With reservations it took 15 minutes to seat us. The first table was not acceptable we asked to be seated elsewhere. There was no kids menu to view. The kids menu online didn't reflect the way it prepared. Service was very slow it took 30-minute to receive an Oreo milkshake for the kids.
Aptly named waiter, Trey, was excellent. Very attentive
Had a great lunch. Pop tarts and cornbread were exceptional
Started off badly with front staff insisting I did not have a reservation even after showing confirmation. Eventually seated and everything got better! Savannah was an excellent server. Food was delicious and all was well.
Really good food. The service is always great, too.
Get together with a couple of guys from my staff. Great spot. Would return!
Good was very good. Service could definitely be improved, they forgot to bring me hot tea and they never checked to see if our meal was ok. We had to get the server for our check. Other than that experience - encourage eating here for breakfast meetings.
Waitress was fantastic. Wish I knew her name. Manager was scratching his head over the pop tarts on the counter by kitchen, yuck
I had more people than I originally reserved and they accommodated us with no problem! Great time was had by all.
I tried the chicken Parmesan and loved it. Crunchy and lots of chicken. Friend had chicken biscuits w mumbo sauce and loved it.
We have eaten at other Ted’s locations. This experience was not good. Server rarely checked on us. Grilled cheese and soup was barely warm. Had to remind him it was a birthday celebration. $180 dinner and birthday celebration was very disappointing.
Took some friends who had not dined here before and of course they LOVED it!!! Everything tasted amazing. The cheesy grits and tarts are to die for!
I had a good brunch experience. It would have only been improved by the availability of certain menu items. My guest wanted to order a beer and the restaurant was out of the requested beer and all alternatives.
This is a great place for brunch and they accommodate larger groups. Never disappointed.
Happy hour food was good- liked the cheeseburger empanadas and the rueben tacos. Happy hour prices are fantastic
Love their home made pop tarts!
Great Food and Great Service...we had made a reservation on opentable which was a big help. Try their homemade pop tarts!
Our server was fantastic. The tarts were deelish as always(blueberry cheesecake). Was not a fan of the beyond meat sausage but everything else was lovely.
The food, service, and atmosphere was great. Kitchen seemed a little slow, took longer to get our order than expected, thankfully wasn’t on a tight schedule.
We went there on my birthday this Sunday (10/3). It took over 10 minutes for the waitress to even come to the table. The coffee and food was good, but the waitress seemed to be avoiding us as she never made eye contact, even when I tried to get her attention for a spoon for the coffee (we had to just use the fork) and butter or something to dress the toast. We didn’t get either because i couldn’t get her to look or come back to our table. We also didn’t get offered refills and or napkins. I almost got out to get both myself but decided to just eat quickly and leave. We saw her having nice conversations with other tables, but she only showed up to take the order and drop off the check. I wish I got her name, but we didn’t see her enough to even get that. The food was delicious. It was just a shame that the service was terrible. I will not be going back.
We all Ordered a hearty breakfast. My wife wanted bacon so crispy you can snap it. But she had to send it back as it was not crispy enough. In 4 minutes it was back to our table and it was perfect! Great fast service.
Perfect for a casual business lunch. Great food and service.
Price, ambiance and service were all very good. However, food was very greasy! Something your chef has to keep in mind so it doesn’t diminish the quality of the food offered at the restaurant!
Great server! Great food!
Service was horrible. Asked for a few things and server never brought any of them. Pickle brined chicken sandwich tasted similar to a fast food sandwich. Not going back.
Friends were coming in and we wanted to have a great breakfast. We did!
We very much enjoyed our food, the service, and the experience and plan to return in the future.
Cinnamon roll as big as ya head, the definite stand out! Other than that, everything else was just...ok. The food and beverages definitely over priced, even in this era when I'm okay paying more because the COVID issues. The service was also just ok, which was a big disappointment.
We used to go to Ted's with some frequency, pre-COVID, and this was our visit back. I don't want to give up on Ted's so will hope this was a one-off and try again.
Busy Sunday restaurant, one of our favorite spots for breakfast in the Reston Town Center. We thoroughly enjoy their outdoor patio seating, and the wait staff is always attentive and courteous. Love their homemade pop tarts as well.
Good choice fro Reston town center eateries, within walking distance of Hyatt
Waiter completely forgot about us. Food was cold. Brought us the bill as soon as we got our food. Felt completely rushed to get out. We actually wanted dessert, we had to ask for it waiter never offered us anything else. Very disappointing
Bad service. Waited 40 minutes for brunch once seated, we finally got fed up and left.
Irritating music and lights too low to read. Food and service outstanding.
The food was really good, the service was good overall
food was great, service was great I love the brunch in this place. I definitely recommend it!!
Sunday brunch was yummy. French toast, chicken n biscuits were done perfectly. Also had pineapple ginger mimosa! Try it!!
Food and service were good, bit overall felt a bit rushed. We did eat brunch on a Sunday, so that can be expected.
Short staffed did exceptional job!
Amazing menu especially with an extensive all day breakfast.
Wonderful service, table location, food, prices. All around home run!
Order was not brought completely or accurately. Items were not hot, or even warm. Had to ask three times for refills. The staff with the exception of our original service were professional and helpful. The person who took our order was hard to understand, stopped taking our order mid-sentence and walked away to talk to another table. Will think twice before eating here again.
