Clean, nice, and welcoming environment. Staff is polite and professional. Ever overbearing. Highly recommend dining here. I will be back.
Until I read my own reviews, I didn't realize my wife and I celebrated our 35th anniversary at Terracotta Red and were now celebrating our 40th! We love this place. The food is always wonderfully fresh. The service is personable and fun. We recommend this place to everyone looking for a unique dining experience here in Everett, WA.
Food and drinks were excellent! Service was friendly but slow. Was busy tonight and took the staff 15 min to ask us for the starter order, then when that was at the table they finally asked us for our main course. We will be back since the food was great and hopefully service is faster next time.
Wonderful food as always. Enjoyed Drunken Chicken, Sweet and Sour Pork, Walnut Shrimp, but our new favorite thing is Tangerine Beef. A bit loud to hold conversation, but a wonderful menu.
Excellent dinner with wonderful service. Highly recommend the resturant.
I had the 3 course dinner with Tiger prawns. These were the tiniest tiger prawns I ever saw. They were the same size as the shrimp in the soup. Something wrong there and there were only 4 in the whole dinner. That is pretty skimpy for the price. That just killed any enjoyment I had eating there as I love prawns and expected to get a good helping of them.
Wait staff are so courteous! Food was excellent - empress chow mein and honey prawns? TO DIE FOR! Really great fresh sheet and dessert options.
Great gluten free options and very tasty all around. Super service.
I took my husband here for his Birthday dinner. I had been here once before. I really liked every part of my experience. So I wanted him to enjoy the foods, watching the food being cooked in front of us. The waitress even brought an awesome dessert for his birthday treat. It as well was so delicious. Hands down we will be coming back again. As well referring friends. Thank you
WE enjoyed our dinner. The noise level is very high in here, Our waitress, Christine, was fantastic she is like a little speed demon on wheels!! She was very busy but checked on us very frequently!
Food was better when they were first opened now everything is ok but seems a little over cooked. The beef fried rice was good.
Great food, good service, good ambience, location ok.
The flavors and textures on the dishes are incredible!
Excellent food as always! Very noisy and crowded. Worth it for the great food!
Always love coming here!!! Great servers!! Best food! One of the only places I’ll eat leftovers from well if there are any! This is a must try! And repeat visit!
What a great hidden gem in downtown Everett. Food was fantastic drinks were great. Service was perfect no pressure and very attentive. Will definitely return
Jessica, our server , was great. Even though swamped, her attention to our needs was great, without exception. We have been coming here for years, and have never had a bad experience. Food, and service always first class..........
Love this place! The food is always really good! Family style so you get to try all sorts of tasty dishes. Love their pomegranate martinis ♥️👍🏻.
The food was very good and the portions were bountiful. The service was a bit slow and our lunch meeting ended lasting a bit longer than expected.
Our waitress was so helpful with suggestions of what to order. The walnut prawns and drunken chicken were amazing!
Wonderful restaurant with fantastic service by the very busy personable woman who is always there, covering like a gazillion tables with ease.
Drunken Chicken is delicious and one of our faves!
The food is so delicious. It is definitely one of my go to place’s when I’m going out with friends. The service is normally good but lately has been lacking a bit. Seems the servers are literally running to get their jobs done. I’ll keep going back though!
Great as always
Late afternoon dinner was sparsely seated, yet a bit of noise. Mixed drink was lame. Food proportions were substantial and nicely flavored. Shared meals work well unless take home is desired. Salad was excellent.
Excellent food, good service, enjoyed the dinner. It was a bit loud. Hard to hear conversations.
Maybe a weeknight instead of weekend would be less noisy. It was very busy.
This restaurant has always been noisy and the Saturday night we were there was no exception - very difficult to have a conversation. It also seems that there are too few servers for the number of tables filled - they seemed stretched very thin.
The food was fine, but not exceptional, would like to see some starter items that are not deep fried - something more fresh and interesting.
An OK value - don't think we'll be back for a while.
A guy kept coming by the table asking if we still needed a box and we were clearly still eating.
Great food. Excellent service- thanks Kristine! Fantastic calamari and the Mongolian beef is to die for. We have been coming here since it opened and we are never disappointed!
Food excellent, many appealing food choices, reasonable prices, many very good for sharing. Service is usually very good, but a bit perfunctory on this visit. Noise level extremely high making conversation a challenge. Still, one of the best restaurants in our area.
Great place. Excellent food. Would go back again!
Made a reservation for Valentine’s Day before we knew it was a prefix menu. The restaurant called to tell us the menu and to ask us to move our reservation time because they were too busy during our preferred time. The normal menu wasn’t available for that evening so our food allergies couldn’t be accommodated. We decided that it was too late to go somewhere else and we’d be able to pick around the allergies. The service was good, the live music was nice but loud. The best food was the butternut squash soup. My entree was a seafood pasta dish that was lacking in seasoning and my husband’s chicken dish was dry as a bone. For a bill that was over $100, it wasn’t worth it, which is a shame because their regular menu is scrumptious. We’ll be back, just not for prefix nights.
Were here several years ago. very good. Went on valentines day special set menu. Started with Butternut Squash soup, worst we have ever eaten, gritty as all get out, why? When they have other good soups. Why that soup in an Asian type restaurant. Crab rangoon was o:k but nothing spectacular. Seafood Mein was very very bland. I know they have much better food on the regular menu. The dessert was fabulous chocolate mousse cheesecake YumYUM
Best restaurant in Everett for dining with friends, business lunches and special occasions.
Christina is the best! Great service and great food.
Great fusion Asian place to meet up and or just drop in for a bite to eat. The food always brings me back as well as the staff. We love to go for birthdays and on 1/2 price bottles for wine on Mondays.
Great food. Candied Walnut Prawns are amazing. Always enjoy a dinner at Terracotta Red.
The Asian fusion menu offers many tasty choices. We wanted something moderately spicy and the waitress accommodated our desires perfectly. The portions were large and the tastes subliminal. Definitely a place to return to.
Terra Cotta Red is a frequent dining place for us. The staff is always super friendly, attentive, and fun!
I’ve never had a bad meal here... service has always been great.
Excellent food as always!
