We dined out in the rooftop bar where we were dry and very warm. Our server was fantastic and the food was incredible! We can’t wait to come back. Thanks for helping me celebrate my birthday during weird covid times.

Fantastic experience! Loved the personalized, congratulatory message printed on the menu. Best salad I've had in 10 years! Also, it was a very busy night but they never pushed us to hurry. We will be back next time we visit Seattle!

The restaurant was very busy, which was expected for a Sunday brunch, however the servers were running hard and my guess is that the restaurant was short-handed. That said the servers were very courteous and helpful and the food was outstanding. We will be back!

Never disappointed at Terra Plata! Lovely evening reconnecting with friends, post-pandemic. Our server was attentive, but gave us space to fully enjoy the food, wine and friendship. Special kudos to the charcuterie and lamb and large plates — char, duck & pig! (Desserts were delightful, too!) Thank you!!
We came here for my wife's birthday. Servers remembered my note from reservation, wished her a happy bday, included candle in dessert. We felt well-taken-care of. We were seated at the bar, comfortable and not too loud. Ambience was upscale but not overly fussy. Some long tables so you could go with a big group assuming you reserve ahead of time. Food was very good but some minor quibbles: we had the squash soup--interesting flavors with garam masala and mild spiciness, but too sour; grilled cauliflower was amazing; grilled spot prawns were awkward to eat -- the meat stuck to the shells and roe got everywhere; duck entree was very good. Everything was slightly undersalted to my taste. Dessert of chocolate caramel custard was really good, amazing texture. Overall quite happy with experience but it was slightly too expensive for the quality of food (which I am always picky about FYI).
Everything ordered was delicious but the portions for the expensive salads were more appetizer size. Cornbread also while scrumptious and presentation outstanding just too small for the price.
Interesting menu, friendly staff makes it a fun spot to gather.

I had been told this was a great spot. But it was a poor experience. It took a while for the hostess to get our reservation. The waiter never introduced himself, they didn’t have the wine we requested. Finally the food was overpriced. My pasta dish had over cooked noodles, my partners steak was tasty, but really nothing special. Our friend ordered a burger, which was $25 - overpriced but looked tasty. The bill was $280 for three people, what a racket. We are from Portland and feel we are able to get better options, higher quality ingredients and a better price as well at local restaurants... Hopefully this was just an off night.
Most of food we ordered was delicious. Attractive environment but we were a little chilled in the dining room and wore coats for a while until we warmed up.

First time out in a long while, #thankscovid, but felt so incredibly nurtured and safe on the rooftop deck at Terra Plata. The service was stellar, the vaccine card check was done smoothly, the food was amazing. Thank you for a memorable evening dinner date with a friend before our Paramount show.
The food was awesome and Nathan's service was impeccable. What started as a bump–our table was still occupied at our reservation time–turned into a real treat. We were asked to wait in reception while they assessed the guests at our table. When that table ordered dessert, we were invited to the bar. Owner Linda came over and conversed so easily with us that the time just flew by. Then there was the amazing charcuterie, frites, hangar steak, piggy, sprouts, and one of each of the desserts. Their rooftop patio is so well-heated and protected from the elements that I'd choose to sit up there in normal times. We considered this our first true night out since before times, and Terra Plata did not disappoint. We walked away completely delighted.
First time here and food was very mediocre. I was expecting so much more. We arrived for a 5:45 reservation and hostess asked what time we’d like to be out for our show, i said 7:15. Plenty of time for a dinner. We sat down and the server made us feel very rushed so i assumed food would take awhile. We ordered right away and it all came out very fast but was not even hot. Everything tasted like it had been cooked an hour before and had been sitting there getting mushy, did not seem fresh. It was all good enough to eat but did not meet my expectations for the prices. I really wanted to like this place but sadly will not be returning.
We very much appreciated their COVID safety precautions and the excellent customer service from our hostess to our server to one of the owners who checked on us several times. The food was prepared perfectly and we enjoyed the salad, steak with chanterelles and broccolini and the pasta, which must have been made in-house. They were very cognizant of the time we needed to be out the door to see a show. We will be back!
Amazing and a must go! The food and drinks were delicious - as always. We sat in the upstairs covered/heated patio just as the sun had gone down and it was such a lovely atmosphere. I like that it isn't complete closed in, so there is air moving but it absolutely gorgeous! Has the feeling of an open air circus tent with fire pits, candles, beautiful greenery, etc. They have framed large sheets of plastic to resemble picture frames that separate some of the tables. I can't wait to go again!
They have a limited brunch menu, but it was very good and a cute little restaurant.

Such a great dinner! the best part was that they printed my girlfriends name on the menu because it was her birthday. Such a nice gesture!!
We enjoyed the atmosphere on the rooftop patio seating. Excellent heating lamps made it nice and warm even though it was a chilly night. While all the seats were fully occupied, noise level was low, we could still hear each other talking without having to shout across the table. Overall, we all had a good dining experience at Terra Plata.
Terra Plata is the place to be! It has a fun atmosphere, awesome location where you can see the life of the city from every seat. The staff is amazing. They are accommodating, helpful and attentive. The food is magical!! No exaggeration. One of the best meals we've ever had. We had a party of 4 and there was no one who wasn't left so satisfied and wanting to return! The sides are definitely made to share which was delightful as we all had the pleasure of trying everything that was ordered. The Shishito peppers were no word of a lie, crack on a plate. So addictive, you just cant stop eating them. As were the hand cut frites and the homemade potato chips...yes please and thank you! The entrees were magnificent and masterfully plated. It was a seduction of the eyes and love at first bite! The pork cheeks were divine!! Melt in your mouth delicious!! The Mafaldine pasta...probably my husband's favorite dish...that says a lot as he's 100% Italian and does not love pasta served in restaurants. Don't even get me started on the desserts. Seriously, I have the worlds biggest sweet tooth and these were nothing short of perfection...heavenly. We had the Flan and Chocolate Carmel Custard...they were everything that dreams are made of and more! A must have no matter what...NO MATTER WHAT! Save room or don't, but you must partake :)

Came to celebrate my new relocation to Seattle for a new job! My mom and I flew in to tour apartments and this restaurant was a lovely place to celebrate. They even had custom menu’s for us that said congratulations and my name!
My partner can not get past the pork. I was equally happy with ragu.
Food was simply ice cold.... and no one even stopped by to check - or ask when they picked up a full plate with half a bite missing
