Everything is great. Never a bad experience. Our “go to “ place for a delicious meal.
Food was very slow to come out. Had to ask multiple times for certain cuts of meat and sometimes they didnt show up at all. If you charge this much for all you can eat people expect to eat alot and not wait 10 minutes in between a cut of meat
Server was great. Meats were all well done, dry and chewy. Toward end of meal finally got medium rare to medium. Was very disappointed with the meat selection. They state meat is cooked to medium rare but can get more well done if wanted. It was just the opposite.
Our waiter was great, and the food was ok. They didn’t really come around to our table as much as the ones around us with the meats, and they didn’t come around to our side with the one thing we asked for until it was too late.
Not worth the money. The wait for food was ridiculous. We had to ask multiple times for them to bring meat to us. Then it was either still bleeding or burnt. There was no in-between. Didn't matter what we said. Not sure if it's worth trying again.
I was disappointed in the food. I have been to the restaurant in the past and enjoyed the food immensely but the variety Sunday was very disappointing. The selection of meat was limited and they kept pushing the same few options.
I was a bit disappointed that they took the lamb chops off the dinner menu and had to be charged an extra $9 for them in addition to the dinner price! I went there mostly for them, but at the same time, was expecting breakfast items as well or an omelette station! Service was great. Had expected more flower arrangements around tables since it was Mother’s Day! Wait staff very attentive to tables, picked up dirty dishes immediately, refreshed drinks! Waiting time was minimal upon arrival! Promptly seated!
Nice atmosphere and good food even though is pricey sometimes we need to reward ourselves with a good meal.
Long waits for the waitresses, rarely stopped by. Low variety of meats and almost everything had some type of pork with it which made it difficult for my friend who doesn’t eat pork. Eg filet with bacon wrapped around it.
It was tough to get servers to actually show up to our table. We waited longer for food than I have ever when I visited the restaurant in Syracuse a few years ago.
We frequent this Texas de Brazil location whenever we can because it's our home base.
While I have always said this particular location varies inconsistency this was by far the worst visit I've ever had here.
We ordered a picture of sangria for the table which even after asking for three times did not arrive until we were half done with our meal.
We all but had to beg for our sides which again showed up about halfway through our meal.
The meats were coming out raw, not medium not medium rare not a little on the bloody side literally raw. We had to interact with the manager at least two times to get certain selections to the table and even then everything was coming out raw.
Our waitress was non-existent I've already talked about the meats the best part of the meal which is always good was a salad bar.
I have to say that having not been out to dinner in a while this was a huge letdown knowing what the normal quality is.
Excellent as always!!
I’ve always enjoyed the salad bar which usually includes a seafood pot or stew which is very delicious they have stopped serving it the waiter says one of the cooks it allergic to seafood
That was my whole reason for going in on Sunday I was very disappointed to say the least. Plus they now up charge additional for the lamb this was included prior to the pandemic Still very disappointing
Service and food quality have both declined. Was unsatisfied and will not likely return.
meat was not very good. Much different from years ago.
We had an amazing time! Drew was our server and we will definitely be returning in the future!!
Food quality has changed. Numerous items went around more than once, then new items came out after we were done. It would be nice if each item came out at least once before other items came out again for the third or fourth time. Now an additional charge for lamb chops which was always included in the price before. It’s a shame the quality has changed.
We had an amazing date night at Texas De Brazil. The service was amazing the servers knew what they were doing to food was delicious. We will be coming back soon! The only thing I had an issue with was the seating, 6 foot distance was not put into account when seating guests. I was concerned because we can't eat with masks on.
We really enjoyed our dinner here. The staff was beyond friendly. The meat was cooked perfectly. I little on the pricy side but this is to be expected, especially for special occasions.
Or waiter was great!, food was great. One of the men who came around with the meat kept walking past our table as if we were invisible. He would walk right past us, no eye contact, no acknowledgement at all and go cater to a table behind us that hadn’t been there for as long as we were. He had gotten so bad that my boyfriend had to stop him and ask him what kind of meat did he have and could he have some of it. The guys response was I’m sorry sir. At that time we felt as if he knew what he was doing, because why I say sorry? That kind of threw our appetites off a bit, other than that everything else was great.
Was for my 34th birthday with family, was so much fun and loved the experience we had can’t wait too come back again
What a great experience! All of the staff is extremely friendly & helpful (this was our first time here). It is truly a night to remember!
We went here for our 1st time over the weekend and the food was amazing! The experience was awesome we will definitely be back!
Not happy at all. Very disappointed. Will not go back. Even after telling waitress about it she did nothing about it.
Everything about my birthday dinner celebration was perfect! The food was delicious and our waitress Genevieve was wonderful!
always good food and good service. definitely recommend buying a VIP card, so worth the money!
A little underwhelming this time around, meats were not that great, got a lot of raw meat, with no flavor, had to talk to a manager but they finally came around with good cuts, but unfortunately I was already full. Salad bar quality is way low as well, potatoes in the aí gratin felt hard and undercooked.
I am brazilian and I love going there, the best food since I am so far away from my beautiful country.
I gave such a low rating because the floor manager came over to our table to inquire about our dinner and I explained to her how the meat was over cooked and had very little taste. It was terrible. She apologized and proceeded to bring me a bill for $158 and all we ate was the salad bar. Also, I was offended because they sat us right next to the kitchen door by the salad bar. Never again!!
We made a reservation and arrived about 10 minutes early. Still
Had to wait in line to
Be seated as if it were first come first serve.
It was very good food salad bar was excellent also
No lamb chops were brought around in the 90 minutes we were there, bit disappointing those are our favorite
Had a great time for my first time
It was a great experience.
Our waiter was amazingly helpful with everything
Excellent food as always, great service, happy the salad bar was opened. I appreciated the crème brûlée.
The food here is good. Basically, use the salad bar to compliment the meats that come around. The wait staff here are very busy and don’t come to the table often. Took much longer to get drinks than it should have. Had already gone to the salad bar and started eating before any of the meat tenders came around and had almost finished four plates before the drinks were brought out. The restaurant is noisy and the salad bar can get a bit crowded even with the Covid limit of ten at a time. I found the meats to be very salty but tasty. I figure they use a lot of salt to fill you up quickly and lessen the amount you’ll eat while there. Desserts are Al a carte and will run you around 9/each. We had four in our party and with only four drinks and one dessert item with our meals the bill was $239 not including tip. Probably wouldn’t go back for a very long time. This was my second time here and again I left feeling underwhelmed by the service and somewhat unsatisfied with the food. It’s a unique dining experience though and cool to try atleast once or twice. The meats are usually cooked medium rare and vary from flanks to filets, some with bacon, sausages and pork. The pork I got was extremely dry and I couldn’t eat it. Other than that, like I said, it was tasty but very salty. For the price tag, there are much better places to eat in town with much higher standards of customer service and food quality.
My wife and I celebrated her birthday with our first dinner out since being fully vaccinated. We were very happy to see the salad bar was open (must be masked in this area and gloves/hand sanitizer are also available). Meat selection was not as varied as it once was, with my favorite, lamp chops, only available as a special order item at an additional cost. We did order some and were allowed to take the unfinished portion of the lamb chops home.
Our server was really attentive and helped make the night a great one. We'll be back again as this is one of our favorite spots.
We enjoyed our first experience at Texas de Brazil!!
Great to have them open again. Excellent food and service. With VIP card you can’t ask for more. I was really happy to see the salad bar open as well.
Our experience was great! Food selection was amazing and delicious! Never had to wait for more meat!!
