Always great - the food never disappoints

We had a 6:15 reservation, that states we have a 15 min window. They called me at 6:27pm and I told them we were 1 min away to walk in. When we got there we were told they gave our reservation away! We had to wait a couple of minutes for a new table - not a problem - but when they gave us another table, they told us we had to be out by 8:45! The waitress was all over us to order, cleaned our table so quickly, we barely would finish and she was grabbing out plates, even when ordering, she kept coming and we said we needed more time...so she said she would start with who ever knew...felt so rushed..for a pricey meal, we felt rushed, and didn't enjoy the experience...horrible experience!!! It was $250 for 4 of us and we really didnt have a lot of food...wine was pricey for the bottle we ordered...which again understand it is Toronto,..but at least give us an experience!!! LV

Always consistently good quality food.
We could go to more flashy expensive places but we always choose to come back to terroni where we know we will enjoy everything we order.

I am a regular there, and brought guests for there first time, I know your menu inside and out and was very disappointed this time, it was mushy, cold and the tastes were off,

Something was just off that day or they made changes. The grilled calamari wasn’t the same as usual and the rigatoni arcobaleno was off also.

Great pasta dinner. Our waiter was really helpful with recommending a wine pairing for the meal too. Loved it as always.

I ordered the Ricchia salad expecting your wonderful breaded, sauteed mushroom, arugula salad of days gone by and was very disappointed when I was served raw mushrooms. Raw mushrooms! Come on Terroni, you know better than that.
Everything else was good. The place was as bustling as always which is good fun. Best of all, our waitress was fantastic! Really appreciated her excellent service.

Awesome pizza, best salad in town (Riccia) great pasta ....always friendly service and of course....love the bloody hot peppers

Terroni used to be really really good.The pizza was terrific, salads tasty. They used fresh herbs and simple fresh ingredients. Now the pizza is OK, though once I've had one that was not good at all. They seem to have stopped using fresh herbs. I suspect that either their quality control has gone slack—or that in an effort to control their costs, their ingredients aren't as good. I'm disappointed. But mind you, I'm comparing it to what it was like a decade ago. Is it just me, or are things better at Sud Forno, which is the same group?

Kind of loud tonight, food was tasty but, needed the noodles cooked a bit longer. Clearly popular for good reason! Thank you!

We’ve been enjoying Terroni on Queen for twenty year. It’s always a delicious experience!

The food was excellent. Our waitress was great and checked on us regularly.

Order the lemon pasta, mushroom salad and a pizza, you will love it.

Had a great time. Thank you, our waiter whose name I don't know, and Erica who was very accommodating and helpful. We'll be back.

I ordered a $22 dollar, Caprese di Bufala salad. From the description on the menu and the price; fresh buffalo milk mozzarella, marinated cherry tomatoes, olive bread crumbs, micro basil; I was expecting a large portion. It literally was a ball of mozzarella and a few tomatoes. This was not a sufficient meal at all. Also, I sat with a large group close to the window in the front and was freezing and had to wear my jacket for the entire meal. I would not recommend this place to my friends or family at all.

Feels cramped when busy. I personally didn’t mind.

We love Terroni, however it was our first time taking our 3.5 year old, and they really aren’t kid-friendly.
We ordered his “kid” pasta first before anything else, and the plain pasta with olive oil arrived after almost everything else we’d ordered, defeating the need to have done so, so quickly. Also, they have a super strange rule in the kitchen if not allowing plain pasta to be sent to a table with a separate bowl of tomato sauce. Do they not know that 3 year olds need to add the sauce themselves ?!?!
And then to make things just a teeny more non-kid friendly, the pasta was $15 and came without anything else. No ice-cream, fruit or any drink.
Next time we’ll just order off the menu for our little and avoid the super-lengthy and kinda expensive “kid” food.

Honestly, all the food is great and well prepared, but there are small children and people in sweat pants dining beside you. Finding fresh gnocchi isn’t hard in Toronto in 2020. As a result, Terroni on Queen ends up feeling like an upscale Eastside Mario’s.

You’re better off going across the street to Noce for better food and ambience.

This was my second visit to Terroni on Queen. I took friends from out of town this time....and it didn't disappoint. The food is outstanding...far superior to anywhere else I've been in the price range and our server was wonderful. Wonderful relaxed atmosphere adds to the enjoyment. We'll be back.

I always love the food at Terroni but the service is always sooo bad the staff isn’t very personable and they are not wiling to provide top notch service considering it’s supposed to be an elevated restaurant

Not the place for me. Hosting staff were abrupt, table service was sub par and not attentive...empty plates in front of us forever etc. Oddly Staff in general are very visibly trying to husher you out within an alotted time even though there are no other reservations. The food was bland - my gnocchi was soggy and my friends partadella was dry.

The food and service was outstanding. It was a bit noisy, but it didn’t disturbed us!

Normally I love Terroni but our service wasn't very good. We could barely get our servers attention and she didn't even bring out bread basket till we asked closer to the end of the meal. The oil that comes with it also came much later. The dish I ordered was also quite mediocre. Pretty disappointed with my experience.

I have been dining there with my kids for almost 15 years...never disappointed. Great place!
