    Eaten at several other Brazilian steakhouses. This was the worst. Salad bar was inadequate. Waitress wan not attentive. People bringing meat around were slow at best and it was mostly sirloin. Won’t go back.

    Servers were all wonderful. Decent salad bar. Most of the meats had a strange taste, have no idea how to put that flavor to words, my companion and I both had that off flavor experience. Potatoes were good though. Had the $10.00 chocolate mouse cake which was delicious. Total bill was $138.00 before tip and we didn't even have any alcohol. In our opinion 100% not worth the cost and we will not be returning.

    Our server was nice and attentive. Very noisy for not being very busy. The meat servers appeared disorganized and weren’t sure what tables had been served. Had to ask several times for certain cuts of meat to be brought to the table. Overall… was ok.

    Very good service by our waitress and great bartending drinks! Very nice ambience, quiet, food was on time and the service of meat at the request of us the customer as far as the temperature of the meat was fantastic! I recommend Texas de Brazil!! Customer, Ted & Deniese

    WAY too loud for dinner. We couldn’t hear what our waiter was saying and even asked him to repeat himself and still couldn’t hear him the second time. The noise level was ridiculous. I would expect that in a club or bar but not a restaurant. I also found it overly expensive. It was a first time experience for us but we won’t be returning. I’ve had much better food at Texas Roadhouse. While Texas Roadhouse is loud at times I have never had to ask someone to repeat themselves and could carry a conversation at my table.

    We left a little disappointed. The food was delicious and the employees were very friendly and professional. However, we did not receive any sort of starch - no potatoes or vegetable of any kind. We were not even told to help ourselves to your delicious salad bar, but we did anyway. The last time we ate there, we received a plate of delicious potatoes and asparagus. What happened to those delicious side dishes?

    I have been to different locations of this restaurant throughout USA and this has to be the most disappointing. I have to begin by saying that the salad bar and the waiter were pretty good. The problem was with the food and the price of the food. Of course, like every other restaurant in the World, they had to raise their price. Problem is, the service of the meat servers as well as the types was meats was reduced, compared to where I have been before in previous years. This was very disappointing, of course, as you pay more $50/pers for what in fact is less types of meats. NOT ok!!! I will never patron this restaurant and search for the competition as I still enjoy the format.

    Such a variety to satisfy everyone in the party. Meats cooked to your liking. Nice happy hour til 6:00 pm. Overwhelmingly wonderful array of choices on the salad bar, sumptuous salmon. Lobster bisque, black bean soup, sautéed mushroom and scalloped potatoes. If you don’t leave stuff or full to comfort… it’s your fault not theirs.

    I have been to this particular location 5 times. Every other time I would say it was a 9 out of 10. This time how ever the service was extremely slow. Took 10 or 15 mins in-between meats being brought to the tables.it was NOT extremely crowded. Compared to past visits, it was terrible. I brought 2 people that had never been before and me "hyping it up" was a big disappointment.. I like the place but I just felt for the price we did NOT get what we paid for ....

    Very disappointing and dissatisfied experience. The hostess at the door was rude and rustic. She summoned us to the table as if we were some rif raff. Politeness, courteousness were missing. She was loud as well. Bar tender was unfriendly and did not even know what is one ounce was. Servers were loud. No smiles. Treated us as if we were eating free food. Felt like we were being discriminated. Restroom area was filthy Will never visit this place again. Not at all worth money spent.

    Upon arriving, we were directed to the waiting area or the bar. During our wait for our table, 6:50 pm to 7:10 pm, there was no bartender serving customers. Once seated, our server was great. We had a table in the middle of the room and found the meat servers worked the outside tables more frequently, leaving us to ask our server to have the meat servers visit our table. Once at our table, tue meat servers were great. Food was delicious and the dessert for the birthday boy was a nice touch.

    The overall experience at the restaurant was excellent. Our server was attentive and helpful. The food was amazing. Our favorite was the beef (all kinds)! We spent about $150+ including tips and drinks for two people so a bit pricey but a good place to visit for special occasions.

    The salad bar was ok but I expected mor for that price. Then the deserts was a separate price . I felt it should have been included but for the overall price with tip and drinking water spent 140 . For two . I won’t be returning

    They have few meat servers. We had to wait for the servers to circle back for 5 to 10 minutes. Not so many variety of meats; moderately limited. They didn't serve us rib eye steak; I didn't see them serving one either. The pineapple is served cold in the buffet area instead of grilled and sliced like the meats. Our waitress is awesome. It was my wife's birthday and she was very accommodating. Compared to Brasa in Niagara Falls, Texas de Brazil here in Buffalo is not even half to how good Brasa is. We've been to a lot of Churrascaria, Texas de Brazil failed in the variety of meats and the promptness of serving the meats. We could use a green light instead of a green puck just to get the meat servers to come :) We've decided to go to Brasa instead next time.

    This was my first trip to Texas de Brazil, but will not be the last. The food was delicious. You could easily make a meal of the salad bar, the lobster bisque was excellent, and the wonderful meats were superb! Service was excellent, prompt but not pushy! We also had dessert ( we were celebrating a birthday!) and I had the Brazilian cheesecake—yum! And the birthday boy had a candle on his, but no embarrassing bad singing! Our family truly enjoyed our visit!

    5 stars. Except noise still moderate. Bit what u expect when ur always busy because of the awesome food. And that manager the Spanish guy I hope I got right that dude there is definitely ON TOP OF HIS GAME. extream guilty guy. Food has NEVER disappointed service is amazing. Men's bathroom. 3 outta 5 but that's cause 1 sink broke and one won't shut off. Take alittle bit of that money and fix them. But that's just a very small issue in sure they'll fix soon. But other them that. 5star across the board for facts. I'll always go back there.

    Salad bar selection was not as desirable as some of the other Texas de Brazil chains I have visited. Additionally, I found out that the Buffalo chain charges more for the lamb chops, which was never the case so I was disappointed and would not visit in this location again.

    I visited other locations. Very disappointed with the Buffalo location. We had a reservation at 8.30 pm. Buffet was almost empty. Cheese trays and cold cuts just a few pieces. Some people in our family likes well done meat. We let the server know that in advance. All the meat was like raw. We ate all at different times instead of have dinner as a family. I can ate only chicken, they never bring well done meat. By 9 pm they stopped cooking. We all feel like we ate leftovers. Servers very rude.

    Had an amazing night! Our server was extremely attentive, outgoing, and very helpful. To be honest, she made our experience 10x better. So glad we celebrated our anniversary there. The food as even better than I remember. Would definitely go back again soon.
