   We eat at Texas de Brazil 4 or 5 times a year and with a family of six plus friends it adds up in a hurry!! Normally a pretty good experience, but today was not great, so I know this is not the norm, but at $150+ for 3 of us this evening, I feel like we threw away our money. The issue was not the service or food, but the odor. The sewage smell was so bad that it made our food taste bad and it was almost a sickening experience. It was so bad I really didn’t want to pay! I know this is. It the norm, but there was definitely something wrong. Maybe why there were only a few tables full this evening. Hopefully they can figure out what is wrong and fix the issue.

   Despite making a reservation, we got asked to wait in the entrance. The restaurant was not even half full then. No choice where to seat. Meat service rushed despite red label and eating salad starter. Glass of wine finally delivered at the end of the meal! Managers at the entrance didn’t bother to say goodbye and thank you. Poor performance but the meat was delicious and some of the servants really went the extra mile.

   A lot of food at a fast pace, for the price (170.00) unable to take home the food unable to eat. Such a waste of money. Not a lot of side dish options.

   Another wonderful experience using our VIP passes. Great value at a great place and with my favorite person.

   We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation, expecting a brief wait, which is understandable. However, we were made to wait an additional 10 minutes past our reservation time, while walk-ins without reservations were seated ahead of us. Once seated, the service was decent, but the food quality was underwhelming. The majority of the meats served were overcooked, dry, and lacked the juiciness you’d expect from a churrascaria. Cuts were often tough and flavorless, and the overall quality of the meat simply did not match the price point. Worse, the dining area did not feel clean or well-maintained. The floor was slippery in several spots—concerningly due to what appeared to be blood dripping from the espadas (meat skewers). This is not only unsanitary but also a safety hazard for both guests and staff. Overall, this visit was disappointing. Brazilian steakhouses are known for great service and top-notch meats, but this one failed to deliver on both fronts. There are better options elsewhere if you’re looking for an authentic and enjoyable rodízio experience

   We love the food here and always have a good experience. This time, however, I felt like we were rushed. The meats started coming around to our table when we had just returned from the salad bar. Some of those meats then didn’t come back again until we specifically asked for them. We even told the servers that we weren’t ready yet, but the meats still kept coming. Everything was tasty, and our server was great, but the experience felt rushed.

   The food was ok but the service was awful. We were a large party and before we were seated the waiter was trying to get our drink orders. We didn't have time to sit let alone look at the drink menu. Afterwards we had to snag the server or find the manager. We were bombarded with meat right when we sat down with a plate and then had to ask for additional food for rest of night. It was not a good experience.
