Terrain Garden Cafe Ratings and Reviews
We loved Terrain! The ambience, the food, the service, all the little details that set great restaurants apart from good ones. We are already planning on coming back in another month. That should tell you about how much we loved our time here. Loved, loved, LOVED!!!
We arrived at 8 p.m. after a movie at Painters Crossing and were warmly greeted by an amiable hostess and the gracious manager, Jared. We (I) had forgotten that Terrain is BYOB when making the reservation and so arrived without libation. Jared was at once generously accommodating and effective in rescuing us from this oversight. Our server was similarly friendly and interested in our evening's outing and eager to make us comfortable. The menu is great, the mushroom soup was tremendous and my date's scallops and pork belly were perfectly executed. We both the loved the atmosphere. Will be back again and again.
My husband and I just celebrated his birthday at Terrain and we cannot say enough good things about it. The ambiance was unique and charming, the services was spot on and thoughtful, and the food was AMAZING. I've already told several of our friends/family how they need to go try this restaurant. We will absolutely be back again.
Lunch date with my daughter-in-law...she had not been to Terrain before. She loved it, the decor, the fantastic service and the creative menu. We had a lovely server who did an awesome job. The place was hopping but that didn't affect the speed of service. By the way...we agreed that the geometries were the best ever!
As usual, the staff at Terrain completely impressed our guests with their service, attention to detail, and innovative menu. Without fail, this is my favorite spot for hosting people I want to impress, while also keeping things casual and cozy. Keep up the great work. x Sarah and Sean
Terrain Garden Cafe never disappoints. I enjoyed a relaxed lunch and some fun shopping with my sister for her birthday. We experienced courteous, friendly service from the host desk to the wait staff to the servers. Our meals were savory and well-portioned. I usually visit during spring or summer when the overwhelming sea of green makes the dining area a paradise, but even in the dead of winter, it was a lovely, cozy experience.
Most favorite spot. The decor is gorgeous, atmosphere dreamy, and the food is really tasty (and they have great menu options, something for everyone). The fettuccini was amazing, as was the pork belly/brussells sprouts/scallops dish! And for drinks, the spritzers are out of this world. The honey pie (seasonal) was also delicious. 10/10 - would recommend this to everyone!
I brought my future daughter in law to have breakfast and although it was raining we had a great time. She enjoyed trying all the cheeses and the spritzers were fantastic. After we had breakfast we shopped and purchased a few plants. Expensive but a fun time for a special occasion
I have been to Terrain twice and adore eating there! The ambiance, the wait staff, the food is all phenomenal. The care put into the presentation of the food, the lattes, special teas, having the big breakfast on a piece of tree trunk - just a cool experience. I only wish I didn’t have to drive an hour to get there!! The apple cider fritters were some of the best I’ve ever had and we all wanted more!! The experience of Terrain from the flowers, plants, soaps, and everything available for purchase to the restaurant in a greenhouse is an event not to be missed. I can’t wait to go back!!
