Texas de Brazil - Ft. Worth Ratings and Reviews
As company owners we often enjoy taking employees to dinner to celebrate work milestones - this was a 6-year anniversary. Two owners dined with an employee and her husband. The restaurant is very nice, clean with excellent service though when I called to verify the reservation the person who answered the phone rushed me off without answering my questions, specifically where is valet parking. Valet parking is located in the adjacent parking lot behind the restaurant and law office but you must enter from Houston. For those coming into downtown FW from 35 or 121 turn from Belknap onto Houston and immediately turn into the outside pay parking lot on the right - a valet booth is set up in that parking lot, so if you're not careful you'll miss it. Also, 3 of us had meat meals and 1 had only salad bar yet we were charged for 4 meat meals. I didn't want to make a big deal so I just noted it on my check and maybe they'll refund something. Food was very good, ambiance was nice.
Friday lunch, group of 4. We all enjoyed the meal. I like medium rare steaks but one of our group really wanted medium. What was called medium was the end that had seen direct fire from the grill. Less than 1/8" thick, the meat was rare to medium rare. My mashed potatoes were red from meat blood... The plate was wet with blood, so when chicken or pork was served the cuts sat in the blood of the steak. I have been there before several times and not had this experience. It seemed like the meat was being rushed to accommodate a full house. Service was good and the place is well done.
We live approximately 60 miles from this location but drove in for my husbands 60th birthday. We met our siblings and adult children there from various areas in the metroplex. My sister recommended this location over other areas. The food was amazing and the speed in which the waitstaff served was awesome! We would go back anytime! We had a large party and it was no problem.
So great, as always. The wife and I came for our anniversary. We've been many times before. Once again, so great. All meat offerings cooked perfectly. They will bring anything you ask. You have a team of people waiting on you. Hats off from a huge fan. Will definitely be going many times again.
We went to celebrate my birthday, but it was also Veteran's Day. The restaurant was full so we are glad we made earlier reservations. It was slightly noisy, but that was due to all the other diners. This is the second time we have eaten here. The food was fantastic and I highly recommend sampling all the meats offered as they come by the table. It was very clean, and the wait staff was awesome. I highly recommend dining here at Texas De Brazil at least once.
Awesome evening with a special person. A little intimidating at first, but you are made to feel at home very quickly and the staff is amazing at explaining what is going to happen and what to expect. It was well worth the cost to take a special person and spend a very nice evening together. Keep the meat coming....Overall this was excellent pre-concert dining experience.
We arrived early so that we could have a drink at the bar; before we even ordered, they said our table is ready. So no drink at the bar.
Our table could not have been further away from everything. It was next to a service table upstairs in the back corner. Plenty of tables were empty throughout the restaurant.
It was my son's birthday; the server said happy birthday, but no piece of cake or dessert was offered.
So much for a special dinner for a special young man.
