    Our waitress was behind…someone else tried to help but it wasn’t the standard we’ve had before. Many dirty plates stacking up and no one wanted to be bothered to clear them away.

    Expensive, and worth every penny. Amazing salad bar is a meal in itself, but then there’s the meat that just keeps coming to your table. Chicken, beef, lamb, pork—all delicious. It was a fantastic meal!

    Food was very good service was good too. The only thing about it that was a little disappointing wasn’t as much variety as i expected but that may just be I had to high expectations was my first time here I will go back at some point my favorite place to eat is lamberts cafe because I got all the food I can eat and it is half the price as tdb

    We visited restaurant a few years ago and it was much better. This time the meat was dry and tough. The meat wasn’t fresh. Waiter was fantastic but meat servers had attitude. We had a much better dining experience in Myrtle Beach last month at the same restaurant. It’s our 49th wedding anniversary, we wish we had chosen somewhere else.

    While the food is very good, the service wasn’t. We got asked about drink refills after we were finished. Our waitress talked very low and very fast. I could not hear or understand her. I just recommend she speak up and slower.

    I was very impressed by the service we recieved. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary, and it was one of the most memorable dinners we've enjoyed. The reservation process was very convenient. All staff were very pleasant and the food was delicious!

    We had a wonderful experience, our server was Emma and we’ve had her once before and she was just as kind and knowledgeable about the menu this time as she was before. She was not overbearing when it came to serving and that made the experience all the more better. The overall atmosphere was great and the food was delicious as always.

    Never been and everyone was nice and their selections of meats and hot bar items were delicious and the banana foster cake was our favorite dessert here . Will definitely be coming again in the future

    I always love this restaurant food experience. My experience at this Bham location was NOT enjoyable. Firstly, the air conditioning was broken in the middle of a heat wave in Bham. 2nd, the host was very rude. Even the traveling trainer noticed the abrasive interaction, 3rd there were customers who had jeans on, shorts, caps on...I am not accustom of this type of restaurant to allow these occurrences. So, while the food was good and my dining was good, the atmosphere was not what I expected.

    Extremely hot inside the restaurant. Someone fainted. It took a while for the meats to come out and everything was cooked medium. Staff was hot and overwhelmed. Sides were cold

    Food and service were decent, but it was unbearably hot inside the restaurant during my visit on 8/26/23. A guest even passed out and the ambulance had to be called to assist them.

    Service was friendly and excellent. I feel so sorry for anyone working there being forced to come to work with no AC. Our server let us know the AC had been out for about a month and their bosses didn’t want to pay to fix it. By the end of the meal my husband and I were both sweating and miserable. I couldn’t enjoy my food because of how hot it was. Will not be returning if this is not fixed.

    This is the second time we have been in a year. The last time was during the world games. Both times it has been so hot inside the restaurant that it was very uncomfortable. We were told last year that the air conditioning was giving them problems. This year they made no excuses for the extremely hot atmosphere. the food at the bar was amazing as usual, both in presentation, variety, and flavor. The meat, service and preparation were disappointing. All of the servers converged on us at once with all of the different meats, and we had no plates to put them on.  so we asked them to come back. We all went up and got ourselves plates and waited. And waited. We finally had to ask our server to send the meat guys over again. About half of the offerings for brought to our table. It wasn’t until after we were finished with our meal that we saw several other choices that never made it to our table., this place is entirely too expensive for the dry meat offerings we were offered. The inside is beautiful and if you choose to just do the food bar for $31, you should enjoy everything there. But for over $50 for the bar plus the substandard meat selections, we won’t do that again.

    Texas De Brazil was okay. We went during lunch on a Friday. They seemed understaffed. The meats came sparcely. And the meats didn't seem to be as flavorful or moist. It was okay but I don't think it's worth the money I paid.

    If you are going during lunch hours I would get there around 11:30. I was there at opening and no meats were ready. Otherwise the overall experience was about average.

    The air conditioning wasn’t working very well at all! Trying to eat and sweating at the same time isn’t fun! I had one piece of meat, a sausage. I informed them I only ate well done and nothing was cooked that way. They made money off of me! The salad bar is fabulous!

    The restaurant was clean but the air wasn’t working properly so it was very hot. We went at 6:30. The food is absolutely delicious and the servers were super nice. They brought my gf more well done meats because that’s what she likes and the were. I stop coming to the table with more meat. This was my 1st time at this particular location in Birmingham and 4th visit overall. I absolutely love this place and will definitely be back again.
