    Took my son/family here for his Graduation Dinner. Mind you, we have eaten at this location MANY times. The plates and silverware were unusually filthy and we had to ask for several standard items that come whenever your table is setup/available for your reservation. Even so, we decided to push through, just to be given some of the worst customer attention/care I've ever had. We asked to speak to a manager, and Dan came to our table and attempted to rebuke each claim we had. Rather than letting me get each issue completely out of my mouth, he quickly spoke over me every chance he had. Once he saw how bothered I was about this, he FINALLY allowed me to speak. I asked him to verify the legitimacy of each issue, which the server and Asst Manager were both glad to confirm. I have never asked for anything free/discounted whenever I've eaten there, so this wasn't an attempt to do either, but in the end, after hearing his staff's take, he reduced the overall cost of our bill. I would have called us square at that point, but I find it absolutely unprofessional to speak over someone in that manner, and more importantly, have a response before you even hear the customer out or fact find. I will definitely think twice (maybe even 3 times) before I rush back to eat here. I get that there are 1-off situations, but Dan was rude/snide beyond belief. I wasn't trying to make his night difficult. I only want to let him know that the experience was definitely unlike anything I've seen there; in hopes that he could make it a 1 time thing.

    Food was delicious! Service was bad. Felt like Jose was ignoring us. We had to ask for a specific meat multiple times. When they asked how we want it cooked it wasn't the way we asked. We asked for straws and he said "for what?". The waiting for meat was just ridiculous with what you pay to eat there.

    The salad bar is great. The meat is good but not forthcoming. Actually had to ask the servers several times to send the meat guys over.

    The decline at Texas de Brazil continues. The meat was slow to come, grossly undercooked 90% of the time (more like uncooked and I like rare beef), and limited in what was circulated. On more that one occasion it tasted of accelerant. The food on the salad bar was also not great, the bread was hard, items were missing and the mushrooms on the "hot" side were ice cold. I won't be going back.

    Our waitress kept trying to push us to buy more (drinks, dessert) even though we were already spending $50 each on food. When we repeatedly said we would be fine with just the food and water, she would find a way to ask again and seemingly tried to shame us into buying more.

    Our server had way too many tables to be effective. She didn’t refill our drinks until we stopped her and essentially demanded it. The salad bar offerings were awesome, but the meat was scarce and that’s what you’re paying for. So much time passed between the meats coming around our party finally got sick of it and we left.

    Fresh veggies and sliced special meats and cheeses were delicious. They also had hot side dishes you could choose from and the staff brought out speciality foods like cinnamon bananas during your meal. The meats just kept coming too.

    We only saw our waiter 2 times and that was all. The carvers rushed over all at once and it was very overwhelming. The carvers were very hard to hear and they made fun of us when we asked them to repeat what they said. The sides were the best part and we didn’t even eat a lot of those either. It was not worth the money we paid.

    The server was good. The meats were very poor. I was offered an anundance of sausages, bacon wrapped chicken, pork loin and flank steak (all over cooked and dry). The sirloin I received was full of grizzle and tough. I requested the leg of lamb twice and it was never brought to the table (We were there for over an hour). It seems as if they wanted to only give the cheaper cuts of over cooked meats. We definitely were not impressed. It had been a while since our last visit because of bad service we received. I more than likely will not return. It is not like the outstanding restaurant is was when first opened.

    Was a little concerned about the price at first, but it really was well worth it. Not an every week location unless you have money to throw around. The porters of meat were very polite and professional, and even cuts of meat i normally dont eat were delicious! After everything, including a much deserved tip for Hana, the bill was $170.00 for the two of us. Great location for an anniversary and absolutely amazing meat and salad selection. Well worth at least one trial run.

    It is my opinion that over the years the variety and quality of meats has been declining. Since when does filet have grizzle? The food just is not as exciting and tasteful as it used to be. The appetizers buffet is still the same excellence they used to be. In my humble opinion it cost too much to eat here fpr the quality and flavor you get. At one time we were VIP diners, I don't think we'll ever be back.

    I enjoyed my experience on Mother’s Day the food was good the service was excellent but my only complaint was the servers didn’t bring out or offered all the items on the menu I would have wanted to try the ribs but they weren’t offered.The next time I will keep a mental note to ask for them
