We usually go to the Addison restaurant. This was closer for our son. It is noisey. We were close to the kitchen area and we seen the guys going in and out with the choices of meat, but they didn't hardly stop at our table. We didn't get all the selections. Had to motion for them to stop at our table and request them. I think you squeezed to many tables in on the main floor. If there was a fire people would be hurt. Main floor not handicap friendly.
Favorite place for any special occasion. The food is phenomenal.
Excellent food and service. Next time I will make an earlier reservation because I felt we were rushed out of the place because it was time for them to close. We had a 9:15 reservation and they closed at 10:00 pm but that was the only slot they had open when we made the reservation.
Food is always amazing and very consistent. Special thanks to the hostess that changed our seating from upstairs to downstairs to accommodate my family needs.
Awesome, delicious, great service - my only complaint is the manager asked if he could get anything for me specifically - I asked for pork loin, but, sadly it never showed up to my table
The only problem was my waiter said if you don’t eat the salad it would be cheaper then comes time to pay it’s if you eat the meat it’s full price I was upset about it because I didn’t eat the delicious looking salad
We went for dinner and drinks for a nice date night and ended up not being very impressed. The food was wonderful, but the restaurant was very crowded and noisy. It felt like our table was stuck in a corner with large groups of people put around us. It was not very intimate, and we had a hard time talking across the table to each other. Our waiter did not seem to pay attention to my fiance and me and was rather focused on the obnoxious table next to us. We dressed for and we were expecting a nice quiet dinner for our date night but was met with other obnoxious groups who did not seem to act appropriately and were not dressed appropriately for an upscale restaurant. This was our first time to the restaurant. Not very impressed.
We came for the salad bar on our way to Bass Hall which was very good.
my wife and me enjoyed celebrating our 31st anniversary at Texas de Brazil. the food and service was excellent. this was our fist visit to Texas de Brazil and we both agree that its our new favorite place to eat out. thank you to all of the staff for making our 31st anniversary special.
Very attentive wait staff. Loved the new items the lamb picanha and jalapeños
My first experience there with my Husband and we loved it. Waiter was very attentive and funny. It was very magical and a must see!
Daughter “30th Birthday “
Great place for having a date night. Me an my date had a good time, an we both were full
I have been going to Texas De Brazil for over 15 years for special occasions; in particular, my birthday. As much as I love the atmosphere and the food, I feel it is entirely overpriced. We spent $99 for 2 for Sunday brunch. I feel this price point to be ridiculous. Past visits, the restaurant was packed and we always needed a reservation if we didn't want to wait for a table. This past Sunday explained why there were so many empty tables. I do know that we would visit more than 1x a year if it was more affordable. We didn't even bring our kids because of the cost. I hope to see a price decrease or we will not be able to return.
As far as the service. I was disappointed as well. In past visits, we were greeted immediately and our drink order was taken. My chair was pulled out or pushed in by a server. We ended up going to the buffet before we ever saw a server or asked about our drink order. Our dirty plates piled up on the table between visits to the buffet. In the past, I recall my napkin being folded when I would return to my seat, but this was a detail that was also forgotten.
The lobster bisque soup was disappointing this time. It has always been my favorite item available. It was very thick and had a strange texture. It was the one thing I was looking forward to. Sadly, it was not very good at all.
The steak servers rarely came by our table, with the exception of one man, and walked past us without stopping many, many times. We did not even get a chance to taste of the many meats being offered.
This was by far the saddest, most disappointing and worst visits EVER made, making the value we paid a disgrace and because of this, I don't believe we will ever go back.
First time there but won't be the last. Great food.
Texas de Brazil (Fort Worth)is my favorite place for birthdays and special celebrations. It have always delivered!
Me and my wife have been going to the Fort Worth location for quite a while. I have been there frequently. But we decided to go here for my birthday and our anniversary. I was very disappointed that the salad bar has been cut back on as far as amenities. I was also very disappointed in the quality and taste of the meat. Something has changed and I would like to think that it might be management and that this can be fixed. I might give it one more try before I write the place off. Not happy with the quality of the food and they raised their prices so I was really disappointed. Management needs to contact me..
