The restaurant itself was wonderful. Everything I expected from a Ted’s. However, the location in general is absolutely crazy on a Saturday night. Parking and maneuvering through traffic was very stressful.

Seated quickly honoring my reservation. Wait staff did not hurry us and answered all of our questions. Food was served in a timely manner. All food arrived as ordered and was just right. I always have a good experience here.

We had a reservation for 6pm. We arrived just before and walked right up to the hostess stand. The hostess did not look up. We announced who we are and she may have mumbled something turned around walked into the dining room picked up some menus and disappeared. A minute later she came back to the stand looking for us and motioned for us to follow her. We did and she raced to our table said nothing put the menus on the table and left in silence. The manager was joking with some employees at the bar next to the hostess stand and if he saw what was happening said/did nothing. We were seated for about 5 minutes when our server arrived, identified herself (Natalia) and asked if we wanted drinks. We placed our drink order and asked for waters just as someone brought them to the table. When she brought the drinks we ordered an appetizer which arrived promptly. After the appetizer arrived we placed our dinner order which also arrived promptly. I had Ted's Burger which I ordered rare which came out medium. Halfway through the meal the server asked if we wanted another drink to which my wife said yes. After 5 minutes the manager came over and asked the same question to which we responded the same way and said she took our order some time ago. He said he would get it just as the server arrived with the drink. When the server arrived to clear our plates she asked if we wanted dessert we declined and she left the bill. The bill was incorrect in that she had left the second drink off. She said that "she was making the drinks and forgot to add it to the bill." This was our third trip here and was by far the worst experience. Not sure if this was related to our experience but on a Saturday night the restaurant appeared more than half empty.

We met some friends for an early dinner on a Tuesday night. We were very happy with the noise level - we could hear each other talk. We all had dinner salads and they were great. The server was helpful but didn't rush us and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We were able to sit outside. That was especially nice & it was easy to talk to each other. Was there for lunch with friends. I had the BLT wrap & the peach pop tart. Both were very good.

Outstanding in all categories but truly remarkable in service. My family and I visited for Father’s Day this year and Ted’s did not disappoint. Initially I wasn’t sure because there was some confusion with our server and I didn’t love our seating arrangement however that’s when things got really, really good. The manager (Juan) came over and ensured that we were taken care of. Not only did we receive stellar customer service, the food was hot, delicious and beautifully presented. I had the Hong Kong French toast with sausage…unreal. My daughter got the Teds burger, wow! Wife had lobster salad. Even the kids meal chicken tenders were awesome however the tots are a must order. I’m not exaggerating that we had 3 appetizers and 4 entrees and everything was fantastic. I am so impressed by this staff and service I can tell that this is a well run location. I will be back, and soon.

The manager, Travis, is extremely professional and helpful. We wish that more establishments had such outstanding managerial staff. We highly recommend Ted's Bulletin for breakfast cuisine. In addition their grilled cheese sandwich accompanied with creamy tomato soup is exquisite.
