Born in the “Pampas”, (Southern region of Brazil) Terra Gaúchaʼs concept revolves around “Churrasco” a traditional grilling method using open flames and various cuts of meat. Today, we proudly keep the flame alive using authentic Gaúcho seasonings and natural wood charcoal to roast succulent beef, lamb, poultry and pork.

In addition to our grilled meats, guests enjoy a gourmet salad and sides bar featuring the freshest vegetables, a variety of cheeses and cold cuts. During the dining experience each guest is transported (no passport required) to “Southern Brazil” where they are pampered from start to finish. The “Terra Gaúcha familia” would like to invite you for a unique experience that will make a lasting impression.

    The meat servers were very helpful and helped us get any meat we requested. The cold bar was sub par been here many times and majority of the time the cold bar has been amazing.

    Granted it was a holiday, so we expected it to be busy. We were seated in the back of restaurant. Were offered Maybe half of the usual selections, servers never really got to us. Server got my drink order wrong, but it took about 10 minutes before another server appeared. Took another 5 minutes to get correct drink.

    Service was impeccable.... The staff was professional and worked well together. Food was fresh and well prepared. The only negative was the girl at the check in desk. We had a reservation for 4pm and arrived right on time. When checking in she said we'll text you when your table is ready which was surprising since we had a reservation. When I questioned her she said it would be 15-20 mins. When I questioned why we were required to wait When we had a reservation she responded by saying "well, its Thanksgiving and we're very busy serving 1200 people" I felt this was not an appropriate response...not what customers who are getting ready to spend nearly $200 for a dinner for 2.

    This was the first time in years I did not enjoy my experience…the lobster bisque was disgusting it tasted like it had a ton of sugar in it and I usually love it it’s one of the reasons I came…the stuffing was wet and weird…most importantly I was sat right by the kitchen so the people with the meat kept over looking my table and I would have to request anything I wanted since they would literally go to the large table infrint of me and turn around…I wa hoping a manager would come around and ask how everything was so I could tell them but because it was so busy I paid tipped and went about my business…I feel like for over $200 I shouldn’t have to flag down anyone for meat when that is what I am there for the salad bar was fine but I was extremely disappointed with the lack of service as I’ve been going here for thanksgiving for the last 5 years as well as dined throughout the year.

    The food and drinks were top notch! However the waitress that seated us did not bring us water after we asked because we had drinks from the bar. Another waitress working the same area brought us some water. Other than that it was amazing as always.

    Service wasn’t good at all. Made a reservation and still waited 25 mins for a table. Some food was cold, a lot of it wasn’t being refilled fast enough and people were standing around waiting. We go every year for Thanksgiving and this year was a little disappointing.

    The food and the people are the best part of the experience. The food is very tasty, with something for everyone, and the staff are extremely nice, and accommodating. I've been there twice, and won't hesitate to go again. It's kind of pricey, but that's to be expected due to the quality of food & service, and the fact that you can eat as much as you want. You WILL get your money's worth. I just got home, and my stomach is still feeling stuffed.

    I was disappointed at first. I RSVP outside seating because it was the only seating available for Thanksgiving Day. Upon arrival the restaurant was slammed with ppl. It would have been difficult to carry your food from the bar to the outside seating. I felt badly for this elderly couple who felt the same. The manager made it happen where me and my family as well as the elderly couple got a seat inside. This made my day and the service was impeccable.

    My family love Terra Gaucha and it has become our Thanksgiving family tradition. My favorite is the salad bar and Polenta sticks and my daughter and her family are meat lovers all the way. Everything is always outstanding. There is something for everyone and the staff do their best to make everyone has everything they could possibly need or want.

    The best dining experience to date!!! The staff members are all super friendly, experienced, and professional. The manager is super hard working and made sure everything we requested was brought to us promptly. The experience felt very personal and enjoyable.     It was rather loud, louder then I would have anticipated- I made a reservation for 7pm got there 10min early and we waited 4min past our reservation time, which leads to the question why even bother with a reservation at all. I got the bacon wrapped chicken it was dry, my husband got a variety of different meat and said it was over seasoned and salty (i know this will be a matter of opinion) I went for my husband’s birthday and it was hard to have a conversation due to volume in the restaurant- we also sampled their cold bar/salad bar which I found was your average side bar, overall it was a nice evening out however I don’t feel the experience/food matches the $200 price tag for two.

    Started off ok then after about 10 minutes we couldn't get them to stop at our table. We had our green tabs up bit they just kept walking by.i was asked if I wanted a refill and they never brought it. We had a party of 5 celebrating a birthday. After I paid the bill I asked to speak to a manager and was insulted with a $25 gift certificate after just paying $400 for my meal. What we were allowed to was good at first then we had some really undercooked shrimp and some nearly raw bottom sirloin. I never complain or make a fuss in a restaurant but at these prices I just expect better.

    We had a bad table right by the kitchen. Every 3 seconds another one would ask about food. Even when our cards were red. Many of the meats were too salty. The area for plates was right next to our table. Service was excellent, but too hectic at that table.

    They were overbooked. We arrived at 6 minutes past our reserved time and waited 62 minutes to be seated; we were not the only people seated around an hour after their reservation. This was simply a poorly operating reservation plan system. Staff were obviously under pressure but smiled and served wonderfully and collaboratively, quickly clearing and preparing tables to keep he crowd moving. Food was delicious, although when my wife asked for medium she was given rare once. Noise level was quite high (obviously a full house). The line for ladies room extended to their door (probably because there may have been as many people waiting to dine as those dining). We have other Brazilian steakhouse options within a few miles and will choose those in the future.

    Had a wonderful time there for my brothers birthday. The meat just kept coming! And the coffee during dessert was amazing
