Temple Orange - Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa Ratings and Reviews
Wow what a great brunch!!! Everything was awesome! I gave food 4 stars only because the stone crab claws weren’t cracked enough and were incredibly difficult to get out of the shell. My husband and I love stone crabs so we were a little disappointed with that. Also ice in mimosas? Ice and champagne should never go together! But my sister and her friend still had fun drinking them! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming and service was on point! We will absolutely be back!
Went here for New Year's Eve dinner with a group of friends. None of us have ever dined here so we weren't sure what to expect. First of all, we ate on the earlier side and think we had the best table - we were outside with a fantastic view of the pool & ocean and a full moon in the background. Really beautiful! The servers were all very attentive & nice. Everyone's food was fantastic & all of us want to come back soon. I think you can make your dining experience casual or romantic. If you are looking for great food with terrific ambiance, come here!
We sat outside and had a beautiful view of the pool area and the ocean beyond. Our waiter,
Hunter, couldn't have been more gracious and professional. I had a delicious, if pricey,
cucumber cocktail. We thought the Mediterranean style food was unexceptional overall but fine; my spanakopita was quite good.
The food, drinks and service are very good but the restaurant inside lacks atmosphere. Fortunately, seating on the patio takes care of that, when the weather is nice. This particular evening was windy and rainy.
The bar in the beautiful lobby with live music is a treat — great for impressing a date.
Stayed at Eau resort. Temple Orange was better than expected! It's a true mixed Mediterranean restaurant with a variety of choices. I had Salmon, my husband filet mignon, others at our table had a chicken dish, shrimp/pasta dish and prime rib. All was excellent!! The service was very attentive. It was a casual atmosphere, but the view cannot be beat -if you eat outside. Inside is not a great view.
You can't beat the ocean view and sea breezes, but the din from the pool area is a bit distracting.
There was a fine selection of interesting foods and the presentation was excellent. However, to achieve a higher level of excellence, a few individual dishes needed attention: the babaganous, shrimp and beet puree in individual glass containers, as well as some of the sauces were unappetizing at room temperature, but should have been chilled; the quiche was delicious except the crust was dry and overcooked.
There is a fun champagne and Bloody Mary Bar attended by a knowledgeable and friendly server.
Menu choice very limited. I feel one of the item were misrepresented so I did not order it. My wife order the gnocchi in a marinara sauce and had no taste and all stuck together. I order the mussel and they were fair. They surprised us with a delicious anniversary dessert.
Holiday weekend and restaurant was overbooked and understaffed. Hotel guest and reservation meant nothing. Rude maitre d. Too many large parties with screaming unbehaved children. Should have offered guests options to dine at Angle or room service. Love the hotel and all other venues and services on site recurrent issues with this restaurant. Best dining option is eating at the pool restaurant - they should stay open later. Better ocean view and far better service.
Eau Spa is a class act and the food is excellent...we had one hiccup here but it was taken care of professionally...thereafter and all the times before we had top quality food. Last visit the electric went off during the meal and they made us sushi and dinner by candlelight was perfect...desserts spectacular. The management team goes out of there way to please...
We went here for our anniversary dinner. Michael was our server and he was FANTASTIC! He helped me choose a wine and selected a great one that fit my taste, and found a great local beer for my husband to try. He also made some great recommendations, as far as food is concerned. I had the Ricotta Gnocchi with truffle pea purée and my husband had the Bouillabaisse, both of which were devoured, they were sooo good! Michael knew we were celebrating our anniversary and brought out a dessert plate for us, with a congrats message scrolled across the plate, along with a glass of rose champagne! Overall it was a great experience!
We were married the afternoon of our dinner and invited another couple to accompany us. Friday nights the restaurant has a seafood buffet. Two of us ordered the grouper and we both agreed it was overcooked. The raw oysters were small and tasteless. The rest of the food was all right, but felt , at $65.00 per person, it was overpriced. We would have liked tablecloths on the tables and felt the room was very noisy.
We wouldn't recommend the restaurant.
