   Went there for my 3rd year anniversary and it was amazing. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food was great as always! I enjoyed the atmosphere and it was a good experience!

   I was not crazy about where we were seated, I felt like we were in the way. Our waitress was not around much, she did not check on us often, we asked for dessert and waited over 15 minutes for her to bring a dessert tray that she ended up not bringing and said she would just tell us what they had because she couldn't find the tray. The food was amazing though.

   It was an amazing experience! Paired with juicy fresh off the grill meat, and perfect environment that you can enjoy your company and food! Also, a nice touch was seeing Joe Rogan casually walk out of the banquet room too!

   Absolutely the worst service ever! Aside from being seated NOBODY ever came to our table to wait on us. No water, no side dishes. Although we kept requesting certain meats,We kept being offered the same 3 meats repeatedly for 45 mins until we finally left. It wasn’t crowded AT ALL. Maybe 4-6 tables total. I’m extremely disappointed. We dine here often and we sometimes get slow service, but this was ridiculous.

    We went with a small group and used the 50% discount card. The menu has been reduced a bit as there were some items not available. Seems like the turnover is high with employees nowadays. Still worth the visit on the discount card. If we didn’t have the discount probably would go elsewhere.

    I reserved for a party of 10. We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation. The gentleman at the front desk would not let us sit down until all 10 people arrived. He sat at the front desk and continued to look at us and whisper stuff to another employee. Once we were seated we were not asked what drinks we wanted. We then asked for our drinks the next time he came around. He did not bring them to us. We asked for our drinks a 2nd time, 3rd time, 4th time. Finally I became frustrated and said, "Sir, I understand you have alot going on but we've already asked for our drinks 5 times." He then bought us our drinks. The service was extremely slow. The gentleman at the front desk told people/ was making people wait an hour for a table even thought there were plenty of tables available. I would like my money back from this entire visit. It was a horrible birthday dinner and I will not return.

    Took my husband there for his birthday and it was perfect from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was beautiful, the hostess was amazing the food was phenomenal!! We will definitely be going back.

    Just ok this time- felt neglected by the waiter perhaps he was new- desert wait was long... for wrong deserts and waited another 20 mins for what was Actually ordered. Deserts were eventually comped but that was t why we ordered them.

    The customer service was absolutely atrocious, our server was by far one of the worst servers I’ve ever had. To the point we had to get up and get our own refills. We drove all the way from Toledo and will never be back

    We have slowly been working our way through the “nicer” restaurants. Kids are fickle. Anyways, our server Cynthia could not have been nicer. All the meat servers? Every single one of them that came to our table were friendly, happy, and genuinely liked what they were doing.. I also got a really great bottle of house wine for a steal! My only complaint is- the bathroom. Having a single bathroom for such a large restaurant was frustrating. We had to go to the very nice, understanding bartender and be taken around the corner to another bathroom. Ughh.. I think I personally went with one of my kids at least 3x. Overall, everyone enjoyed the evening. I’m sure we will be back soon, my daughter asked to go again tonight.

    Took my sister and sister in law for lunch. We all enjoyed our meal. The lobster bisque was delicious as are all of their soups. Couldn’t ask for a better salad bar. The waitress was energetic and and attentive. Looking forward to my next visit.

    IS DEFINITELY NOT A STEAKHOUSE BUT WILL PASS FOR CHICKEN OR PORK HOUSE Went to a steak house expecting quality meat . Trying to entertain family members from out of town to show them a good time in Detroit The servers ( different from waiter ) kept on bringing pork and chicken to the table. They did not bring any steak or lamb meat until towards the end- and after I had to complain to our waitress . By the way by that time we where full from the salad bar and tired of waiting The red -green token they give you for requesting the meat is sitting on the table and they are not paying attention to it . Definitely won’t recommend the place nor go back.

    We were ignored by the carvers and waited over a half hour before being served any meats. Only saw 4 different items and were waiting for food most of the time we were there. I've been there plenty of times in the past but don't know if I'll be back it's gone extremely downhill. The salad bar hardly has any choices compared to before and there weren't any tags identifying the salad bar items

    Arriving early for our 4:45 reservation we were told it would just be a few minutes while a table was readied for us. About 15-20 minutes later, as everyone arriving after us were seated, I was told, upon checking, that it was indicated that we had already been seated. Just a little ticked off.

    This was by far the worst dining experience. When we walked in the door there was toilet paper on the floor and noone to greet us at the hostess stand. Seated 30 minutes past our reservation then after another 10 minutes at the table we were finally greated by a server. There were no plates on the salad bar for another 10 mins. 20 mins after sitting with our cards flipped to green and no food we asked for a manager. If I would give this place no stars I would. The service was terrible the restaurant was dirty and the management was the worst I've ever seen.
