                                                                                                                                                                                                I've been coming to TdB with a group of friends for my birthday for years and it has usually been a great experience with just an occasional hiccup such as the year the air conditioning was out or the year when we all agreed the food was a bit over salted. I'm very disappointed to say this year was my last though. The service we received was wholly unacceptable. We had to actually flag down our server to get drinks, we were passed by the gauchos multiple times, and even when one did do the courtesy of stopping by our table, the people in the center of the table got skipped multiple times and had to holler at them to come back. We were not checked in on, no one received any drink refills (or second drinks), we weren't offered desserts, and we had to actually get up to find our own second pitcher of water because our server just wasn't stopping by to check on us. At least this will give me an excuse to try some more places and find somewhere else to go next year.

                                                                                                                                                                                                there was a nasty smell throughout the entire restaurant come to find it was from the bathroom. It looked like a potential sewage leak. I ended up getting sick from the smell and we left. Our waitress was not attentive at all often having to track her down for basic things and waited almost 25 minutes just to get checked out. Won’t be coming back

                                                                                                                                                                                                Went for lunch and ordered salad bar only. Our waiter was very pleasant and it looked like we were his only table. Salad bar and soup were good but I had to hunt our waiter down to ask him to take away our used plates. Also he overcharged us and then had to get the manager to help. Instead of refunding my credit card , he did some kind of adjustment, and told me to keep checking my card and let him know if the adjustment doesn't show up. Two days later and still no adjustment. What a hassle ....$73 for 2 salads.

After I was served a spoiled virgin pina colada I lost my appetite. The waiter never introduced himself as well as when he was explaining the dessert menu he was speaking so fast I just told him never mind. The floors are extremely slippery. I told someone so no one would get hurt, The other man replied it’s wax as I watched a few peoples feet look like they were slipping on ice. So this was my experience I just made the best out of my situation so my Fiancé could have a HAPPY FATHER S DAY.

                                                                                                                                                                                                La atención fue muy mal, debido a que esperamos mucho para servir la carne y ni pasaban por la mesa donde nos ubicaron, en reiteradas oportunidades le comentamos a varios mesoneros sobre que había pasado con la carne y sencillamente nos decían ya van a pasar y fue de muy mal gusto sus respuesta, y la verdad q la atención del día de ayer fue una de las peores que había tenido alli en su restaurante

Staff was very attentive and efficient. Just simply outstanding. Only issue was the slippery floors. The chairs were sliding across the floor and almost fell.

Three of the 4 in our party said next time we would just get it. We have been several times, and something was just off this time. The meats were pretty tough and/or overcooked. The service was subpar for the cost of the experience.
