Please note that although the dining room overlooks the field, some seating has obstructed views.
*Please note all patrons must have a valid ticket to the game
Two members of our party had chicken sandwiches that they couldn’t bite into and could’ve broken a tooth. No one came to check on us until they brought the check and wanted us out so they could use the table, so getting another meal wasn’t feasible. They said they’d remove both sandwiches from the bill but only removed one. They have big quality issues
Wendy was an attentive server and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed our pregame meal and wished we could have stayed longer!
Very nice time. The waitress was not too knowledgeable about the menu or what was available and wasn't too eager to get the answers but all in all it was very very nice time!! Thanks!
David, our waiter was friendly, pleasant, efficient and VERY GOOD. Food was good, fresh, and the
perogies were great. Room was clean and comfortable. I'll give you an A+ - with pleasure.
I might suggest 2 or 3 people at the front desk for the 5:00 reservation group who arrive before the doors open and it took 20 minutes to get seated, 6small and 1 larger group ahead of us. It might be good to move that initial "crowd" through more efficiently.
Wonderful view of the field! It was our first time at Progressive Field and we are so glad we experienced the Terrace Club! Awesome and friendly staff. Great food and drink options. Can’t wait to go again!
It used to be a special treat to go into the terrace club.. Now they no longer have a side entrance to the terrace club, and they make you wait in the long lines going into the ball park. Once in with the rest of the fans, you have to head into the area where the terrace club entrance used to be, then ride up the elevator. During this special event - The Home Run Derby, the terrace club only offered a buffet for $65 per person. The meal selection was rather limited for a buffet. I believe that more vegetable and fruit offerings could have been made available.
Service was poor, put in an order and waitress forgot to submitted, had to ask a second time. Then when we were ready to leave, asked for our check and after waiting 20 minutes finally asked another server who informed a supervisor, after anther 5 minutes finally got the check. There seems to be no priority in serving customers
We both ordered the perch. It was very poorly prepared. The batter was this but it was fried to a crisp making it hard. However, the waffle fry sticks we had for dessert were EXCELLENT.
When we got to the terrace club everything was good our waitress was nice. It was the lady who brings out water. Who had a attitude. It seemed like she didn’t want to be there. We are paying fans, we don’t deserve or need the attitude. I asked a simple question and came back answered with attitude. Didn’t appreciate it.
The Terrace Club is a great place to get a bite to eat before the Tribe game.
Great environment and service. Uninspired menu. The food along the concourse is more creative. I’ve since told several people that the Terrace Club is a place of spectacularly underutilized potential.
It's a good option on a rough weather day at the ballpark. However, the food is not really better than regular ballpark stands and doesn't compete with the chef/restaurant operated stands that populate much of the lower concourse at Progressive Field. The exception can be the buffet. We've enjoyed that when it's been creative, and it's generally well prepared. However, at our most recent visit, we ordered from the menu since the buffet, the offerings of which change regularly, was uninspired this time. The menu offerings turned out to be adequate but uninspired as well and definitely not as good as the chef operated stands on the lower concourse.
We got super lucky to spend the rain delay and the subsequent game up in the Terrace Club. The buffet was excellent. The food preparation staff is on point and made a great meal for us to drown our rain delay / loss in. The place was packed and busy but Nashelle our server was extremely nice. The girls at the desk for seating were very nice too. Everything turned out great except the team lost. I would also like to compliment the pastry chef for that wonderful cheesecake with the chocolate crust. Perfect. Thanks to the staff and look forward to visiting again! #GoTribe!
One person ordered the buffet, and two people ordered from the menu. The menu order "ticket got lost" and it was 30-35 minutes before we received those two meals. Please note that the Terrace Club was not filled up and busy till after this seating. Wait staff was friendly, but our waitress did not return to refill beverage glasses until we sought her out.
2nd time having lunch there this season.
Since the Tribe played Baltimore, the special was crab cakes.
My wife and I both thought they where outstanding.
My husband and I went there for our 10th anniversary and we really enjoyed ourselves! We will definitely go back!
It was an unexpected surprise!
The food was great!
It’s where we’ll eat before each game now.
Good experience. Nice Buffet. Staff very friendly with good service.
Better food inside the ballpark. Great view perfect spot to kill a rain delay, but the view is the only real positive.
We had a great time. We love the friendly staff.
Yes the convenience of it to bring my elderly mother for a game and have lunch before was awesome...the food though was not what we expected...no originality...waffle fries out of a freezer bag was below what this place should be serving. The perch sandwich that we ordered did not seem fresh and was not hot. Our waitress seemed like we were bothering her by being there.
