Had a great time. We come to ally for dinner and the food and service was great. The only negative was that the place did not seem ready for dinner service yet. Tables weren’t finished being set up, no music and no one at entrance when we walked in. Would go back though cuz food and waitress was so good.

Went on a Friday night and sat outside. There was live music and a good selection of adult beverages. We will definitely be back!

Mother’s Day dinner. Server didn’t know much about the food. Small group of people were loud. Ordered my steak with some char. It had none, but was overcooked. Moms steak was amazing but other than that not at all worth the $200 bill.
First I will say that this was recently, so they were working with a limited menu. However, I feel the should have been able to execute the limited dishes offered considering all the sides were the same.
Service was good, our waitress was sweet and attentive.
For me it wasn't worth the money for what you get. We also had to send my steak back because it was completely raw when I asked for medium rare.
We thoroughly enjoyed our mother's day brunch in a quiet clean and social distancing atmosphere. They did a great job!
Was seated 35 mins late from our reservation time. Drinks were never refilled, steaks were over cooked and it wasn’t even offered to re-fire new steaks. Service was subpar. They never asked it we were celebrating anything. Overall I will not be going back and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Did not have a server so bartender had to serve us. Was a great server wonderful attitude, just was not a prepared. The cake was dry.
Service was amazing. The pork chops were awesome and we will definitely be returning to try other dishes. Everyone was so hospitable. Keisha made sure that all of our needs and desires were met. This all made for one of the best Valentine’s dinners ever!
Food was only sub-par for what we were expecting.....ribeye was tough and I'm not even sure it was a 16oz ribeye as there was no marbling. Salads seemed lackluster, the cake was frozen/defrosted and served---extremely dry. Shrimp cocktail, however, was fresh and delicious.
Took my boyfriend for his birthday dinner he’s been wanting to try this place for months.. we were the only people in the restaurant so was hoping for a great experience. Our server was great but our food was awful. My filet was burnt and my boyfriends flat iron looked like it had been chewed by a dog. Chef didn’t cut all the way thru. We asked about a kids menu they don’t have one. The server had to ask the chef what he could prepare for a child. I think our sons burger and spinach dip and drinks were the best part of the dinner.

This restaurant was totally unprepared for adequate service on New Year's Eve, one of the busiest evenings of the year. We dined there last NYE 12/31/18 and it wan't nearly as busy. When we arrived the main dining room was almost full and all tables were t about the same level of service...(all at the beginning.) The bar room was full. There was 1 waiter and 2 waitresses in the main dining room and no bus service. I felt sorry for our waitress who looked to be totally over whelmed. She was shocked when we left a fairly healthy tip...sad that probably many didn't tip at all and that's not right because it's not their fault. The food was good and the atmosphere is very nice. I'm being generous in giving 3 stars for service. I hope this restaurant stays opened
Over booked the night and were understaffed. We had a 7:30 reservation. When we came in, there were still people waiting to be seated that had a 6:30 reservation. Food was hardly coming out, tables were not being cleared and staff was running in circles.
Terrible experience! Table of 4 with reservations but took an hour to be seated and then waited two hours for appetizers and entrees which never came. We left and went to Classic Cafe.
We had heard from friends that service may not be up to acceptable standards but decided to make a NYE reservation. Upon arrival, 15 minutes early, we were greeted and then left to stand/wait at the hostess stand. We waited. 10 minutes, while additional guests had been arriving. We were greeted by same hostess and asked if we had a reservation. Upon confirmation she told us they were extremely busy, backed up, short staffed, etc. We were informed we would have an additional 45 min wait before we could be seated. At no time was there a visible management presence on the floor. This experience was completely unacceptable. And frankly there is a critical lack of care within this operation. I would recommend you invest your time and money somewhere else and avoid this restaurant.
Went New Years EVE. Had 530pm reservation. When we arrived waited 20 min for a server to come. When he did, he went on about not being a waiter that he was just helping out. He was a construction worker by trade. Nice guy. Then we ordered a $130 bottle of wine. He then returned 15 min later and said they don't have it, but he would give us a bottle of house Merlot for Free. We said no, we will pay for it. We ordered a cheese tray that again took 20 min to get after asking a few times . When it arrived, it looked like cheese from my refrigerator. It was very sad seeing that it is listed as artisan cheese plate! We then ordered dinner. We had to ask for it 3 times. When it came it was the wrong food. The waiter/ construction worker then brings out a salad and soup and asked if we ordered it. When we said no, he asked if we wanted it. We politely said no, and asked for the check. When it arrived it was wrong. He changed it and again a second time and it was wrong. I just paid the $110 bill just to get out. The manager should be embarrassed, and retrained. The steak was good, no sauce after asking a few times. Chicken was cold The wine list had a training manual in it, and most of the good wines were crossed out with a sharpie marker. The glasses and plates were dirty and the section was never checked before pre service! I was in the F and B world for 25 years. I taught service in fine dining, and I am a retired Sommelier level 3. I never would embarrass anyone, and said nothing to the server, but this was crazy. It's a shame the owners are being represented by these untrained folks. Give me a week and I'll train your staff for free!!! I went to this restaurant because friends have said it was great, more than once! I hope next time we go things have changed for the better. You never do and open menu for New Years Eve. It should have been a chefs preset with choices. The wine list should never have any marks in it. You change it as wines are out. It's just paper!!!!

Quiet atmosphere great service and food was some of the best I have had. Had French onion soup and petite filet. Friend had Caesar salad and shrimp Pasta I will go back
Poor service, casual chain restaurant ambience. I expected so much more for the price point. We could have gone to Kirby’s or Bob’s for the same price and had excellent service and ambiance. Our server didn’t write anything down and got a meal wrong, forgot drinks and brought the wrong dessert. It was loud and bright. Big disappointment.
First time visitor. The restaurant was pretty busy due to a Christmas party. Service was very slow due to the party. Food came out fast and was tasty but it’s overpriced for what you get. The meal is forgettable.
Food was excellent, kudos to the Chef and team. First service issue was we had made a reservation, and when we arrived we were told they didn't have a table for (3), so were asked to go the bar area when the rest of the tables in the dining room were empty (?). The bartender (at one point) had more patrons than the dining room and she was making drinks, taking orders, delivering food while other staff appeared to stand and watch until she asked them for help.. again, food was great, just need a little organization on the service side..
We went for birthday celebration and was very disappointed. The restaurant as not very busy and even had several empty tables but the service was very poor. We had to ask twice for bread to be brought to our table, which was cold and hard when it arrived, and waited over 30 minutes for our appetizers. We eventually got them because we (once again) asked for them. My husband's salmon was over cooked on one side and under cooked on the other (not sure how they managed that). My steak was ok but nothing extraordinary. The food overall was mediocre but definitely not worth the $100 tab that we had to pay at the end of the meal. We did think about ordering their blue velvet cake but my husband said we did not not have another hour to give them (haha). We we so disappointed because we had been wanting to try this restaurant for a while and thought the birthday celebration would be a good time to go out and have a nice meal.
We have eaten here twice. The last time it was much better. This time the service was so slow, I waited at the door for 15 mins before anyone acknowledged me. My food was ice cold. It was a terrible experience. We will not be back!
Wanted a steak before Thanksgiving. It was cooked perfectly and we plan on going back.
