    Terza may be the finest restaurant in Rochester, Minnesota. I offered my wife a couple of restaurant choices where we would celebrate her birthday. Without pause, she chose Terza. We enjoyed a superb evening in the establishment. The greeters were friendly and professional. The restaurant's dining areas are clean, attractive, and contemporary yet classic. The server took our order promptly and checked back frequently. The food looked good and tasted even better. Budget tip: While Terza offers a wonderful dining experience, it can be expensive. So, to stretch your dining dollars, consider ordering an appetizer or vegetable and a pizza to share when just two of you are dining. The food will be delicious, and the meal will be easier on your waist an don your budget.

    Good experience but not the great experience we were led to believe awaited us. Still, would return for another round. But no lasagna next time - so-so, noodles actually burned at the bottom of the dish. Served like a hot dish and not as a tasty, coherent serving of lasagna. They encourage meatballs with dish. Never heard of that at any first rate restaurant in the U.S. or in Europe.

    Excellent service- our waiter was fabulous. We had a person with dietary restrictions and they were very accommodating. Loved the fish special, pizza, house salad was awesome! Will be back for sure!

    We had the shrimp scampi bruschetta, calamari, meatballs & prosciutto fig pizza. Everything was delicious although I would probably ask for the calamari lemon aioli to be on the side as I would have preferred less on my calamari. The pizza was amazing - great thin crust. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely revisit.

    The best place in Rochester period! Very knowledgeable staff, had a hard time choosing what to eat and our server gave us great insight and knew what would pair well with our meal! To top it off we got the flourless chocolate cake which was SO good!

    This is a local favorite for my husband and I. The food is always delicious and the service is exceptional. We were happy to see they incorporated items from Pescara. As always, we will be returning.

    Excellent service and excellent food. The small Caesar salad was fresh and large enough to share. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly and was incredibly tender. Both the peppercorn cream sauce and the garlic butter complemented the meat well. The chicken Parmesan and homemade pasta were also wonderful.

    The four of us enjoyed an evening at a table in the "wine room" while we sampled a variety of appetizers, especially noted: tuna tartar & mushroom brochette. Fish stew and shrimp al Diavolo were hits, too. The ambiance in the wine room is quieter permitting conversation. (Noise in the main room requires raising one's voice level.}

    We ate at Terza on the recommendation of our driver. We eat here every night because it has terrific food and a large menu. Also they are extremely adaptable with changes to the menu. A real WOW!

    Chicken Parmesan tasted old, possibly freezer burn. The pasta with marinara was good, but nothing fantastic compared to other places for less money. Service was great though. Not sure we'll be back based on food and what it cost, which was disappointing.

    We had a lovely dinner for our 27th wedding anniversary last night. My husband had the shrimp angel pasta, and I had the tortellini rosa. For dessert, we enjoyed the tirimisu dessert that, according to the waiter, is the original, authentic version of this recipe. It was delicious. Everything was delicious.

    We always love our visit to Terza. Last night was no different. We arrived early for our reservation but were able to sit in the bar and we ended up staying right there for our dinner. Terrific menu and very tasty cocktail and wine choices. Great service, too. Knowledgeable and helpful.

    Service quite good and accommodating. Food options good with great flavors, a bit expensive but worth it. Noise level high but also a busy Saturday night. The “shared sides” are big enough for a meal.

    This was disappointing. The food was great but our server and service wasn’t. We had to ask 3 times to be given silverware. We asked when our appetizer arrived, but no silverware. We asked when they cleared the app. No dice. We asked when the salad arrived - and only then did we get silverware. Also, it was puzzling that even though our reservation listed that we were celebrating our anniversary, the only person who acknowledged that was the host. The server certainly never did. This all made it feel like a run of the mill date night rather than a celebration. Very disappointing for somewhere that’s one of the only “special occasion” restaurants in Rochester. Maybe next year we’ll have to go to the Twin Cities.

    Wonderful dining experience. Beautiful restaurant, they have seating both indoor and outdoor. Food was delicious. Many pastas handmade, yummy sauces. Attentive and friendly staff. Great cocktails and extensive wine list. Ready to go back!

    Took my. Family there for a early dinner… regretting done this . The portions are small . I Asked for a side of pasta your lucky if you can get a couple of bites and if you order the seafood dish keep looking for the seafood . There are other places worth going . Traditional fettuccine pasta was hard not cooked . Service was not there and maybe because it’s the Midwest but there are ways to talk to customers. Again reconsider going somewhere else . This from a person with Italian descent lower end Italian restaurant

    The occasion was for my mom's birthday. Service was very slow. We skipped the birthday dessert because of the slow service. It won't hinder us from returning. Perhaps they were short-staffed that night.

    Usually we have pretty good meals here but this time it was okay. The Insignia Scallops were good, but the mushrooms had way too much thyme. The Chicken Picatta had good flavor, but all the sauce was concentrated on one breast. The Smoked Gouda Hash Browns were 90% hash browns, almost no Gouda and an occasional onion, very bland. Not what we expect from Terza and making us miss Pescara even more. Hopefully it's a one off.
