    Fantastic food, Fantastic service, (Jessica was awesome) nonstop meats and trips to the salad bar, great food, and super fresh at the salad bar, the salmon and shrimp were awesome, the charcuterie selection was great. The gauchos spring meat were all super friendly and eager to serve.. All in all a great place to dine and chill. Oh and the bar was great as well!!!!!!

    Service was amazing; our server made sure to describe the how a Brazilian steakhouse works and took our drink orders promptly (the mojitos were perfect!) The food was absolutely incredible and unbeatable for the price for the entire experience. We loved the salad bar selections and the the meats were perfectly cooked and delicious. I went up for seconds of their signature lobster bisque. We went for our anniversary and mentioned to our server that we were celebrating. We had a free desert coupon for our anniversary and used it on a slice of triple chocolate cake to share.

    All of the food was amazing, as usual. We had a loud table next to us but that was not the fault of the restaurant. I would suggest that as tables are seated to space out the customers a little more. They were all seated next to each other.

    Service was bad. Sat 20 minutes after reservation. Had to ask for drinks 10 minutes after ordered. Meat service was slow (had to wave them down). Had to request for drink refills, and dish removal. 25 minutes waiting on the check.

    We love this place! Went last night for my sons 16th birthday and they did not disappoint! Service was excellent. Food was even better. Well worth the 30 minutes it took us to get there. Highly recommend.

    The food and staff was amazing. Huge variety at the salad bar. Our waitress was extremely nice and helpful. The meats came around non stop! The alcoholic beverage our waitress suggested was great! Overall experience was 10/10! If you never tried this place and maybe turned off by the price! If you love meat, it’s 100% worth it. Definitely recommend for special occasions!

    I have loved Texas de Brazil for years. However, this try at doing the Friday lunch was somewhat of a disappointment. The main way the ball was dropped was in all the cuts of beef I had. Each type of beef was mostly fat, and it was tough. So, what a difference from what I've experienced in the past. Truly a let down. On the bright side, my server, Fernando, was great. He was the redeeming factor for me. Without his great service at the Columbus, Ohio location, my time at this Texas de Brazil would have been an overall disappointment.

    With out a menu, drinks and dessert costs were not mentioned to us. To be fair, we did not ask. Your info and description of the dining experience online sublimely suggested that these items would be included in the cost of the meal.. Our server was attentive and explained how the service worked (except for the drinks (coke) and dessert part). With that be said would have to offer any one considering dining with you to ask exactly what you get for the price.

    Very nice place and all the food was great and looked beautiful. I didn’t have any food I didn’t think was delicious. A place that was easy to stay on my Keto diet. A little pricey for every day but a great treat.

    The food was average for the price we paid. Several of the meats that were brought out were overcooked, especially the chicken. I ordered a glass of wine. The wine glass had a rough residue on on the outside and was clearly dirty. I asked for a new wine glass and was given one. The people that I was with complained the restaurant was too noisy. Also, I received a $20 off coupon when signing up for the restaurants online service and then scheduling a reservation. I tried to use the coupon during checkout. The waitress seemed confused about the coupon and then came back to our table to let us know the manager stated coupons can’t be used on Saturdays. No restrictions were listed on the coupon. I felt that what we were told was untrue. It’s not worth going back there. There are plenty of better restaurants in Columbus at that price point.

    This was a birthday celebration dinner that was somewhat disappointing. Our waiter was attentive at  first, but then disappeared for a long period of time during our dinner. The bottle of wine brought out was the wrong one which luckily I caught before he opened it. All of the meat that we were given during the evening was over cooked and tough. The only meat that was not tough was the fillet. I have to say that the most enjoyable part of the meal was the dessert. Very disappointed in the entire quality of the meal in respect to the price that you pay.

    We came here for my moms 80th birthday. 13 adults. Slooooooow service. Never received some of our drinks. The wait between meat was long. Had to wait a long time for medium and medium well meat. We asked multiple times. Wish we would have gone elsewhere. Some of our party paid $51 for the meal and only got a couple pieces of meat.

    Unfortunately, I was very disappointed over all for the money spent. We came in early for a 5:00 reservation, and we're sat within a few minutes. However, it took about 10 minutes to be waited on. While if the restaurant was busy it could be understandable, but that was not the case. We counted 9 servers huddled in the back of the restaurant laughing, talking, and exchanging money between each other. There were patrons in the restaurant and barely anyone out giving service to paying customers. Two tables close to us were cleaned and not once did they greet a guest or even smile to the patrons. One hostess finally noticed we had no drinks despite more than 10 minutes sitting, proceeded to head to the group of laughing employees and point us out. We were not the only people who noticed that there was a party in the back of the restaurant amongst the servers. If you are going to converse or chit-chat, it's best to do that in the kitchen or break area away from guests. As for the food, the first several cuts of meat were all well-done despite them stating it was medium rare. When I pointed it out, they acted like they couldn't hear or understand me. I enjoyed the flavor of their new spicy picahna steak, just hated it was a hard as charcoal from being cooked well-done and not medium rare as they claimed it was. I will state the stand out was the flank steak. Just so tender and hews like meted butter. The mashed potatoes were also great as a side. One thing I love here is the fried bananas. Unfortunately, the bananas were cold to the touch and stiff. When I asked for a better side of the fried bananas, I never got them. For $50 per person, I expect so much better. I am not sure why the standards have gotten so low. As this place is at a popular mall in Columbus, you would think they would be going above and beyond to bring in patrons. Very disappointing...

    Waitress was wonderful, food was good, price for the amount of meat you can eat was as expected BUT for our table of 5 our bill was over 300$, for that price the following issues shouldn’t have been an issue: at one point the meat servers stopped coming to the table despite the card being flipped to green and the woman’s bathroom was atrocious smh- poor lighting, dirty nasty toilets, stuff smeared on the walls, one soap dispenser for a 3 sink counter and it stunk like sewage which after eating just makes you want to puke.

    Service was perfect - the servers were there exactly when you wanted them, and every request for a specific cut of meat was quickly honored. Flavors were excellent, as was the selection of meats to choose from. The only downside, and likey due to location; some people think they need to act a fool and be overly loud, but that is not on the restaurant, that us simply obnoxious people that lack basic manners. Will definitely return when back in Columbus.

    Food and meat was great. We weren’t offered the plantains. The only real detractor was that while we sat and paid $50 per person there was a spent lime and some straw wrappers all around our table when we sat down and were there when we left as well.

    During one of the meat deliveries, the gaucho prepped the cut and as my husband lifted his tongs, the gaucho moved the knife and sliced my husbands finger. We made the server aware and she brought us bandages but the manager did not come nor did the server ask how he was. Thankfully it was just a slice and was not deep according to the ER doctor but there was a lot of blood and now he’s handicapped until it heals.

    Quality has significantly declined. Meat was tough and full of gristle. We waited 15 minutes for 2 cans of soda to be brought out and other drink orders taken (we had to wait because we weren’t given a drink menu until after we asked) Service was unfriendly. We had to ask the manager to send the meats our way after waiting for 30 minutes without anyone coming to our table, and then everyone came all at once and then did not return. The red and green coasters were completely ignored. Salad bar temperature was off - cold foods were warm and warm foods were moderately warm.
