Terra Gaúcha es un restaurante nacido en la Pampa brasileña y ofrece un concepto gastronómico que gira en torno al “churrasco”, un método de asado tradicional utilizando llama abierta y diversos cortes de carne. Hoy día, el establecimiento mantiene viva esa llama gracias a sus condimentos de estilo gaucho auténticos y al empleo de carbón natural para elaborar platillos suculentos a base de ternera, cordero, carne de ave y cerdo. Además de sus carnes a la parrilla, los comensales podrán degustar ensaladas gourmet y una barra libre de guarniciones que incluye verduras frescas, así como quesos y embutidos surtidos. Todos los comensales quedan invitados a realizar un viaje gastronómico (sin necesidad de pasaporte) al Sur de Brasil, donde se sentirán mimados en todo momento por la familia del Terra Gaúcha. As always, the service and food were excellent. The variety of foods on the salad bar was interesting and ran the gamut from salads and fruits to a variety of cheeses and salumi. The way the servers move thru the dining room with the various offerings is like a well synchronized machine. The meat was delicious and apparently the salmon offering was beyond expectations as the one person at the table who tried it was surprised and delighted enough to request a second helping when it came around again. For the first time we all tried the grilled shrimp offering - amazing. I don't know what they marinated the shrimp in, but it was excellent. Since we were celebrating a birthday, one of our party was given a free dessert and the other 2 tried the creme brulee and their new coconut & ice cream dessert (which was incredible.) From the greeters at the door to the waitstaff and manager, professionalism and friendly interactions make Terra Gaucha our go to for special occasions - we're never disappointed.

This restaurant was exceptional in every way! The staff and hostesses went out of their way to make us enjoy our dining experience! The selections from the hot and cold bar and the delicious freshly prepared meats they served were impeccable! Thank you so much for this great experience in fine dining! The tenderloin was great, but the highlight was the lamb. The lamb steak was some of the best I have ever had.

We celebrated my fiancé’s birthday at Terra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. From the second we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome. The service was amazing—super attentive but never overbearing—and the atmosphere had just the right mix of elegance and comfort. The food? Absolutely next level. The salad bar alone was impressive, but once the meats started coming, it was game over. Every single cut was cooked to perfection—especially the picanha and filet. My fiancé was in heaven! And the sweetest part? They surprised us with a birthday dessert for him, and it was such a thoughtful touch. It made the night feel even more special and personal.
