   The atmosphere was absolutely gorgeous and I love the decor! That is what I will say that the restaurant has going for it. Our server was all over the place and it took 20 to 30 minutes just to get our drink order which was never asked to be refilled but once. The food was super bland and not good tasting at all for the price that it came out to be. Not to mention that the entrée took an hour and a half to get to our table. Once we did get our entrée and being served, the server slapped the risotto on to the plate getting everywhere. Also, the Tomahawk steak was about 80% fat. The Valentine’s Day special was $200 and I don’t think that was worth the price for the service or the food. Not only were we disappointed with the outcome of our service/food, there was other guests, who were being talked to by the manager on how their food would be comped due to the lack of good service. It was our first time going there for Valentine’s Day, and we definitely will not be back. The manager on duty however, I will mention was always coming over and asking how are meals were and very polite.

   We missed not having a dinner salad with our meal. You should let people choose between and salad and the oysters. The fillet and salmon was amazing.

   Beef fillet was tough, scallops were not seasoned, green beans were overcooked and not seasoned! Ceasar salad was very good. Waitress was not very good.

   The Ten is our go to place for special outings. The food has always been delicious and the drinks and service great as well. The best short ribs I have ever had, so tender and flavorful. We love when we come here for dinner.

   I’ve been to Ten many times over the years including having hosted a private dinner for 40 people several years back. My experiences have always been positive, but this most recent visit was truly disappointing. Our server Geno was great, but clearly received zero support from the rest of the staff. The restaurant was almost empty, but our dinner still took a full three hours - and we weren’t lingering. Meanwhile Jake’s across the street was fully booked all night. It’s sadly clear why. The bartenders were downright surly to us and seemingly everyone else in the restaurant and bar. Painfully slow service, outright refusal to even acknowledge patrons existence, followed by hostile lectures about where to stand and not stand while waiting for drinks. This attitude was consistent across several days staying in the hotel and multiple staff. I know that quality labor is a real challenge right now, but the owners really need to clean house.

    I dined at Ten to get a taste of fine Billings cuisine. The server was so sweet and did a great job. Drinks were lovely. Burrata was just ok, Brussels app was a cool twist- Cobb style, and beef tenderloin was delicious. Very pretty ambiance. If I had more time in Billings, I would go back to the bar.

    Coming through town and had noticed the web site and decided to try it based on menu, ambiance and beautiful hotel - for a birthday Beautiful designed dining with great service. Brussel Sprout surpassed expectations and farm fresh green beans were delicious Food presentation was added touch for our evening A definite’To Go’ place if in Billing , MT. Even if just a night like we did Kudos to Michelle and Gino for their care of our evening

    We were treated exceptionally at Ten while celebrating a couple major life milestones. The service was attentive. The food was as requested and delicious. The dessert and Port were excellent with a personal touch. I can’t say enough about finding this gem while traveling on our celebratory road trip.

    Treated myself to a bison tenderloin. At medium rare the texture was amazing! Tried the Tiramisu Pavlova, and while it was a great dessert, I missed the real multilayered cake, their dessert is a very deconstructed version, make sure to ask about it before ordering so you know what to expect!

    I tried the Tasting menu with wine pairings, and was very happy with it. The food was delicious and presented beautifully, with very creative dishes. The wine pairings were also spot on. I will be eating at TEN again soon, and look forward to it!

    For fine dining, this may have been the best experience my wife and I have had. If not the top, definitely top 3 (Best in Billings). The atmosphere was excellent and we cannot speak highly enough about the service and quality of food. We both had Tenderloin, one Bison and one Beef and they were spectacular along with the amazing sides. We cannot praise this enough and encourage others to give it a try.

    We had a lovely dinner in this historic hotel while overnighting in Billings on our way to Deadwood, SD. Great service from Gino. Food and atmosphere was very good, although we thought a bit pricey. Hubby had a ribeye while I had twin lobster tails. We ended with a piece of 12 layer chocolate cake which was big enough for 4 people to share!

    This restaurant was AMAZING!!! Not only was the food terrific but the Customer Service was outstanding!!! The food was perfection; we had a beef steak and a buffalo steak and both were cooked exceptionally well. Our Waiter was Marvelous!! We sat in the bar prior to dinner and received the same level of Customer Serve and terrific cocktails!!!

    Had very high expectations when coming here with my wife for a special night. However this place fell very short considering the very above average price. I ordered the chicken pasta and risotto and both were extremely under-seasoned. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't any seasoning at all. The overall quality of the food was good, but for a $28 dish I expected to actually taste it. The cake however, was very good and was the best part of the meal. Overall 3/10

    I wish that they had a few more options that were not so expensive. It would be nice to be able to order the steak frites or a hamburger in the dining room. I wasn't super hungry and yet I couldn't find anything on the appetizer menu that sounded appealing, a shrimp choice would be nice either on the app menu or the regular menu. Otherwise we enjoyed it very much.

    It is a wonderful restaurant. The food and service top rate. The menu is varied and offers lots of interesting options. The ambience is lacking for such a nice restaurant. The heavy velvet drapes and chairs just don’t reflect the Montana spirit. The hotel lobby is awesome and the dining room would benefit from that type of vibe. Only saying this as I want them to continue and be successful. The dining is terrific!

    Table had flowers (sent by family) set at it. Waited a while just for water. First drinks took a while. Ordered popovers and scallops. Our apps came out before our appetizer plates. Popovers were pretty greasy but tasty. Scallops were slightly overcooked and paired with a squash puree and nuts. The pairing of something as tender as a scallop with nuts was odd. Next we ordered lamb perogis and oysters. When they came out my 2 empty glasses were finally given some attention. When my drinks came out we finally got utensils for the oysters. The perogis were more like ravioli. The filling was good, as was the pasta, but it wasn't a perogi (I'm Polish). The sauces were poorly presented and ran all over the plate. The oysters were good but something lacked in presentation. We both ordered ribeyes rare with mushrooms. Other sides included brocollini, Brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes and risotto. Portions of the mushrooms were very different and I had some way overcooked shrooms. The potatoes were good. Broccolini was overdone but not terrible. My steak was blue and hers was cooked perfectly rare. Very disappointing. She quite enjoyed her steak with lobster butter. I ate the outside of my steak and enjoyed the blue cheese sauce, although the serving size could have been more generous. The Brussels and risotto were cooked quite well. Had another empty water glass and our dining section was nearly empty. Dessert was on the house and we got the chocolate cake. The cake was amazing. There's quite a lot there. The chocolate sauce appeared to be separating as there was an oil on top of it. We'll be back. There's other menu items we would like to try. We hope it goes better next time.

    Gene was great and very helpful with the menu. The atmosphere was perfect for my fiancée’s birthday. Our sons stated they had the best steaks ever there and main course was excellent. The dessert for crème brûlée was changed to huckleberry but e didn’t know until it came out and tasted like yogurt which was not a fan of. Other than that our experience here was fantastic.
