Reserved a table couple days in advance, asking for a place to watch the fireworks (as was wrongly described on the MTL website). They didn’t reach me, just confirmed my reservation and when we arrived, waiter told us they don’t have view for fireworks… We reserved a table for 9pm (and there were open spots even later), but when we arrived waiters told we had to order right away because kitchen is closing in 15 min… I ordered a burger rare, but after 10min, a waiter came to say they cannot cook my burger rare… I changed for chicken sandwich… Main started to arrived, event though starters nor drinks (not even my draft beer…?) had been served… They charged me for the burger ($4 more expensive than the actual chicken sandwich I ate)… The terrasse is nice, a wannabe NYC roof top ambiance, and the prices are in that range (paid $250 incl tip for 3 persons) though the food was only decent (the ceasar salad was not great and the parmesan/truffle fries were just fries with cheap grated parmesan and truffle oil drizzled… disappointing) Good place for a fancy cocktail, quite disappointing for a dinner… And no fireworks from there…

We had high expectations for the price of the food on the menu. Burgers were very dry with not much flavour. A very simple burger with no sides and 2 toppings. Fries were an additional $6… The fancy tiktoks and reels that show limited people on the Terrasse had us super excited about this experience as we were also staying in Hotel Nelligan. But they have you so packed in like sardines and we were stuck beside a couple and it felt like we were actually a table of 4 (and zero view) Not what were expecting for our date night. Our Lunch for half the price at BreWskey was 10x better. Super bummed that we spent $150 for 2 burgers and 1 fry, a beer and a mocktail.

The drinks were good and the staff friendly The food was horrible and overpriced. Our chicken Katsu sandwich was a chicken finger sandwich. Don't waste your money on the two shrimp bao. You get one shrimp in each stale Bao bun. So two shrimp total for $22. Depending where you sat there were no amazing views. You are definitely paying for the experience. The bench cushions aren't attached either which made getting up and down difficult, and was impossible to not disturb the people beside you.

Menu très mal conçu, il faut combiner les plats mais la plupart sont difficiles à partager. C’est davantage un bar, ne mangez pas sur place. Le tartare de boeuf avait un très mauvais assaisonnement. L’hummus à 18$ est vraiment trop cher, il n’y a pas de garniture et 4 morceaux de pain. Service très moyen, la serveuse démontrait de l’impatience lorsque nous posions des questions. Allez y prendre un verre, si vous êtes chanceux on vous proposera une place avec une vue, mais mangez ailleurs.

Here’s a straight, no-nonsense rewrite of your restaurant review: The ambiance was decent, but the food and drinks were disappointing. The value for money was terrible. Main dishes didn’t include any sides—everything had to be ordered separately. For example, a $28 burger came soggy with watery marmalade, barely any flavor, and just a patty and cheese. Add $8 fries and you’re looking at a $36 meal that simply wasn’t worth it. We left feeling misled and overcharged. We won’t be returning.

Les serveurs et serveuses étaient souriant(e)s, cependant on nous a attribué une table côté bar et le menu à disposition n’était pas tout à fait le même. Nous avons eu des petits problèmes de compréhension avec le serveur et un oubli de notre commande, le serveur a eu la gentillesse de nous offrir nos 2 verres de rosé comme geste commercial. Le hummus était excellent mais le saumon et les baos tempura pas terrible (la sauce trop sucrée). Mon fiancé a oublié sa veste en partant, nous avons essayé de les joindre par téléphone, pas de réponse. Nous sommes allés sur place le lendemain et après nous avoir fait faire des aller-retours dans l’hôtel et le restaurant, pas de trace de cette fameuse veste. Sachant que nous étions le dernier service du soir, il me semble difficile de ne pas l’avoir vu. Enfin bref, l’équipe est souriante mais pas toujours très efficace.

You pay for the view. Food is good, but nothing to brag about. When you order, the dish comes without a side. You need to order that separately. Alcohol is very expensive. Happy that I went once, but will not return.
