Excellent food. Will go again. All dishes prepared well, looked and tasted great.

Terra was great. We made a late reservation and they still tried to make the experience good. Food was AMAZING. We had some oysters, ribeye, and seasonal veg and everything was beyond what was expected. The steak was cooked to perfection and to top it all the lychee martinis were to die for! Wish we had room for dessert. The service was okay, he was great at the beginning but then we felt like he kind of forgot about us by the end of the night. We get that we were one of the last people there, but I had to find him to get the bill and then someone else ended up closing our table.

Good food and service. We sat outside due to covid restrictions, which was ok but the ambience could be better.

Food is delicious and well presented! Server is excellent. I found the lighting in the washroom unexpectedly dark, it can be brighter!

Terra is a hidden fine dining gem in Richmond Hill/ Markham. If you are looking to celebrate one of life’s milestones this is the place to do it. They are incredibly accommodating with really friendly staff. The price is worth the portions and taste. They really transformed the space beautifully to accommodate the numbers since reopening.

Found a wire and a hair in two different dishes. The server apologized and voided them from the bill after he referred to the manager. Expected the manager to come by to apologize or addressed the issue (not that we complained) however nothing. Therefore, I was a bit disappointed, they classified as a “fine” dining restaurant but missed that basic courtesy. Otherwise, the service was great from the server and his assistant.

Our server Nino was amazing we loved the service everyone was really nice and accommodating. The food was spectacular the oysters grilled octopus and steak so tasty. Definitely a place to have a romantic date the inside is very lovely. 100% recommend.

Very much enjoyed my experience at Terra during a pandemic. Evening was warm and lovely for November and outdoor fireplace helped. I had the Halibut and my friend enjoyed the sea food pasta dish along with a shared glass of wine, shared salad and shared Apple desert.

I was given a $150 gift card on June 2017 for my wedding. Unfortunately my husband passed away from throat cancer so shortly after our wedding he was not able to swallow easily or enjoy food. We enjoyed 16 very precious months together. He passed away Aug 10 2018 and I held onto the gift card for a special event. With COVID I was concerned that you might close. On Tues Nov 10 my good friend and I planned to eat at an outdoor café because of good weather and I decided to pull out this card. Turns out she was celebrating leaving her nursing job of many years and starting her art therapy business. As a nurse she had been very helpful during the care of my husband who was able to die at home. A perfect day to celebrate and you were the perfect ambiance.

Unfortunately because I work for non profit I don't expect I will be able to come again for your prices, but this was a once in a life time event that spontaneously came up and did not disappoint. Thank you! Ruth Brown

Service started quite slow- took our server over 50 mins to take our food order. Not sure what happened, but we definitely felt like we had been forgotten.

Once our food order was completed, service got much better. Quicker pace, and more attention.

Perhaps just an off night in regards to service. Have been here before and service always A+.

It was a pleasant luncheon and great meal. I had a business luncheon with my client and they had a wonderful lunch.

The food was incredible. Everything we ordered was tasty. Highly recommend this place. Has the same quality of a downtown Toronto steakhouse. Service was also great and the restaurant ambience was on point. Gnocchi is a must try. Mushrooms and Ribeye steak were amazing as well!

We enjoyed our meal very much. Service was excellent. If I have any complaint, it's about the temperature in the room; it was rather chilly and a bit drafty where we were sitting.
