Texas de Brazil - Ft. Worth
Here, traditions of Brazilian cooking blend with Texas hospitality to create a lively atmosphere in an upscale setting. Your meal begins with a visit to our extravagant salad area where you can indulge in a wide array of seasonal roasted vegetables, fresh artisan breads, charcuterie, imported cheeses and other specialties.
Then enjoy the rodizio-style dining that has made us famous. An endless parade of gaucho servers visits your table with skewers of freshly grilled beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage carved directly onto your plate. It’s all served with authentic side dishes of garlic mashed potatoes, Brazilian cheese bread and sweet fried bananas.
To complement your meal, select from our award-winning collection of wines or traditional Brazilian bar creations. And don’t forget to treat yourself to one of our decadent à la carte desserts.
Our waitress, Julia, was so friendly and accommodating to our party. 4 of us drove in from Wichita Falls and she was great explaining what you had to offer. We had been there several times before but it was our guests first time. We will all go back again and hope to see Julia there!!!
Great place!! It’s very different but it’s super cool how they do everything!! Make sure you come hungry!!!! It’s all you can eat! Don’t go crazy on the salad bar, the meat is the best part!
The food was great! Jordan was our server upstairs and she was amazing!
Beautiful salad bar with a range of options, even friends who aren't the biggest veggie lovers adore it. Steak and lamb so buttery I teared up a little. Lunch was very busy and rather loud. Our server seemed a little overwhelmed, but managed to give good service regardless.
This is one of my favorite restaurants! The service is the best! Food is always excellent and the management is superior!
The salad bar is excellent as was the other food. We enjoyed the waiter who oversaw our table. He made it an extra special experience. Our only complaint is the noise level. However, many restaurants seem to think that higher the noise level, the better the dining experience. I prefer to be able to converse with the others at my table without screaming
I love this place. The only thing better than their food is their service!!!
This is our preferred restaurant. We have always had a GREAT experiences at this location. Wait Service is excellent, Table service is prompt and courteous, Food is wonderful and management is warm and welcoming. The only way I can say it is: Texas de Brazil - Fort Worth set's the standard for how a restaurant should do business. I am looking, have not found any comparisons.
It was our first time at Texas de Brazil. Everything was ok expect for the salad and soup bar,it needs more variety. The same with meats variety. I ask for a type of wine and they don’t have at that moment, I ask for a expresó coffee and the machine was broken (this is not good for a restaurant type like this) also the ambiance seems like the staff was in a hurry., ( We saw stuff bump with clients a couple times)The waiter Daniel has an excellent customer service. Overall it’s ok but nothing comparable to Fogo De Chao.
Food selection was great, salad bar was fresh and delicious. Love that you get to eat right away, no waiting for hot fresh wonderful food.
I had great service even though he said was just out of training..it was my birthday and they made me feel special and accommodated my request to have us close to the salad bar because I had an elderly with a bad knee...thank you so much!
We went for our 5th year anniversary. We had a great time. Good food. A little over priced. Great service. Great environment.
It was my sons birthday and the first time my husband was there and we loved it and had a great time!!
Great service, amazing food! Will definitely be back!
I love the relaxed feel of this place and excellent service. I definitely would return.
We went for our anniversary and the service is always great.
Service was great; Barrett was very attentive and helpful. The food was amazing.
Great service, great meats, great salad bar. We will be going again and again..
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is that we felt quite rushed. Our waiter was fantastic, but I do think that he could have let us enjoy ourselves a little longer before trying to wrap us up. For example I've hardly ever been to a restaurant period where I wasn't asked if I'd like to enjoy another wine or anything else before I left, and I kind of expected no less from a fancier restaurant. Again, he was great- just could have kept in mind that we were trying to enjoy ourselves that evening and he could have been a little more- leisure- in mind for us.
Great meal, food started to come slowly and the service from the waiter could've been better. Overall though, it was a great meal. We will be visiting again.
