Great service the night we went in. But the food tastes like it’s prefab. Like they take it out of the freezer and cook it that way. Maybe I’m wrong but it was bland. The service saved them this night

I typically have the "veracruzana salad" (not certain if I spelled it correctly) and it is amazing. I have a piece of salmon on top and it is perfect. HUGE portion too. The chips and salsa are a big hit and nice and warm when they arrive at the table.

Love it here!

Food was great drinks were also great...our waiter was rushing us and was hard to find...I could see if it was busy but there was no one in the restaurant due to the snow...the waiter never asked if we wanted dessert or if we wanted more drinks we had to tell him we wanted more drinks and or food....other then the rude waiter everything else was amazing

Overhyped. I guess if you live in the suburbs and want to go out in the Seaport and look out at the water, it's good. But if you live in the city, there are far better restaurants. The food was ok, service ok and margaritas were nothing spectacular. Probably wouldn't go back.

My husband and I have always enjoyed going to Temazcal. The food is delicious and the ambiance has always been great. However, this past weekend, unfortunately, our waitress wasn’t pleasant. We felt rushed. We didn’t let her poor service bother us because we were celebrating our new journey as husband and wife. We politely told her twice that we were enjoying our staying and to give us more time. We did inform the manager on duty and they we will continue to go to Temazcal. I hope she learns from her mistake and has a better day.

Great Mexican food in a very energetic atmosphere. Not your typical Mexican menu. Very interesting combinations of spices and vegetables and cheeses. Not crazy spicy but definitely flavorful. My family left no crumb behind after 3 appetizers and 4 entrees. Try the nachos to start and give the shrimp fajitas a try too. Only disappointment was the guacamole. Did not taste freshly made but more commercial.

We walked in and asked to be seated at another table, with a better location. There were two of these table types open. We were flatly told no, without even an apology, because these were reserved for 4 persons (we were two.) The waitress was rude. We ordered two drinks anyway- rose and a margarita (which they're known for.) The rose was hot pink, and the margarita was essentially juice, without a salt brim as requested. It was such an unpleasant experience that we didn't even order food, and chose a food truck instead. Don't waste your time.

In the beginning when ordering drinks after we sat down the service was great. After that, our waiter didn't come back to take our order or see if we needed anything for very long periods of time. Ambiance and food was amazing though!

We had a good time, service was quick and attentive. Drinks were great too. First time having dinner here and I can say that the appetizers are actually better to have. The view is great and it is a bit loud as the bar area is quite active and close to the dining area. Will return to this location for drinks and appetizers at the bar, for a sit down experience the location in Lynnfield is better suited.

Came for a quick brunch date with a girlfriend of mine. Food was awesome. Absolutely amazing. This place makes the best guacamole I have ever had. Like In life. You must try it. It was a pretty rainy/dreary Sunday around noon, so no one was really there. Pretty quiet and different from the last time I came. Service was good. Not stellar, but still good. I would definitely come again.

The entrees were inventive and prepared fresh. The Mexican Salad was a pleasant surprise, presented banded in long stripes of cucumber, generous in size filled with bibb lettuce and fresh vegetables. Several items on the menu can be made vegan by asking for the cheese to be left out. Flavors are multi-layered and delightful. Not your typical Mexican dishes I'm happy to report.
The view of the harbor is spectacular and there is ample seating outside. As with most places on the wharf, it was extremely noisy, made worse where conversation competed with stereo music at every table.
The only snag in the evening was an expensive bottle of wine that had turned. While this restaurant has over 200 varieties of Tequila, they do not have proper wine storage. So be sure to order the latest vintage or try it by the glass first.

Ordered the chili relenos forms dinner. It was fabulous. Subbed out the rice that comes with it for grilled veggies which were delicious. Very crowded on a Sat afternoon. Service was good. Drinks were just ok. Music was WAY too loud.

Food was not hot and just okay. Restaurant was a little dirty too. High chair that was covered with rice was left beside the table when new patrons were seated and was left there the entire time. Food all over the floor. Noise level very high. We probably won't return again unless someone else wants to go there.

Several dishes were sensational, particularly the cornmeal-crusted calamari, the green chili enchiladas, and the swordfish. The portions were large. Only negative: waiters assigned to cover too many tables, spread out over the inside and outside parts of the restaurant, so service slower than optimal.

My reservation was for 8:45pm and wasn't seated until about 9:30. Noise level was also high so I couldn't really have a conversation without, what seemed like, yelling.

Loved the water front location and vibe. Host staff set us up beautifully at in inside window bar table with view. All was going superbly until our order was placed and within less than 10 minutes we had our chips, salsa, drinks, food and the sense that they were trying to push us out of our table .

I hadn't been to Temazcal in a while, based on a previous not-so-good experience. I came back because I had really hoped that it would be back to its former self, but was disappointed again.

The food is consistently bland - it looks good, but really lacks flavor. The salsas all taste sweet (why????). Drinks are soso and way too expensive for what you get. Service isn't bad, but not great either. The one thing that this place has going for itself is the view, but that's not enough to make me come back. Too bad, because we really need good Mexican food in Boston.

First time dining here and really enjoyed sitting outside, weather was perfect. Guacamole was delicious, serving was very generous. Shared tuna taco and chicken taco. One was in lettuce which was fine. I felt the soft taco was thicker than I would have liked. Ordered the corn which was tasty. Overall a great choice and would return.
