   First time experience…..I went expecting paying 60 a person I would be able to decide on how well or unwell the meat was with no clue they bring it out as is take it or leave it asked several meat servers if they could cook it a little longer because I didn’t like it bloody and they declined the request. Salad bar was the only eatable item unfortunately the hot sides & 2 sides that came with the meal tasted like it came from a box out of our local grocery store def would not recommend & not likely to return

   The overall experience was neat as neither me or my partner have been here prior to this recent visit but we both think it could have been better. The website shows all these meats but come time to be served all they appeared to have was different cuts of steak and a few different chicken options, no pork was ever presented to us. As well, all the chicken tasted the same regardless of presented flavor, also had a weird taste to us; maybe smoke, maybe salt, not 100% sure. I will also say that if you like your beef cooked on the well done side be prepared to have limited options. We were told that they would go to the kitchen and ask them to cook more well done portions for us but everything that came out of as closer to rare verse medium well as we requested. I can also says I was personally impressed with the salad bar; it’s different but in a good way! From different meats and cheeses to basic salad toppings as well as a variety of hot sides. Due to the limited variety of meat presented to us I’m not sure if we would go back for any reason other than dessert. Try the Chocolate Mouse Cake, you won’t regret it!

   Never been here before but heard great things. It was okay, the server was very helpful and very pleasant. It did take a while for the meat to come around and when it did, it was okay - some of it was a little tough, a couple of different pieces were nice but overall, not as good as I expected. Maybe it was an off night as it was through the week.

   beautiful restaurant , great selection of soups , salads , breads and cheeses. would recommend for special occasions !

   Excellent experience. Service was great, food was top tier. Plentiful options on the salad bar and the meats were delicious

   The only chain I look forward to going to. The food is always outstanding. However, the floor was SO slippery. Wear your no-slips! The service was a bit slow, and one of our gauchos was extremely angry, which was a bit off-putting. We just skipped the spicy sirloin and enjoyed the rest. Our server was very friendly, but slow to bring drinks, forgot our requests, and spilled water filling glasses. I think she was distracted by a table of “gentlemen” nearby. It was a very enjoyable birthday, but surprising that they didn’t acknowledge it in any way. Not a deal breaker by any means, but strange for a chain.

   Brandon was an absolute delight! He was quick with getting our drinks a refills and followed our lead with ever we needed. He had a great personality and really vibed well with us!

   Had a 7pm reservation and didn’t get sat until 745. We had a limo so we were on a time schedule. Don’t mind waiting but 45 minutes was a bit much. Server was great and food was awesome.

    The food is good, the atmosphere is OK. They are unable to split a check. So if you have a large party, you have to do the math yourself and figure out the bill per person and they can only use up to five cards to pay for it. When we asked the waitress why that was, she said they had had people skip out on the bill of large parties and they actually prefer it this way. I’m glad it works well for them, but I am the paying customer and it did not work well for us. There has to be a better solution for this.
