Terrain Garden Cafe
Always enjoy the visual view and the variety of menu options!
Terrain is always enjoyable. The two dinning areas are nice choices for either a more lively or quiet dining experience. The food choices are very tempting and the diversity and freshness are spot on. The array of specialty drinks are a nice addition to your meal.
The burger was the best burger we have ever had!!! Obsessed. And you can’t beat the environment. I feel exponentially happier every time I stop in!
Breakfast board food items were cold except the potatoes.Eggs were very cold.
Disappointed no hamburgers available because order never came in for the lunch menu.
Amazing salads!
The atmosphere is very crowded, even tho it is beautiful. Tables are so close together, we practically sitting on top of another party. The cheese platter was the best part of our experience. The service was SLOW. Very very slow. Took forever for drinks, a server to come back and our food to come out, and this was a Monday. SMALL menu, and very expensive. They were out of burgers, and that was the only thing appealing to my husband. Wouldn’t recommend or go back.
We enjoyed the breakfast board and the smoked salmon toast; everything was delicious! The terrarium dessert was very neat as well as delicious😀! My husband loved the apple bundt cake with burnt apple ice cream. The service was excellent. Very nice brunch.
Food was fantastic, service was friendly, and we loved the atmosphere.
Waitress was phenomenal!
Everything was great except for a table of folks who obviously had consumed too much wine—-loud and borderline obnoxious. It did not help that one of the waitstaff joined in their conversation which only contributed to the din.
Ambiance and food was incredible.
Super delicious food. You have to walk through super dangerous shopping area, but worth the risk for what you get. It is very noisy (because it is so busy!), so not really a quiet chat place... but well worth the noise for the quality of yums.
I have dined at Terrain several times for both brunch and dinner and have never been disappointed. The ambiance is relaxing and the staff is superb. Every dish is prepared like you’re the only one dining there both in preparation and taste. The price is slightly high but worth every penny. Terrain is
definitely one of my favorite places to dine.
Overall this is a really romantic and excellent spot for a date. The food was good. Service was pretty good. Would most definitely recommend and come back again.
Overall not bad but missed on the Cheese board, one of the 3 cheeses had a large rind and was just inedible, Steak Frites was tough and could not be cut easily, fries were very good
This was such a treat! It was my first time at the restaurant at and I could have spent all day between the beautiful setting, the coffee/tea bar and the amazing garden shop ! Loved it! I even took a video to show people 😂
Always excedes expectations!
Outstanding meal!
This place is magical. It’s always outstanding. My 10 year old daughter and I enjoyed of delicious food, service, and beautiful ambiance.
I really like this place but appreciate if they had more choices of food.
We stopped here for a late lunch and loved the environment. The food was fantastic, service was impressive, everyone there was warm and welcoming.
There’s a lot to see and it’s a very unique concept and we loved every second and plan on coming back.
My boyfriend really enjoyed the Breakfast Board and the environment was cute and cozy, perfect for a Sunday afternoon date!
The server was very helpful. The restaurant was full and there was a VIP (Brian Boytano) there so service was a bit slow, but we were enjoying a birthday brunch. The server brought a cookie to celebrate.
I went to have brunch. Great food, frendily staff. Will definitely go back. My only comment is that tables are too close of each other and small. It’s worth it!
One of our favorite spots to meet for brunch or dinner.
Atmosphere was cozy and inviting! We had the blood orange toast which was amazing! The cheese boards are great and the bacon jam was out of this world! Our waitress was kind and came and went at prefect times.
I was assured over the phone that they had a lot of gluten free choices as I was bringing a date there who needed this option. The only thing they could offer were rice crackers. I was a bit frustrated and disappointed. You would think given it was a rustic garden like restaurant, they would catered to these needs. Over all, though the service was good, the options and selections were disappointing to me.
Absolutely consistently wonderful. Our first choice for a special evening. Special place! Thanks
First I would to start with saying terrain is one of my favorite places to eat and shop however this is the second time in the past 3 months that I felt like I was being rushed out of there. An average Saturday brunch last about 2 hours I understand that. I was catching up with a very dear friend who I have not seen in ages. We are both women in our 30s we have lots to talk about and big wallets. We could have dined anywhere but we chose terrain and we felt like we were being rushed out of there for another reservation. I get it it’s popular and packed and other diners have to be waited on but I will stop coming to terrain if I feel like I’m being kicked out.
Beautiful surroundings, attentive service, wonderfully executed, delicious food. Perfect brunch!
Been here for brunch once and dinner once. Brunch is pretty noisy and dinner at 6 was fairly quiet. Both times the food has been amazing and the service great. Not much else to say, pretty place with great food and friendly, knowledgable staff.
Stephanie B provided thoughtful, efficient and courteous service. Food was delicious and pretty. The cheese plate is a must.
Eating at Terrain Garden Cafe is one of my daughter and my favorite things to do. Whenever she is in town, we try to go there for lunch. The atmosphere is fun and lively and the decor is current and beautiful. The food is delicious and the service is friendly and good.
It's a wonderful setting with interesting food. I would take the lemon marshmallow tart dessert off the menu...it was tough...see you next time.
Lunch was delicious! We both had the mushroom soup which is a classic. Portion size good. My dining partner had the fennel and winter squash salad. He said it was enjoyable. I had the charcuterie and cheese board. All elements were wonderful. We shared an order of fries. Tasty! Server was pleasant, professional and attentive without hovering. Pace of meal was good. Cafe was almost totally full this day, and with all the voices, it was noisy. Overall very positive experience. I will say, however, that $68-something for lunch for two is on the high side; note we did not order any specialty beverages or dessert. We selected Terrain because of the quality and taste of the food (plus the celebration we were having), and will return for a special event/day type of restaurant.
Five stars in all categories! Love this place.
We went on super bowl Sunday and we were the only table in the restaurant. What a treat. Service was wonderful and food was amazing.
What a beautiful restaurant. Wonderful food, great service, and the most beautiful store/garden center. A must for anyone to explore all the senses.
We had a little bit of a wait but I didn’t mind Saturday is a busy night. Our dinner was outstanding and our server, Chris added to our enjoyable evening with his presence and humor.
Nice place to go on chilly day and still feel like you are outdoors with a warm and cozy atmosphere.
Food was phenomenal! Great mix of tastes and textures. I brought my baby along and it was a little tight to have a baby in a car seat there but we made it work. Service was exceptional. Our waiter was top notch.
A fun place to eat....love it for special occasions especially with “the girls”
