About Terracotta Red
We are truly excited to be a part of downtown Everett's dining scene. Our goal is to not only thrive as a distinguished neighborhood restaurant, but also as a destination for surrounding communities with food, family and celebration as our driving force.
Our cooking style centers on traditional Asian dishes created with "fresh ingredients from local farmers and suppliers". Our executive chef, Jimmy Liang, is classically trained in the European style and has worked at many of the most prestigious restaurants in the area including the Herb Farm. We pride ourselves on creating distinctive dishes utilizing multiple layers of cooking techniques and flavors. We call it "Modern Asian Cooking".
A heartfelt "thank you" goes out to family, friends and community members who continue to embrace us.

Terracotta Red Ratings and Reviews
Our server...sorry forgot her name and the bill was paid by the other party. However, they ran out of the Eggplant dish and rather than just letting it go some one found product and not only did that dish come but the so did the substitutes. Everyone was absolutely wonderful...it was out 3rd time there....and our server was stellar! Thanks so much and we will be back of course

We recently celebrated my husband's birthday at Terracotta Red - just the two of us. We enjoy the tables near the kitchen and were seated there. The food was excellent, as always. My husband has a sweet tooth and he thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary Chinese birthday donuts!!! Thank you for a great evening!
We had our reservation and confirmation from open table. When we arrived at the restaurant about 10 minutes early they acted as if we didn't have a reservation and told us they didn't have a table for us but we could wait. For the next 30+ minutes we watched as other people came in and were seated right away. My husband and I finally got up and left without ever having been seated. They told us something in the open bar was going to open up soon, but we didn't make a reservation to sit in the bar and it wasn't ready at the time. I was done and upset and ready to go somewhere else. I am also pregnant and really can't wait that long to eat without getting sick. Very disappointed in the treatment they gave us. Lastly, despite what they said, they must have had our reservation and confirmed our presence or I wouldn't be leaving this review.
The one thing about Terracotta Red is that they don't seem to staff appropriately. It's not bad if you're not in a hurry and don't mind flagging down the bartender to get a refill. That said, I was there on a Friday night and the place was packed. The little bit of wait was all worth it for the wonderful food.
Terracotta Red has been, and continues to be, the best restaurant in Snohomish County. We decided at the last moment to grab a bite and didn't want the hassle of Seattle dining. TR was still open, always welcoming, excellent cuisine and never disappointing. Excellent wines, good cocktails, great service. They are the standard that all restaurants in Snohomish County should pursue!
Amazing Asian fusion food. Always busy and always consistency in the dishes. They have the best sweet and sour soup and the Calimari is very creatively prepared. There was s seldomany left overs. I love the Mongolian beef. Very tender and crispy on the edges, the way we like it. I hate soggy wet Mongolian beef made with tough second grade beef- their Mongolian beef is the best! We drive from Lynnwood at least once a month. Kristine is the mover and shaker... not a lot of time for small talk but her service is exceptional. Enjoy! Jan & Andy B
It is a "Go To" when we want anything resembling Chinese food. My wife, daughters, family and friends all enjoy the Asian Fusion flavors always consistently tasting dinner experiences at Terracota. If you have not tried it- I highly recommend you do soon. So convenient off the I-5 in Everett.
Had lunch with a friend. The service was a little more rushed than usual. The restaurant was not full. This meal is the first time I have been disappointed in the food at Terracotta. My friend ordered the tangerine beef and he had no complaints. I had the sweet basil beef. The beef was tender and sauce and seasonings great. The basil stems were very hard to chew and I just gave up on some of them. The asparagus was inedible. Only the very bottom of the vegetable was used. They should never been served to anyone. Who got the middle and tips of the asparagus?
I would still recommend this restaurant. I will be going again with a group of friends in a couple of weeks. I am hoping the vegetable was just a huge mistake.