The only reason I would not recommend this location was because of the Hostesses. My boyfriend and I had dinner reservations for 8:30 in which we were 5 minutes late because I was watching the clock. We come in and the hostesses one just stare at you, there is no clear view on what to do. I walk up and state that we have reservations and they said it would be a 45 minute wait and gave us a pager. A husband and wife came in right after us and stated they HAD A RESERVATION and the hostesses told them the same thing. 45 minute wait, and handed them a pager. About 10 minutes later the husband and wife get sat. So I go up to the hostess stand and ask how reservations work. The main hostess it seems, up front stated that we were 10-15 minutes late so we lost our spot giving up as priority for seating and the husband and wife who just got sat had been waiting since before us. I looked at her and I was like okay we were 5 minutes late not 10-15, and they said they had reservations as well for the same time and they had got the 45 minute speech. Essentially I was not going to make a scene and the hostess was being rude and condescending. We also got sat at the same time as a party of five who also came in after us. This restaurant is way expensive to have hostesses who lie about their policies and are rude when you ask a simple question, and do not pay attention to who comes in through the door. They should be quick and attentive. If I wanted bad service from hostesses we could’ve gone to a Texas Roadhouse or something. If customers come in to pay good money for a dinner then service ALL around should be nothing less than exceptional. Other than that the food was delicious, filling, and well worth the visit! Loved the way the restaurant is set up. The color scheme is beautiful, it’s a wonderful place to go to for anniversaries, birthdays, anything special! Just next time I will go to the location in Addison instead.
Awesome food and service, just a very loud place. Went for my wife’s birthday, could hear each other talk.
We have been to this location on multiple occasions with terrific experiences. This specific date was a Friday for a 5:15 PM reservation. The meal started out great, the service was excellent, as was the food. However, after the first round of meats served our plates would sit empty for 5-10 minutes at a time. Even after mentioning this to our waiter, the servers were still very slow in bringing meat selections to our table.
This was a very disappointing experience. Had this been my first visit to Texas de Brazil, I would not return. As it is, with several great experiences, I will be reluctant to return. For the price of dinner here I expect it to be great every time I walk in the door.
Great food. Outstanding salad and sides bar. The meat just keeps coming as long as you want it. They keep your glass full and at least three differnt people checked to make sure everything was ok.
The jalepeno ceam soup was to die for. Everything was wonderful except for parking.
Great food, great food and good price! Manager always comes to the table to check and make sure everything is great!
This is a favorite place for my family. If noise bothers you, the downstairs seating area tends to be very noisy.
We are regulars at Texas de Brazil. This visit was a complete disappointment. We couldn't get meat service. We would ask for meat service and specific meat with no delivery. We watched one of the requested meats go by our table 3 times and the meat carver never stopped. Twice when the meat carver came to the table, he delivered to one customer and never ask if anyone else at the table wanted any. We literally had to get a manager to get meat service, then we were constantly hovered over. We waited over 5 minutes on two occasions to even get meat service. Needless to say, we'll think twice before visiting again. The DFW area has other Brazilain style restaurants to choose from.
Food was very good as always, server was great, very attentive!
Our waiter, Brent, was very professional yet personable. The lighting was soft, just right. There wasn’t any clanging and noisiness from kitchen doors since there weren’t any. The legs on the chairs were silent as they glided on the floor. The staff moved around quietly. Was a perfect dinner experience. Our new favorite place.
The atmosphere and service was great. The food was delicious. Really enjoyed it.
Dinner, as always was fantastic. Starting with the Lobster Bisque and the wonderfully large salad buffet, we enjoyed everything. I can definitely recommend the Picanha, the Filet, the ribs (both beef and pork) the parmesan pork and parmesan chicken. The service was great, and a manager stopped by our table to greet us and check in on us. We always enjoy TdB and will definitely be back.
Had a wonderful time with friends and family. Great food, great wait staff, and great price (VIP discounted).
Overall experience was very good, however was errooneously billed for a 10 year old as an adult at $45.99 which Corporate Customer service is in the process of rectifying
Birthday dinner out! Food was delicious! Service fantastic! I especially love the food bar.
Service was top notch my only complaint is the salad bar line is not very organized people just walk up at random spots and than there is a non moving line.
