8)
2.- When I did the reservation I did it online on the restaurant's web page. On the same web page when I saw the kind of meets they were serving I was so excited, like 30 different meet cuts.
3.- To our table only came 5 times in almost 3 hours, they were only offering pork (overcook), picanha, churrasco and chorizo. We ask for medium term on the meet and it was amazing how overcook was all the meat, very poor quality.
I will not recommend this place to anyone, if you want a good rodizio restaurant you can try Area Code 55 which is also 50% cheaper than Texas do Brazil
I forgot to tell you also that we were overcharge on the check, they make a big mistake but we fix it

Lots of large parties. Minimal food brought out at a time. The food was very salty. Not worth the value. Better going to a full service restaurant. Will not be returning

Because of COVID it’s just not good anymore, you can’t go to the salad bar and they have less meat

Goucho’s were great. Many new servers on staff, so a bit of learning going on. All of the food was exceptional and the bartender made some delicious Caprihanas....
So we got seated in the back in a corner so by the time the food got close to our table the servers would run out of the steak only received 3 cuts of the 7 they were serving server did what she could to try to get them to us but after the 2 hrs we were there we left our server did a good job but food just didn't come to us like it usually does
It took a long time to be seated, once seated it took about 20 min to order drinks. We had to ask for the wine menu 4 times before we got it.
Horrible service! Took forever for the drinks. Not all meat cuts were circling around. Had to look for a waiter a couple of times. Due to Covid, there is no walking to salad bar. Therefore, they ask you to mark a paper for the things you want from salad bar. They bring it all dumped together in one plate. Terrible and messy. Not going back anymore. It was way better before Covid.
Imad was the best. He went above and beyond. He is the best. The food was amazing.
Do happy they’ve brought back the entire menu for the base price. The Sawgrass one was charging extra for the lamb chops and their food was mediocre at best. This Hallandale one was truly amazing. Everything from the meats to the desert. And our server was absolutely wonderful. Love their Pincanha, lamb chops, flank steak, beef rib, and filet mignon.
Very disappointed since last year quality of meat did not taste as good and not being able to go up the salad bar yourself, resulted in getting a poor Selection your server brings you which was missing half the stuff I checked off and give me stuff I didn’t even check off
Different experience with Covid restrictions....let's start with the salad bar - a fundamental part of any rodizio experience. When you are seated you are given a menu of items to have INCLUDING salad bar, condiments, side dishes, etc.. when you finally receive your salad (20+ minutes after seating) it isn't personalized as if you had selected the items but this is to be expected. Clearly the restaurant industry is suffering from good help as the circulating items just don't seem to circulate as frequently nor do the items come by every table as beforehand. We were offered quite a few well done meats and less frequent medium rare or medium...it was a long night. 1 of the servers never stopped at our table! Just skipped right by us even if we wanted the item. It will be a long time, if ever, that we return to this neighborhood place. For $50pp it just isn't worth it unless you consume volumes of food and have the time to wait for it to come your way.
We have been going to TDB Hallandale for the last 5 or 6 years. This is the first time we visited after the pandemic. We can understand somethings have to be changed for health safety of employees and customers at TDB but on our visit, we felt that TDB has gone a little too much on cutting costs. The Salad area serving does not offer Sushi (even though advertised on their website) and grape salad anymore. The serving of the salad and hot bar by staff takes so much time while plates and soup sit ready at a standby table. By the time it get to you, the soup is cold and you have already started started eating your entrees. We were told that they no longer serve Lamb chops which by the way also advertised still on their website. Lamb chops used to be one of the best meats to try at TDB. Moving on to the other meats, the quality of meats is not the same as before and also the portions the way they are presented seemed far more unattractive compared to what they used to be. Unfortunately, this is an experience which we were told by another family friend who visited the Miami beach location.
We used to love both locations for the ambience and the quality of food but sadly, we have to look at other options such as Fogo De Chao or other proper steak houses. Unless TDB reverts back to the food quality pre-pandemic, we will not be going back.

This was one of my favorite Texas of Brazil in my are. regrettably not anymore. This time we have a reservation for 2:00 PM we arrived however we need to wait 25 minutes to be seated. Once seated the service was slow and we requested twice for lamb ribs and beef ribs they never served of apologies. Finally we asked for the check and took like 10 minutes to bring it. I would said was the cherry on top for the day.
