Ted’s Bulletin is a laid-back, classic American community restaurant, bakery and bar, serving craveable American cuisine in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Whether it’s family dinner, business lunch, or just a Ted’s Tart and coffee to-go, we’re as adaptable as your life is dynamic. Our breakfast menu is available all day because we believe that the most important meal of the day can be had morning, noon or night.

Ted’s Bulletin is a haven for comfort and celebrating the things we have in common: a hunger for good food at great value, a need for a place to be comfortable being ourselves, and a desire to connect with our community. At Ted’s Bulletin, everyone has a table, and every table has a story to tell.

Awesome food, great atmosphere, everything was fantastic. Would highly recommend the short rib pot roast, chicken parmigiana, and any of their desserts (including milkshakes).

I met at this restaurant with a colleague. The service was excellent and professional. The quality of the food was very good. I really enjoyed my meal. The drinks don't come cheap but they're strong. You only need one. I appreciate that we were not rushed to leave as my colleague and I had a lot to talk about. My only recommendation is that they get a better desert menu. It didn't have many options, which is ironic because the restaurant has an extensive bakery. Poptarts are not a desert for a restaurant of this caliber.

Excellent food and you could tell it was home made and not frozen, definitely will be back. Great variety, carrot cake was out of this world and pop tarts scrumptious

Perfect service but my salmon salad had too much tamari - was overwhelming. The dressing could be more balanced in terms of salt, sour, and umami.

Not the most private or comfortable setting for a date, but good everyday eating at a good price point. Food came out QUICK.

Enormous portions, yet try to save room for dessert. The shakes, both regular and alcoholic are excellent, as well as the utterly original homemade toaster tarts.

This was my third trip to Ted’s. Normally we just love going there for breakfast. However this time, The platter was very good but the biscuit was hard and chewy and the sausage gravy was cold. The servers were excellent!

I’ve been in the kitchen for serving a biscuit that clearly was days old and must’ve been microwaved.

Ted’s has great ambiance and excellent service. We went for breakfast two days in a row. The food the first day was excellent; the second day was not as good. I would absolutely eat here again.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any restaurant. We had an 8:00pm reservation and were not seated until at the very least 8:30pm. We received one excuse after another as to why we weren't seated and treated very badly by the front of the house specifically. We were told that we didn't arrive on time for our reservation, which was untrue.

I won't recommend Ted's to anyone and rest assured that I won't ever return to any of their restaurants.

Large portions. Requested warm pop tart and they brought us a cold/room temp. one. When requested it be warmed, the waiter stated it was warm....but wasn't! Everyone told us to get a pop tart - we felt they were overrated. Nothing special. Recommend making a reservation. We made one and were seated right away. The restaurant was very busy.

Planned on coming here for breakfast for one of our two days in DC. They make everything from scratch in the kitchen. We ordered pancakes and a big breakfast that included a homemade toaster pastry. Everything tasted very good and the eggs were cooked to order. The pastry however (blueberry cheesecake) was off the chart sweet and even my 9 yr old had enough at a few bites. Coffee and service was excellent.

Our server was busy eating breakfast at the bar instead of serving us therefore our experience was very negative. I will not being coming back to this restaurant chain. I suggest Founding Farmers - it's slightly more expensive but the food is better and the service is better (b/c it literally could not be worse).

Food was great! They seemed to have been short staffed. One of the bar staff waited our table. She apologized up front and was very friendly! There was NO BEER! Someone forgot to order! Inexcusable in my eyes! My daughter ordered the meatloaf and received the more expensive short ribs, which was great but a bit troublesome!

Overall, it was fine, I think just a bad Tuesday night. Next time we’re in town we will be back!

We had made a reservation as we are visiting on vacation when we arrived we were told that our table would take 15min to get ready. 30 minutes later my husband asked why we hadn’t been seated and they finally brought us to a table. Service was slow. Club sandwich was fine. Milkshakes were delicious as was the cake for dessert. Don’t bother with the Salmon.

More than half of the beers on the menu were not available. Then took quite a while to get requested water and drinks. Then didn’t stop by for a long time to check in about dessert or check.

My steak was overcooked, they forget my eggs, it took 25minutes once we were seated to get a drink, and the waitress didn't come back after bringing us our drinks, despite checking on other tables. She wasn't even the person who brought our food.

My friend said her chicken was also over cooked and rubbery.

We've been there many times before and usually they are quality, but this was a truly bad experience

We went here for dinner, spur of the moment. We had been here before, but I saw their Cherry Blossom Pop-tart on Instagram and was determined to go there. We were seated and had great service, the waitress made sure to hold on to a Cherry Blossom tart so that I could get one. My meal was great (breakfast for dinner), my mother enjoyed her biscuits and gravy, and my father enjoyed his carbonara. I've always like the retro feel of the restaurant. Would definitely go again sometime soon!

Amazingly almost every part of our order was wrong from the salad to 2 out of 3 entrees, after repeating it twice when the waiter originally "wrote it down." He wasn't terribly apologetic and didn't even offer a discount or free dessert or anything! It was super disappointing because I had out of town guests that were excited to eat here and we could have gone to a million other places and had a better value and better quality meal :(
