   First time here and we decided to come for Mother’s Day. We actually showed up roughly 30 minutes early for our reservation and got seated as soon as we walked in which was great. We were greeted and he got our drink orders. 1 unsweetened tea, a Diet Coke and 3 waters. By the time we had gotten up, went to the salad bar and practically finished the plates we made the unsweetened tea and Diet Coke were finally brought out. The food was overall good in all of our opinions, but we definitely don’t think it was worth a $500 bill with tip for 6 of us. I am pregnant, therefore I have to have my meat cooked at medium well and I honestly could not eat a lot of what i actually wanted due to it mostly being medium rare that was brought around. Over all what I was able to eat was good. When we first sat down we were being greeted with different meats every other minute but then they practically stopped coming around it seemed like after about 30 mins. We ordered dessert which took roughly 10-15 to come out. As we ordered our dessert my husband ordered a strawberry lemon drop martini. 2 other tables received their drink. We received 3 dessert and finished them BEFORE my husband ever received his strawberry lemon drop martini. We were lucky to even get refills on our waters much less the Diet Coke and unsweetened tea. Overall, food was decent, but not worth the money. We have had better service somewhere where the bill isn’t $500.

   My family and I went there to have Mother’s Day dinner; the food, once it finally arrived, was very tasteful and of course, plentiful. The lighting was very low, that’s not an atmosphere I enjoyed very much. Our hostess was very attentive and cared for our every need and the servers were great too.

   Service was slow. Server could not answer questions regarding wine and he went to get the manager but manager didn’t come and after about 10 minutes server came back with what the manager told him. Even though server said that I could take my time and not to rush through my meal, he brought my check while I was still eating and never offered me to get dessert. Filet mignon was really chewy but chicken was good.

   The experience itself was amazing but the only issue was the waiter was not coming to our table to get refills or dessert. We felt ignored and just annoyed for not getting the quality service from the waiter. He kept going to other tables instead and not really coming to ours only if we called him. It was kind of disappointing.

   We ABSOLUTELY loved the entire experience. Our server Josh was FABULOUS and we loved his energy! We most definitely will come again soon.

   We had a reservation at 7:45. We checked in at 7:40. We were told they were running behind. Checked back in at 8:25 and was told we were to be seated next. At 8:35, after larger groups were sat, we checked again - only to be told our reservation was deleted! Our waiter was nice but possibly spread too thin. Food was good as usual. It wasn’t the typical experience that we’ve had other times but was just frustrating to almost wait an hour with a reservation and then for the reservation to get deleted with little to no concern or apology from the hostess. Or any for that matter.

   Over very good experience. A waiter did spill a drink on me and because customer backed into him not his fault at all. It was very crowded and loud.

    Waiter was not attentive at all. We had 3 meals and 1 salad bar only. The gauchos were very good. However, much of the meat was tough. Our plates were not picked up unless we asked them to be. This was very inconvenient at a small table. Drinks were not refilled until we requested/flagged the waiter down. Not a good experience for the price. Very disappointed. Only positive were the gauchos.
