We had brunch with 11 family members a few weeks ago for the first time ever! LOVE LOVE LOVED the food and service. We've been back to more times since and will come again and again. The STAFF IS THE BEST!!! The food is AWESOME. Our new favorite place. THANK YOU!!!
Food was good and I would recommend it to others. Only issue was in finding parking, as there were no parking available.
Teikoku is a great place with an asian-fusion menu. The sushi is always great, and we enjoy all of their dishes. We have never had a bad meal at Teikoku. The service is always outstanding.
Good fair server fabulous but won’t go back sushi not so good and very Expensive
This was the second time in a row dining here. We had been at least once a month regulars however not anymore. Quality and service has declined in the past year. Ordered the sea bass and was served undercooked and mushy with raw spots and the Peruvian steak was dry and could tell it had been sitting for a while. Server did not come back to check on drinks. We tried to visit previous week, restaurant was very busy and reservation was not honored
Always a great dinner at Teikoku! Although we had to wait a couple minutes for a table, it was totally worth it!
Wonderful evening at Teikoku! Always great food and great service.
Nothing to report except it was great!
Excellent Food and Service but boy, those drink prices! Count on $10 per drink or more.
Food was delicious!! We had the shrimp tempura, philly sushi rolls, Peruvian NY strip steak and seafood drunken. Everything was tasty, and fresh. We will definitely be back!
We had brunch at Teikoku 2 weeks ago and went back this past weekend for dinner. The food is unbelievable and the staff is awesome, attentive and knowledgeable. It's our new favorite place! Thank you.
Extremely noisy. Not our servers
The food was absolutely amazing! Everyone left completely satisfied and with plans on returning.
First time visitor to this restaurant and the Sunday brunch. Large selection to choose from. Food was good but not outstanding. $25.00 cost was in line with selection and not overpriced. Ambiance fits the theme of the restaurant and was pleasant. Our waiter was just OK. Not all that attentive. We had to ask for refills on water and other drinks. I may or may not return. It would not be my first choice.
Took 5 friends as it’s one of my favorite places for food and drinks and overall experience. Everyone loved it. Always fantastic. Our waiter was perfect and bar tenders are always amazing
Erik was an incredible server and even at the peak of a busy service was keeping us up to date on how our food and drinks were coming along. So friendly and considerate.
I love the food and friendliness at Teikoku. The jumbo lump crab spring roll is fabulous. I also recommend the crispy calamari. The sashimi is so artfully presented and very very fresh. We almost never have dessert when we are out for dinner, but the Teikoku Soufflé' (warm chocolate ganache center with vanilla bean gelato) is very special. Overall, this was the best dinner out that we've had in a long time.
Great brunch as usual. Miso soup🍲, shrimp 🍤 lollipops, oysters, hot bar, dumplings 🥟 sushi 🍣🍱. It was wonderful as usual!!
We were seated immediately for our brunch reservation. This was our first time there for brunch, and we were delighted with the variety and quality of food presented. We received plenty of attention from wait staff, and were not rushed from our table when we finished eating. Overall a terrific experience, and we will be back!
The waiter swiped my credit card twice so I paid twice the manager said I don’t see that on our end sorry there’s nothing I can do.
Who pocketed my 63.00?
Great experience as always at the Sushi bar, watching the guys work magic with fish! Loved the wines on special and we had Larry serve us, he did a wonderful job - even with a really large party also at another table!
The service was good. The food was mostly ok except the sesame chicken which was a bit dry and hard. Will definitely return.
Great Restaurant. Good food and service. One of the best Thai places to eat.
Food was good and delicious. My husband loved his octopus salad & seabass.
New Year’s Eve and the place was busiest I’ve ever seen it. Host/Hostess stand had 4 people standing around, but only handled customers arriving for reservations AND phone calls one at a time. Gave a pretty chaotic impression with people milling around everywhere. No space to wait at bar. Once seated, service was good considering there were several large parties. Food great as always, but hard to choose. Specials were nothing outstanding. Way too noisy for someone with hearing impairment. Next time I’ll ask to sit in the room to the side and try the Omakase menu...
We have eaten at Teikoku previously and decided to celebrate a birthday dinner there. It was the usual good experience, the seafood drunken noodles were good along with the sushi we picked the Calamari was not worth it. Service was excellent as usual.
We always think of Teikoku for special occasions because it offers great food and a warm atmosphere. The sashimi platter was especially fresh, with superb presentation. Our group enjoyed the Kobe beef that you cook yourself on a hot stone, a special of Alaskan cod with lobster mashed potatoes, sesame encrusted tuna, the surf and turf roll (amazing!) and the fresh sashimi platter. It was our son's birthday and they arrived with a tasteful presentation of green tea cake and gelato for him. We can't say enough good things about this gem of a spot. So glad we're only 12 minutes away, but we'd travel much further for Teikoku if we had to!
The food and service was excellent! There were 4 people sitting next to us with very loud voices and laughs...wish we could have heard each other speak!
Teikoku offers some of the best sushi in the Philly suburbs. We enjoy sitting at the sushi bar because we like interacting with the sushi chefs and watching them prepare the food. Plus they often give us some tasty treats to eat while our food is being prepared. We ordered the chef's choice sashimi platter and it was amazing. We have been eating sushi/sashimi for 40 years, way before it became mainstream, so the chef's choice works well for us. You can always let them know if there is something you don't eat, but you need to be open and or adventurous to order this option. The toro (belly tuna) was among the best I've eaten here, and Tako (octopus) was excellent -- not chewy at all. We really enjoyed out meal -- one of the best we've had here.
Always tasty! Menu has lots of options and our server was terrific! Delicious!
We love this place!
I took my son there on Christmas Eve, to celebrate his college graduation. He was thrilled by the place, as the restaurant is try beautiful, with a warm and inviting decor. We experimented with a flight of three sakes, and shared a crab roll starter which was delicious. We also decided to share several small plate samplers of sushi, sashimi and lobster dumplings as well as a piece of chocolate lava cake. Fun time, memorable food and service and not too hard on the wallet. Great experience.
Have never had a bad experience and this time was no different. Great food, service & ambience.
Perfect as always. Derek always makes sure our experience is first class. This will always be our number one choice and place for special celebrations as it has been for over a decade. The Teikoku crew and staff have become our family. The food in incredible and by far the best sushi I have ever come across and I’ve traveled across the globe. I’m so glad to have this place in our own back yard. Teikoku has become the bar to which all others are measured against.
Food delicious as usual. Only downside walls could use fresh paint as noticeable marks on walls.
Great time, Great food. I mean, the name says it all!
One of favorite restaurants! Food and cocktails are always superb
