Great place, food was good, the only bad part is that the people that where sitting next to us where so noise. but other then that Jeff was as great waiter and we had tons of fun.
The salad bar and lobster bisque were outstanding. Our waitress was very friendly and the gauchos were plentiful when you were hungry for more.
I went for veteran’s day. It was great. Seated close to the salad bar. Food was great and managers stopped by several time asking if everything was ok. Plate seldom empty.
Second time was with a date around Christmas and we were seated on the second floor, small table overlooking the salad bar. Everyone was dressed like it was a special occasion. Manager asked again if everything was coming out ok.
Last Friday evening was terrible. Seated in the window to the left of the bar. The servers didn’t seem to know there were guest there. (Except for the sausages guy and I try to avoid processed meats) Had to ask for meats. Spent a lot of time with an empty plate trying to talk to my date across a narrow 3 foot wide table. (Not a good distance for conversation.) My date mentioned the waiter was kind of annoying but I think he was just trying to hard. Dress code seemed to be t-shirt and ball caps. I heard a gentleman takes his hat off inside. I guess Texas does not have gentlemen anymore. If this were my first visit there would not be a second.
Amazing as always!
Awesome food... awesome service! This place never disappoints.
This is my first time in 15 years experiencing bad service at this restaurant.
I think there should be some sort of dress code. Stinks to pay $250 on a meal with people dresses like bums. Makes your event seem less fancy.
The food was delicious as always and the service was very good as well. Our favorite is the salad bar because it has unique and great tasting choices. Sometimes it feels a bit crowded with the tables so close together, but overall it was a wonderful dining experience.
Good! Great service.
I took my husband here for his birthday and we were not disappointed! Our wonderful server Maurice was very attentive and even comped the dessert we ordered at the end of the night. It was a wonderful surprise!
The food was outstanding and it was a fun experience for us outside of our normal date nights. We spent about 2 1/2 hours just eating and enjoying each other’s company without feeling rushed at all.
We probably gorged ourselves a little too much because the walk back to our hotel was brutal. But we would totally do it again!
Everything was fabulous!!
The meat was very tough. I have had better tasting meat from a different Brazilian Steakhouse. I will not be back. I was trying to keep it local.
Three months ago we found out that we were to attend a convention in Texas. I searched on the internet for places to eat in Fort Worth. Texas de Brazil was on the top 10 list so I looked up their website. The website is very professional and mostly made me anxious and hungry for Brazilian Barbeque! We are from Hawaii and we don't have the privilege to indulge in such delicacy. It was worth the anticipation! We will be back and bring the whole gang! 5 stars all around!
Texas De Brazil is THE place to go for meat lovers. Sure, there's an exotic salad bar with all types of greens, vegetables, couscous, tabbouleh, breads, potato salad, hot and cold fish items, and all the toppings and dressings one could crave in mastering the art of the creative salad. There's also soup which happened to be lobster bisque the night we were there (although, I was quite disappointed at the complete lack of lobster in the bisque - more of an "essence of lobster" bisque). But let's face it, no one chooses a churrascaria for the soup or salad - it's ALL about the meat. And this is where Texas de Brazil delivers. The atmosphere is large and lively. A central staircase allows upstairs diners to ascend and descend to the large salad bar below (or there's an elevator for those who prefer). Once that stage is over, one need only manage your red/green dining disc to control the constant carnivorous flow. Keep it red side up whilst enjoying your soup and salad or resting in between courses. Then flip it green side up to enjoy the arrival of pork loin, Parmesan chicken, sirloin, lamb, BBQ ribs, filet, and more. There's NO need to choose from a menu because it's all yours in nice, bite-sized yet never-ending portions. No wonder the average visit is 1.5-2.5 hours! Plan to make an evening of it as it's both fun AND filling. But save room for the dessert selection. We had the chocolate mousse cake and key lime pie, but there were about 8 other choices we didn't get to. Finished off with coffee and was not hungry again until dinner the following night! Pricing is two-tiered - salad bar only is $24.99 while the full deal including all the meat you can eat is $44.99 (plus drinks, dessert, etc. extra). Parking was easy at the valet behind the restaurant (between Belknap and Weatherford Streets) for only $7 and only steps from the door.
We went for my birthday and everything was great. I had a special request for my father. He isn't able to walk a long distance at a time. So they set us at a table close to the salad bar. We were a group of 9 and they accommodated everything we ask of them. I will defiantly be back. Awesome place!
It was my first time to Texas De Brazil to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place! It was awesome and the food was amazing! Will definitely recommend!!
Food was great. The staff was great. Made a reservation and was seated immediately. 5 stars!!
It was my moms birthday so I brought her here and it was so much fun and so worth it!
Always excellent! This was my husband's first time to dine there and he loved it!
We’re frequent customers at Texas de Brazil and have enjoyed it every Time.
Have been several times before but never for lunch. The food and service we great as usual. The meat selection is more limited than dinner. The salad bar looked as if it may have had fewer items, but all that I usually get were present, so can't be certain. The potatoes au gratin and the black beans and rice are my favorites. You can't go wrong choosing Texas De Brazil!
Brian was our waiter and he is the best! He made sure that we never had to wait on anything!! He truly deserves cudos for the great customer service. We will come back just because of him!
This place is outstanding. We went for a special occasion and couldn't be happier with our experience. Service was exceptional and the meats kept coming if you left your tab on green. The salad bar has amazing options. The next time we go, I may just get the salad bar. It was one of the best experiences I've had in downtown Fort Worth.
Great experience , food are great as well as the staff. My family enjoyed and wanted to come again.
Took my Daughter and her family, grand kids love it. Meat always wonderful and the lobster bisque the best I think I have had.
worth it! worth it! worth it! worth it! worth it! worth it! worth it!
It was an amazing experience. You feel cared about, and filled to the max with amazing food!
We had a wonderful time celebrating my nephew's wedding which occurred earlier that day.
We has Rachel as our server and she did an amazing job
Love the food
Our first visit to this highly spoke of reaturant. We will be back. Absolutely loved it!!! So glad we gave it a try!!!!
It was alright. Server rarely came around and took about half our meal to finally get rolls and mashed potatoes, at that time we were already full. I still left a great amount of grutuity but for the price I paid I would expect better service. Food was good though
Seated at an odd table between the salad bar and bar. Every time the front door/entrance opened a terrible cold wind hit our table. It was miserable for the people sitting at that end of the table.
Was vey happy with the food. Service was good at the beginning but seemed to lack towards the end. Made us feel as if we were invisible. Wait staff did not come around nor did management (assuming management as they were in suits) that was right in front of us. Yes, we still will recommend but will be Addison location as we live in the Dallas area.
Great food and the service is the best I've ever had.
Brian, our waiter did an excellent job in his presentation. The food is always hot, and awesome. The gauchos did great making sure we had all the meats we wanted.
It was our wedding anniversary & our first time at Texas de Brazil! We were impressed by the service and the quality! The atmosphere was a little louder than we expected!
It can be a little loud, probably due to the high ceilings, but I really can't complain. The food is unbelievable. A little pricy for me to go all the time, but really great for special occasions or a fun night out once in a while. The service has been outstanding every time I've gone.
Loved it and would definitely recommend it to all my friends!
Texas de Brazil is fabulous. Thank you for making my son's 18th birthday memorable!
