   This was mine & my husband's second time going. Service was great! Food was delicious 😋! We aren't from Texas & our server gave us some ideas of things to do while we are here visiting.

   I made a reservation at Texas de Brazil with the clear intention of avoiding any wait, yet I was left standing for over 30 minutes — completely defeating the purpose of booking ahead. There was no real explanation or sense of urgency from the staff, just a generic “we’re running behind.” Once seated, things didn’t improve much. The food was average at best and lacked the variety I expected from a place that markets itself as a premium Brazilian steakhouse. Several meats were either overcooked or under-seasoned, and the overall selection felt repetitive and limited. For the price point, the entire experience felt like a letdown. I left feeling frustrated, underwhelmed, and unlikely to return.

   Customer service was wonderful as always. Our 5th visit the only thing I wasn't happy with was the not half filled of wine for 12.00 a glass. If I pay 12.00 for a glass of wine. I should get a full glass. Other then that my mother day at texas de brazil was wonderful.

   We sat near the window and the meat servers had to be told many times to come offer us different meats. Refills took awhile and we never got to see the dessert list.

   Great as always. Food was fresh and some of the new meats withh BBQ instead of garlic seasoning were great and should be offered more often. Waiter was okay but not as attentive as usual. Very distant and seemed as if he didn't want to be there this evening.

   Texas De Brazil is our new Easter Tradition. We love the Salad bar and the Easter Buffet option. Hostesses are nice and professional; Wait Staff is good, even valet service is prompt and friendly. However, it's the meat service that needs some tweaking. When we first sat down, the waiter asked what cooked type of meats we wanted, which he was informed that some like medium rare and some like medium well/well done. After we came back from the salad bar, the meat handlers would come to the table with only rare meat, causing the one who wanted more well meat to wait, and wait, and wait. They really should come to the table with 2 skewers. One with rare meats and the other with well. We also waited a long time for meat as it seems the meat handlers ignore tables that might be in between other tables that are finished or table located in the back area. All in all, we will continue to return for our traditional easter day dinner but hopefully this point in the experience will be addressed and continue to get better.
