   We were given the $100 e card #15700028485504 for my Birthday 11/04/2021. We tried to make reservations from time to time and just couldn’t get one to fit our schedule. So we finally make it last night only to find out that the e-card had no value (as the assistant manager said). I find it hard to believe that it would expire in less than a year. This ruined a great evening for my wife and I. There was a bonus card for $25 #05700013707583. This card after reviewing it was expired (04/28/22) but the $100 card did not state an expired date. please consider something fair on this matter Thanks Jamey Cason

   They weren’t as good as they usually are, the seasoned crust wasn’t on everything as usual, they kept bringing us under cooked meat and the meat was coming out real slow to not have a big crowd or be super busy. And I also hate that they charge separate for the lamb chops, others that I go to don’t charge a separate price for them. They were also stingy with the meats that we requested and the doneness of them. I hope it was just a bad day or something because Houston is my favorite one!

   Lacked in staff. Meat servers were scarce. Our waitress was overwhelmed. She tried hard to keep up. Took an hour an half just to receive some medium well meat. Just overall not what it used to be.

   Nice place to go to. Especially if you like to try different foods! They come around with everything from different kinds of steaks, lamb, chicken and pork! The lobster bisque was great!

   The issue I have is that the serves that carry the meat around don’t go to every table, they skip us numerous times when we still wanted to be serve and it’s the fact I had to ask my host to let the servers know that they are still eating

   I just love this place! Delicious as usual! It is expensive and a splurge for us. I definately cannot eat anywhere near what i feel 50 is worth lol.

    We were sat at a table basically still in the lobby. This made it very difficult to carry on a conversation or even eat without feeling as though you are being watched by the customers waiting on their table. We asked for a seat in the back but was told that would be another 30 minute wait even though there were many of open tables in the actual restaurant. I understand they were likely short-staffed but this front lobby table should not be there and would make sense to do away with entirely and re zone the staff's areas to reflect the lost table

    We went to celebrate our son's birthday and we all enjoyed ourselves. The salad bar was nice but could have used more options. I$30 for a salad bar is a little much. The service was outstanding, very attentive, answered any questions, and very nice. I liked the cards to let them know when we wanted a choice of meats & when to pass us by. I wish there was a dress code, some patrons were less than casual. Just my opinion, if you're going to go to a very nice restaurant, dress for it.

    You use the term "Energetic" pre noise level... I would just say LOUD! much too loud for my taste. Recommendation request? for someone of my age with hearing problems, definitely NO... for a younger person, maybe. Definite parking problems... begs for Valet parking. In fact, unavailability of valet parking id a deal breaker for me.

    I usually love, love Texas de Brazil. We went on a Thursday night and everything was just off compared to previous visits, and we do frequent often during the year. Our first impression was that the greeters really didn’t seem like they really wanted to be there and we received less than a warm welcome. I excused this since everyone can have an off night. Once seated, our server greeted us, but was slow to bring us the basics. There were five of us and only four waters poured, no warm plates were provided and it was 20 min after being seated that our server returned to the table. We let her know that during the time we had been sitting (and after 2 rounds to the salad bar) no one had been to our table to offer us any meat selections (maybe new protocol to wait after salad to help their bottom line). I ordered and paid additional, al-la-cart for lamb chops, medium well, but they were under cooked to my liking and rubbery. Usually, these are my favorites. Our group also noted that the salad bar selections have been reduced immensely. Understood, everything has gone up and you get less for more, and it shows. The bar has been rearranged from what was customary and there were notably fewer choices.Thank goodness for the lobster bisque! If that ever left the bar, we’ll, I think I would have to protest, lol. The mashed potatoes and plantains came almost at the end of our meal. Again, timing was off, service was off and the food was off. After we finished dining, I had to flag down our server while she was at another table and before she disappeared again to get our check. There is a saving grace, one of the meat servers, Michael, did greet our table with humor and came back to check on us often. He really helped to turn the evening around. I will probably give it another try before writing it off as “used to be one of my favorite places”. I really hope it was one off night and this isn’t the new norm. I’m not sure if the value is there anymore for what you get.

    Overall...I was disappointed! The food wasn't great! The salad bar was pleasant, we had a very intentative server, the soup could have been hotter, management (tall guy) didn't seem friendly and the front entrance someone could have payed more attention to the cleanliness! Way over priced from the low selection and quality of the food!!!

    I love this restaurant, but it makes no sense to get reservations cause we still waited 30 mins for a table. They kept seating people after us, which made the situation worse and I mean the lobby was full of people. They kept saying that they were cleaning off the table, but for 30 minutes really. I’m a very quiet person. It I had to say something. Then they said that one of the hosts messed up and ave our table away. The manager knew I was upset, which was why he avoided make eye contact with me and quickly walking off. I had a horrible experience from my favorite restaurant.

    We came here for Mother’s Day. We come here often and usually love it. We were very disappointed this trip. The meats were either sooo rare that blood was dripping off or so over cooked it was like beef jerky. Our bread was hard as a rock as well. Our service was even worse. It was not very busy at all but we were dying of thirst. Everyone was out of soft drinks as well as their water. I had never had an experience like this before here.

    food is good but the variety of salad meats, and sides used to be much better. our server went to check on us 3 times in 1 hour. we asked for some meat that we ended up giving up because it took forever to come.

    Food was great but service lacked we had to ask for refills on our water multiple times when we did receive water no ice, we also asked for a refill on our bread bites and never received. We usually have an excellent experience but not this visit.

    They cut back tremendously on the salad bar options. Server was non existent. Was never brought clean plates for main course. Had to ask for our check. Never offered dessert. Will be our last time.

    There was a Frat party and noise was high and sometimes aggravating. Some cuts of meat were full of fat and hard to cut and chew. Very few meats were hot. Ashley did a tremendous job of seeing my needs were met and she had multiple tables of large groups (the table I saw had 8 people)!