Go Tribe! Great atmosphere on a chilly rainy day.
Love just hangout to stay dry & warm.
We were very confused about the reservation and waiting list procedure. The staff and service was very helpful and attentive. In the future we hope for a much easier system for reserving our table for during the game.
The last two times we were here, our reservation was mixed up. We had to show them the information on our telephone. Food was mediocre and the beer was warm. Our service was excellent. Also, the heat was turned off and it was about 60 degrees in the place. I asked about this, and nothing could be done. Corporate. We have partial season tickets and only go here when the weather is worse outside. A necessary evil.
Took family here for my son's 4th birthday. Wow such great views! Food was good too.
It wasn’t crowded and we were able to just sit and relax for a long time. The The buffet was excellent. Love the Terrace club all the time. Your bathrooms are always kept needs to. Thank you.
Had the brunch with my son. $25 for all you can enjoy. Turkey, ham, ceaser salad, cheese, fruits, desert and more of items that I did not taste. My son had fratata and French toast. Everything was great. And since we are Indians season ticket holders we received a 10% discount. Well worth the money. Excellent value.
We arrived on time for our reservation. The hostess insisted we were already there. Poor customer service on the resolution as it was quite timely. We all did the buffet. It was just good. Also, buns and breads stale on the buffet. Buffet staff unfriendly.. We have eaten here before and it could just be so much better. You also cannot make a reservation for game time. You can be added to the wait list, however, they don't answer their telephone.
More buffet variety would be nice however the staff was really nice
Kris was our server and she was not very good. Had long wait times for re orders and a long time after placing order. I would recommend if you get Kris change seats.
I think you should continue to allow us to make reservations rather than go to a waiting list.
Alex the carving chef was on top of things and made sure the buffet was in good shape throughout the entire service. The food was delicious. The cheese station should identify what the cheeses were. The place was chaotic for Opening Day and the front of house has a lot of work to do to make it all make sense. We weren't able to make reservations for any particular table but were removed from our table for someone else's reservation? Wasn't the best experience. Pillars impede sightline of the field for most of the tables but happy they finally installed monitors at least. They should have the inbetween inning loudspeaker entertainment piped in so people can also enjoy the sing-a-longs and entertainment.
Michelle at hostess station was nice and empathetic to our seating issues and problems but sadly wasn't given any authority to do anything to help. At least they won. And the food was good. The rest was just stress and not the best guest treatment. Was disappointed. But the food was really good.
View is great no matter where you’re seated. Plenty of food and drink selections. Prices are reasonable.
I had 3 friends with me and they were beyond delighted with our seats and the whole experience.
Quality of food is good but a bit pricey for size of servings (burger/chkn sandwich/fries) are small portions for the price. Michael was great server, and some newer staff were quite attentive (water refills, etc). But a different server brought food out, and she brought mine 1st but not my mom's in same trip. I wasn't eating til she had hers, but mine was kinda cold for being a chkn sandwich and fries....maybe had been under hearing lamps waiting for a buyer. My mom had lobster roll & fruit as substitute for fries....but they brought fries. Sent both plates back for corrections. Maybe having too many staff handling orders led to miscommunication of food orders.
Great view of field from far end table, otherwise many tables had partial obstructed views from pillars or window casements. Very convenient from parking garage, restrooms etc (she said women's handicap stall needed cleaned formal the TP scattered around).
Very clean tables and environment. Could use a couple more speakers to hear tom Hamilton radio broadcast better.
Our server was wonderful. Went for our first anniversary.
Attentive server, good food & great view of Progressive Field. What more could an Indians fan want? Oh, maybe a win!😁
I was not impressed. My family and I had pre-game reservations for a Saturdsy evening game. The menu was very limited. I ordered a club sandwich; my sandwich was piled high with turkey, so much so that that sandwich fell apart. Lettuce and tomato on the side. Also, there was no bacon. I told my server and I was brought two servings of bacon by two different servers. The others in my party ordered the hamburger on the menu. They were also not impressed. We did enjoy where we were seated as there wa a very good view of the ballpark.
Great view. All else was fair. Online reservation page indicated no open tables for game seating. So we went to 5 pm seating. Put name in wait list for game seating also. There were tons of open tables for game seating!! B We were never notified. Would have preferred later seating. Didn’t seem to be very well organized. Also menu not as it appeared online.
As always a terrific experience. Always a treat to start the game in the Terrace Club. They were very attentive and made the birthday celebration special.
