It was my birthday and i invited 10 people. Food was really delicious along with the service. Highly recommend
Shrimp ceviche is amazing
I liked it, but I didn't love it. Two steps above a Chili's, one step below Empire. I miss the old margarita menu. Without those choices I'm not sure I will come here as much.
Fab location, great cocktails, soups superb- want to go back in summer
The staff at the Restaurant were very friendly, from the hosts/hostesses to the wait staff. This made our visit very pleasant. They dining room has a terrific view of the harbor and while there was music playing, much to our pleasant surprise, we were able to hear each other well at our table of four. The tables are very close together and the tables are a bit small for the large plates they use, but we made do. The menu has a good range of food options -- although portions are not huge. Decent value for money but not inexpensive for mexican. But compared to other options in the Seaport, this is a decent option.
The food was delicious and Ronaldo was a great server. We will plan to return when come back to the seaport.
Good food, good drink but it was so loud you could not talk They ended up having two private events at the same time and the noise level was so high it certainly impacted our dining experience.
AmaZing meal. Best enchilada I have ever eaten. Yummy margaritas great service. Reasonable prices. I will most definitely be back
Food was good. Prices are expensive... $13 for a traditional margarita is outrageous.
Great food and service! Did not feel rushed at all!
Service here is always great and makes me keep coming back. If you have a food allergy, they take it very seriously which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
I'd recommend going for drinks at the bar but the food was underwhelming for the price, it comes out warm not hot and there's little to no flavor.
It seems the quality of service is declining. Sadly, we’ve seen a noticeable (negative) change in service. If you can, avoid the server Lisa. She is incredibly inattentive. Food quality was also below expectations.
To start I made reservations for 7:45 pm and it was 8:05 pm and I was still waiting. I got up to ask what's going on it seem as they forgot we were waiting. the waiter was nice but it took longer than expected for the food to get ordered and then to get to the table, once the food came it was cold and not that great tasting, we only took a few bites and ask to take it home. I'm not sure if it was because it was a busy night but I wouldn't come back. I was expecting something better and it was a special night my boyfriend's birthday and things did not go as I imagined. the seating was also odd we were sitting in the middle next to all the other tables it was crowded and loud. They should try and arrange better seating because it wasn't cool.
We've been here a couple of times and love the view which is the star of the decor. The place is very stylish and contemporary. The bartenders were very good, and it was easy to get their attention. The waiter, after being seated however, was another story. Our food was just ok, and we expected a little better from a higher end restaurant.
We sat at a high top near the windows near the water. These are a little smaller than a typical table for four, and he did a terrible job of keeping up with clearing plates, following up on drink orders and getting our orders straight. He would come by the table and not clear table items that we were done using. It wasn't the worst service ever, but it was a pain to feel we had to manage our server, stop him to request that he take things that he has already seen...
Our incorrect order was handled once we finally flagged him down, things we cleared in the same way. It wasn't a disaster at all, but at the end of the day, we were a little disappointed.
This was my second time here and although the food was good the service was awful. We waited 15-20 min before the waiter came over to take our drink order. He never came back to check on us once the food was on the table until it was time to leave the check. We had also requested a special desert for a friend and although that came out timely we weren’t offered extra silver ware if some wanted to share and no one ever came back for us to ask.
I would be hesitant to return here.
Temazcal used to be my favorite Mexican restaurant in Boston. But the past couple times I’ve been there to eat, the quality of food has gone down. We ahi tune tacos and chicken quesadillas. The margaritas has too much sour mix. Service was great and atmosphere nice.
Very good experience. Fantastic Mexican food
We had an excellent server who was very attentive. Our food came out very quickly, but maybe a bit too quickly as we were still working on guacamole when dinner arrived. Not a bad thing, necessarily! Margaritas were awesome, and even though I ordered quesadillas (a boring choice), they were made great with this orange tortilla, and served with a lot of guac and Pico. Pricy night out, but worth it.
Loved this place, being vegetarian I was given the vegetarian recommendations and I totally loved it.
I love the food, which is amazingly flavorful and the view is beautiful
Service sucked. Food was only okay.
Great food and view
50th Birthday will family and old friends. Made a reservation for 6 with table by the window facing the bay. Food and service were excellent. Noise level was deafening, however. Just known it’s not easy to have audible conversation here, but worth a trip for the Margaritas, Fajitas and ambiance.
Great location. Food was pretty good but the sangria was terrible. Stick with margaritas there.
Our waiter Chris was excellent and gave food options/reviews for my vegetarian friend.
Great dinner and date night out
Food is delicious. Dining room and bar area are very nice, especially when large windoes open during nice weather.
I thought the drinks were extremely over priced. They were full of ice and poorly flavored. Dare I say watered down...I had 2 and didn't even have a buzz. Something wasn't right. The street corn was soggy and bland.
Food, drinks, locations and view are great. Service is lackadaisical at best.
Tasty upscale Mexican food and drinks, great atmosphere.
We went to Temazcal for my daughters birthday. It is a beautiful restaurant with beautiful waterfront seating. I enjoyed their inventive menu which had many delicious vegetarian options to choose from. The food was delicious! I totally recommend this restaurant for a beautiful waterfront dining experience..
The hostess was not very friendly. The place has great ambiance. We got to the table and one seat was missing, the floor was dirty. The area is tight. The food was great. The service okay, it could be better.
Great dinner & service!! , the only problem was we were seated outside and they had no control over the outdoor lights so it was very difficult to see the menu and our food. For some reason the main light in the outdoor dining area did not turn on at all after sunset. Waitress said they had no control over it and it was controlled by the building .
Otherwise a great dinner overall for my out of town guests.
Family get together
Loud, impersonal, crowded, and bland food. Other than the view of the harbor, a BIG “who cares?”.
We had a work dinner for 9 people at Temezcal. The food and service were great. Friendly and responsive wait staff, food was hot and delivered promptly. Slower on a Monday night, which worked well for our group. Great views of the water.
First time we visited Temazcal at the Seaport location. What a fantastic spot to sit outside and enjoy the view! The food is consistently good - not superb but really good for a chain. We will continue to visit and would recommend to others.
Food is AMAZING! Loved it! Would recommended n I can’t wait to go again and try something different!
Everything was amazing . I want to come back soon . I been recommending to a lot friends .