Great service and beautiful interior my bff and i definitely enjoyed our meal and service ! Thanks Texas de Brazil for making her birthday a sweet one!
Everything was great. We all got full on good food and had a wonderful birthday dinner.
Birthday dinner for husband and for a few of us it was a new experience we wanted to try. Only thing we didn’t like was the $400 price tag for 5 people didn’t match what all we got. The food was good but not THAT good..
Wonderful food, service and atmosphere. Our waiter was outstanding in knowledge and assistance of our questions.
Texas de Brazil is an amazing restaurant for many reasons. The service is wonderful. I have been here many times and I have always had very friendly and helpful service. I actually went twice while being on crutches and they took excellent care of me. This is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. Also, the food is a awesome. The meat is cooked perfectly and seasoned just enough to give a nice taste but not overwhelm the meat. The salad bar has a great selection and the bread is phenomenal! I also recommend the chocolate mousse cake!!
Always, and exquisite experience into the sublime. The food is authentic, and a culinary delight.
Went here for our 2 year anniversary. Food was amazing as always!
Texas de Brazil is one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with friendly faces. They workers make you feel at home. The environment is nice for a date or hanging out with friends and family. Inside looks very Professional and well cleaned. The salad bar well kept and always full. Our waiter was friendly and made sure our drinks never emptied. Our waiter was very informative about the wine and food. Great customer service. The employees come to your table with all different kinds of meat. The meats are soooooo goooood. The meat melts in your mouth. I only ate about 5 different meats and I was full. The only thing I regret was not trying all the meats and not the deserts cause I was to full. As good as the salad bar was i'm going to skip it next time and just be a carnivore lol. It is pretty pricey. I personally paid about $130 for me and my date. But it was well worth it. I'm going back very soon.
Not the same experience as we have previously received. Lesser quality meats. Meat servers ignore the red/green card. The little things are gone like ensuring the plate is placed with the logo at the top and straight. I could barely understand a few of the meat servers. It has become too much of a "chain" experience and less of a high end desirable restaurant.
We had an amazing time! Atmosphere is awesome and food was perfect!!
As always I leave overly full and oh so happy!!! Great for any occasion really!! Great service!!
Excellent restaurant and great service. Salad bar is amazing
Went for our Anniversary and our waiter was super! The salad bar was totally what we'd go back for. The meat? Not so much. It was ok, but I'm sure another steak house would probably be better. The pork was dry, and the steaks were too rare (bloody).
Really didn't taste any flavor on the meat either. We went on a Wednesday at 7, and it was very crowded and loud.
We love Texas de Brazil but this time our server was not good at all. The Gauchos and the food were excellent as always!
Our first time in. We enjoyed it very much and look forward to visiting again. Moses was very helpful as a server. We learned what to do mainly from watching other guests.
This was our first visit and it was amazing. The food was wonderful and our server was very attentive. It was a wonderful experience and we will be back!
Celebrated my wifes birthday along with 2 other couples. The salad fixings were top notch. The lobster bisque was the best anywhere in the world. The meats were all good. My piece of filet mignon was too salted but I normally try not to add salt to meats. The chimichurri was the best. Drinks were all perfect. Noise level was very high. I would enjoy it if i could talk to my table easier. Hense, I give a 4.8 rating.
My first visit. I enjoyed the cuisine. Service was great. Will definitely return!
Food was good as always. However we were placed in a terrible spot right by the salad bar, didn't think I could request a new table because they were packed. We had no privacy at all people walking buy us so close to us the whole night.
Made a reservation for my husband’s birthday two weeks ahead of time and then we still waited 30 minutes for a table then we waited for our waiter. He finally came, we ate dinner then ordered dessert. It took so long we ultimately flagged down another waiter to just bring the bill and awkwardly tried to refuse dessert when it finally arrived, with the bill. It’s was awful, such a disappointment after eating at other great Brazilian Steakhouses.
Our waiter ( Mr. Carr) was absolutely wonderful. He was very pleasant to visit with and always on top of his duties. We truly loved having him as our waiter. We were a little disappointed with the table that we had. It was near the bar and the stairs the waiters would run up and down and people all around the salad bar saw a few close calls. Other than that we truly enjoyed our night with Mr. Carr.
